Luteal Phase Lupron Protocol

Post by Jayme »

Does anyone know anything about a luteal phase lupron protocol? During a day 2 untrasound getting ready to go onto BCP to start IVF, the Dr. found one large follicle and she said that it is too large and I would need to wait until after I ovulate and then go on lupron. Has anyone done this protocol? How does the cycle work? Trying to get a rough time to figure out when ER and ET would be with this protocol.

i think this is the typical lupron protocol that most people are on. and its common to sometimes find leftover follicles at the baseline check. if that happens they have you wait a cycle and then check again. if all is clear they start you on BCPs, then lupron, then stimms.
