Jeib - I'm so so sorry. BFNs suck so much. Take some time to grieve and plan what you want to ask your doctor. Unfortunately, you can transfer the best embryos and still not get pregnant. No one knows why this happens. Big big hugs.

Sherry - today is your beta, right? Have you POAS? Any idea what it'll be? Let us know as soon as you do!

SD - woohoo! I have no idea what a beta at 10dpo should be (did you check betabase? - I just did --- average for 10dpo is 16 - so you are good!) - but positive is a great sign! When will you do another one? -- and I see the lines - even so small! congrats!

longtimeIVF - you spilled the ganirelix? Can't you just take a different vial/syringe? I've done stupid things like push down the plunger and spill all the meds, but I always try to have a back-up dose. Call your RE asap and take another dose now!

thanks for the advice about OHSS. I'll try to get some V8 or something and I won't drink plain water. I went to sleep right after I posted last, and when I woke up this morning I'm back to my regular size. I'm still feeling a bit sore and bloaty, but I no longer look 6 months pregnant. I'm feeling a lot better. I told my RE this morning, and he said that I was fine, so long as I didn't blow up bloated again.

We have 6 embryos still growing strong! ET is officially on Sunday (day 5).

We definitely want to transfer 2. My big concern is that there will be 3. If there are 2 or 4+, then we transfer 2 (and freeze the rest). But what about 3? I hate the idea of a single frostie (for so many reasons. And I can't do another fresh if I have any frosties). This summer, there were 3 blasts, and we transferred 1 and froze 2. This time around, I'm desperate to transfer 2. If there are 3, I will be STRONGLY tempted to transfer all 3. I know that DH and the doc won't let me..... I really hope there are either 2 or 4+!

It's going to be a loooooooooong weekend until that ET on Sunday!

Leorira-I know exactly what you mean! its easy to give advice to someone to be calm and relaxed but trust me! I am horrible on giving that advice to my self! Like you said this is the most stressfull thing/procedure I've ever been too.!...its my character to be optimistic even in the worst situations....doesn't it feel good though to have someone to remind you to relax and send you positive vibes? even if its so so hard to even understand the meaning of relax sometimes So! stop thinking negative and I am sure everything will be allright! Sunday is not far!!! and your getting your babies home! its going to be a great day!!! Iam ecxited for you and I am sending you lots & lots of positive and sticky vibes!!!!

Any woman with IVFing addictions is more than welcome here! actually, as days go by, I more realise that on this board there are are nothing but IVF addicts! my self included of course... ...btw, #5 is going to be the lucky one!... 5 is the # of ivf cycle I am staring in couple of weeks and I have a feeling that this is going to be IT! lSo gook luck! what protocol are you using?

Tammy-what a horrible game life plays to all of us....Hang in there my friend! and so sy its over! What if you stop POAS and wait for your Beta? this ivf is a stressfull enough procedure as it is, by comparing sticks all the times makes things worse for your PMA. Wait for your beta and think positive! This is really hard I know and I am sorry try and think positive for your little bean. I'll be praying for you an awesome Beta!!!! ...baby showers in the 2ww are horible! why torture your self and go! I wouldn't! Do things only that please you! and things that are good for your PMA!! AFM- nothing new to report. Just waiting for my blood test next Friday! 8 more days to go! the needles are waiting for me!!!!! So far the closest to a pregnancy I got was the stimming phase and the 2ww, So I am trying to enjoy it as much as possible!! This time though! is the time I will enjoy being pregnant for a whole nine months!!!!! Yay!!!!

AFM - i'm just hanging in there. i'm very glad i have a wonderful group of people that i work with and they are all very supportive. so that's been good. I thought i would have gotten a little for support from my fb friends but i guess they'll never understand what we go thru. my bf was very supportive last night. i was going to cook dinner and he actually told me that i didn't have to...which is not like him. he does have his good moments...very few but good. have a great day everyone! lots of luck and baby dust!

As I suspected...7.0 @ 14dpo...which is pregnant, but barely. My tests never got darker this week and remained almost the same since Monday including today. I will repeat the beta on Saturday. It is likely on it's way down soon. However, there is more, alot more...so instead of repeating it all here...please refer to the post I just sent "Ghost and anyone who gets E2 levels during the 2ww". Thanks girls for your good luck wishes and all. I am too sad and angry to talk right now.

AFM: Just got back from my HSG. All tubes are clear..so I'm happy about that...but still not closer to feeling like this cycle is going to be different. ugh. Man, that was more uncomfortable than I thought it would be. The RE couldn't get the catheter in, so they were moving the speculum about 50 different times! yikes! Hoping that it did flush the tubes out though.
