I had my u/s today. Baby A measured 6w6d ( I am 7 weeks today) with a heartbeat of 135. The Dr was very excited about the baby's heartbeat and measurements. However she was unable to find the heartbeat with Baby B and said the baby was measuring small. I was too overwhelmed to ask questions. She said that Baby B might be ok and just needs s few more days to show on the u/s. There was a definite sack but it was smaller. Is it possible that it just implanted later and will catch up. Also hoping it was the angle and she had a hard time seeing it because of the transvaginal u/s. She didn't seem to concerned and said sometimes a day or two makes a big difference. I am scheduled for my next u/s on March 3. Any info would be very welcome!
I would suggest scheduling an US for a week from now. Until then you will worry sick about the twin. THe sooner you find out the better to cope or celebrate! My OB told me when we saw two gorgeous babies measuring on time and healthy heartbeats that one in five twin pregnancies has a vanishing twin and it does not affect the other twin because it is so early on. Unfortunately we suffered the heartbreak of not seeing the heartbeat of twin B on our following US, he said he really tried, we went again one week later and sure enough no heartbeat. It was hard to be happy for one and mourn the loss of the other. But I hope you have a good ending, another girl on the board thought she lost both twins when they could not find a HB and what do you know, a week later she has two healthy beans in there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So keep the faith! Hope al is well with both of your babies!

You must wait and see, but the absence of a heartbeat at 6.9 weeks is not a good sign.
Avoid IVF and surrogacy in Ukraine. Ukrainian centers pay shills to post here under numerous sock accounts pretending to be patients in Ukraine. Centers using such deceptive advertising cannot be trusted and should be avoided.
I will be praying for twin B. I know I have heard of a lot of similar cases some resulted in two healthy babies, but most of them had atleast one healthy baby out of it. Hope it works out good for you!
