Thanks Karen actually I am past 12 weeks but my spotting started when I stopped them at 11 weeks and now almost 13 weeks I restarted using them on my own. They make me better not worse. When on Endometrin my spotting stops although I am an unusual case I think I am the only one here who has had a radical tregelectomy of the cervix. I just wish my OB listened and would at least check my progesterone before just ignoring what I am saying

Hi annashope - Your cervix situation is definitey unique here but I did want to tell you that when I stopped the Endometrin at 10 weeks, I did have about a week of spotting. It got darker each day and one day it was even bright red so I ran to the OB/MFMs that day to be checked. I was so nervous but u/s showed everything was fine and they never could explain where it came from. I still think it was from stopping the Endometrin. Hopefully your OB will listen and check your progesterone when you ask them to.

Karen - I'll definitely tell Dr Davis you said hi & let him know that your TAC is doing great! And I'm still so glad you told me about him. He is sooooo wonderful!! I just feel so fortunate to be under his care for this pregnancy.

I FELT KICKS! I am so excited 3 very distinct kicks, so far I have been feeling some slow movement and some flutters but hard to tell if it was gas or the baby but not now, 3 very strong little kicks! :)

Annas/Amanda - yeay for TACs and your cervix of steel! :)

Amand a- so excited for your anatomy scan, did you do the quad test too? Yeay for the nursery, post pics!

Karen - so sorry you have been so sick, I hope you feel better soon!

Karin - a boy how cool and a surprise! Old navy online has a good sale too!

Zoe - sorry about your DH, hope he feels better soon.

Mellow - yeay for no UTI and god for you for standing up and making them check, the contractions should not be happening.

Stephanie - there has to be a way to get checked and go around insurance!

Wanababy - oh you sound so busy, so is that your SD on the picture?

Kind of just stalking and cheering everyone on.

I'm finally looking pretty darn pregnant and struggling with clothes. I sit at a desk for a majority of my workday and it seems everything I wear digs into my tummy. Our boy gets very active in the afternoon and it bothers me to think that he's uncomfortable?

Today I was talking to one of my staff while sitting at my desk, when the baby kicked so hard that I actually jumped and yelped in surprise. It scared her and she jumped back. I was embarrassed! It was the first super hard kick, even though people have been able to feel the kicks for a few days now.

Isn't that kind of early for such hard kicks?

My husband is home (first time since Christmas) for four days... well he WILL be home tomorrow night. I managed to get my 20 week ultrasound on Monday so he can be there, and my doctor's appointment on Friday so he can be there too. LOL Thank goodness everyone knows me now.

Anyone having issues sleeping? Baby is kicking and waking me, and I feel that laying on my side pulls on my tummy. I try to sleep on my side but end up waking on my back.

Sonya and Rio: Congrats on the kicks!!! Something to look out for: When our baby started serving up hard kicks, it was wonderful but then we'd have a quiet day and I'd panic. I got so used to the kicks as a sign that she was healthy and active that I worried myself sick when she would be still. I'm thinking that she was quiet those days because she was in a different than usual position. Enjoy, but don't worry!

Sonya:
I've got really bad insomnia. Our baby is extremely active and I wake up at least three times per night when she's moving. Try stuffing a limp pillow under your belly when you are on your side for additional support. The pillow helps with comfort and I feel the kicks less when I'm on my side. It's cute when she's active but the sleepless nights are killing me. I wish that her sleep cycles were more like mine.

AFM: I have 1 week and 1 day left at my job and it can't end soon enough. I'm home sick today as I had to leave yesterday because I wasn't well. My face went flush, I got really agitated and I started feeling dizzy and nauseated. My doctor feels that I might be having some issues due to my diet. I tend to have a lot of sugar and low protein in the morning but at night, I have the opposite. My OB advised me to even out the sugar and protein distribution in my diet so I'm working on that.

I won't have another ultrasound until 30 weeks and that's fine by me as our baby is very active - that's enough to let me know that she's healthy and doing good. I had my cervix checked and it's fine so I'm relieved about that.

Sonya - try some yoga pants if you can, some look like regular pants and with a nice shirt it looks fine for business casual. I am wearing one right now from Costco but I think Old NAvy has them too, I had the same issue as you with pants that are comfy standing up but not sitting all day. You can try leggings with tunics, towards my last trimester last time it was all dresses. A pillow works really well, I have a body pillow and they make some maternity pillows to make you more comfy! Yeah for DH being home!

Happy Bunny - I am on a diet cause I have Gestational Diabetes but it is al about keeping your sugars stable all throughout the day so you don't get highs or lows. The nice part is that it controls your weight for a healthy pregnancy weight gain too:
30g carbs breakfast
15g carbs snacks
40g carbs lunch
15g carbs snack
45g carbs dinner
20g carbs snack
of course add vegetables and protein in there and fats, but what really triggers your metabolism and sugars are the carbs. No more juice or candy or chocolate for me. Veggies and protein are "free"
So glad to hear you only have a short time with work, are you planning on staying at home or will you try to find another job later?

That's awesome Anna!!! Good news! It's an amazing feeling. We are feeling our boy move on the outside now - a whole new thing to look forward to. First time it happened was a week ago at 19w5d... I felt him move around the same time you did so hopefully you'll be feeling kicks on the outside around this time as well. Too awesome!
