Finally People Who Understand!

Hi All

I am new here and its nice to be somewhere where people really understand what we are going through.
We have been trying naturally for 1 year and have been using clomid and gional f for 2 years. I finally spoke up to the DR I was seeing and said I was not happy with him not being honest with me and wanted all my notes to go else where. Which was rather traumatic. But my new Dr is amazing she got my letter from my DR and changed my appointment. I had a 4 month wait to see her and she moved it to that week. She is honest and straight with us which is so much better than having things brushed over.
So we are just about to start our first IVF ICSI cycle, and would love to hear from others who are going through this too or have been through it.

I have started my Lucrin the other day and was a little scared at first having to draw up my own injection and them give it to myself. My Hubby freaks out at the sight of needles so he is not that helpful there but he is really trying bless him.
My other thing is we were told not to try this cycle so I know that I am NOT pregnant. But my period is 8 days late, I am normally so regular I can set my watch by it even with all the extra hormones i have been taking. Is this maybe the Lucrin that I have been taking? or maybe just a super long cycle?

Praying-Welcome to the forum, this is a great place to be! We understand everything you are going through. Went went through many IVF -ICSI attempts before having our little boy, but it was all worth it in the end! It is great to have a good doctor.
