Margi/Carol/Qita/Tammy/nwquiz - thanks. I just remember that whenever I saw someone else's BFP, I would be so happy for them, but feel a pit in the bottom of my stomach, especially if I was dealing with a BFN. One person here has the exact due date I would've had if my December FET would've worked. Of course, I'm thrilled for her, but it's still hard to watch her ticker slide across to 15 wks, while mine still said 'waiting for IVF'.

Margi - WOOOOHOOOO! That is such fantastic news! I really hope this is your cycle! -- and $500 for accupuncture! Mine charges $60 per session at her clinic and about $100 to come to the hospital.

Qita - really? That's so odd. There are safety measures that can prevent the embryos being transferred into the wrong person. Of course, there are the really rare, really bizarre stories of people finding out the IVF babies they are carrying aren't theirs, but that is SUPER uncommon. I know that my clinic is super obsessive about making sure that the embryos transferred are mine - confirming my first name, last name and ID number. How is transferring frozen embryos more likely to mix up than fresh? With fresh IVF, the embryos can be mixed up too (again, that's exceedingly rare). How bizarre that you can't freeze embryos!

LYD - fingers crossed so tightly for your beta today! I hope you get a really great rise and the low number is just a tiny speed bump on your way to bringing home baby #2!

nwquiz - Walmart was OUT of FRER? How bizarre! Could you get a raincheck or something? I know some of us more obsessive POAS might drive to the next Walmart..... Did you ask when they will be back in stock? You are only 7dpIUI, so it's okay to wait a few more. Remember that I *just* got my BFP at 11dpr. --- Snow White, huh?

AFM - another pee stick today - and definitely getting a clearer line! This is the part I like best, when you have good news, but aren't too worried about things. Of course, I freak out every time I'm in the bathroom that there will be blood.... I'm trying so hard to stay positive and just focus on the baby growing inside of me.

Thanks Margi - i hear you! i am done with the sticks - dont have anymore around the house and am not buying anymore.
So, i usually hear from my Doc in the early afternoon, but last time he didnt call until 5:30! i love my doc and i love my embryologist but they are at 2 different offices and sometimes there is a miscommunication as to who is supposed to call me. my schedule coordinator is at the embryologist office and sometimes the doc assumes that she will call me. that's what happened during my beta day. Anyway, i would much rather hear the news from my doc - he is the nicest, gentlest guy ever. whereas my coordinator, bless her heart, she is very much all business. So - this is a long answer to a simple question - i'll hear sometime after 12pm hopefully before 5:30pm!

Leora - awesome progress on the line color. even i can see the line now! and i didnt even know where to look with these strips thank you for the well wishes for tomorrow. and fingers crossed (F's X'd ) for a successful and uneventful pregnancy for you! As my doc always says "we want it to work almost as much as you do!"

Tammy- Horey!!! AF finally came!!...and maybe by the time you read this post it will be gone too!! It's good that you decided to wait a month. No matter how anxious we are all to start a new cycle we should give sometime to our body to calm down and get back to "normal" so that we start a fresh cycle with no reserves (in meds)...anyway, March 22nd is not far at all!!! the next time is the lucky on e for you! baby #2 is on its way!!

Leorira- That BFP surelly brought back your PMA!!! I am so happy and excited for you!! I see those lines!! I realy do!!! and you deserve them...and more!! Looking forward to your beta on thursday! which Iam sure it will show numbers to the roof!!!! ...And you are not obsessive at all! If I where you, and I POAS and I saw a line I would POAS everyday until beta day and waiting everyday my line to get darker and darker!! and that's for sure!! Thing that will never happen because I am not a POAS person, but I totaly understand you!! Also, you shouldn't apologize for bringing your sticks to the board and sharing your happiness and excitment with us! we live for this stuff!!! BFP is what keeps us going! so bring it on!!!

AFM- Yesterday I had an amazing day and sorry I wasn't home until late to post! Me and DH we went to a village up in the snowy mountains where a cousin of mine has this cozy traditional tavern with a big fire place & cyprus traditional yummy food! other cousins came too and it was all fun and laughs! I took lots of pictures of my family and nature! the colors in nature this time of year are beautifull! especially the almond trees were absolutly fabulous!! I cut from my cousins garden and I brought home...I filed all my vases with that flower!! and so I am sitting and typing in an indoor gardnen right now! awesome! ...late afernoon we came back and we went straight to our favorite pub to watch the final game (soccer- carling cup) with our fav team....loosing that was the only bad thing of our lovely day...my DH was crashed by the loss...so NO sex for me last night! ...My RE appt is today at 5pm and I am really really excited about it!! Iam anxious to hear the results of that L.A.D test and details on how to start the antagonist protocol. Never done this one so its all new for me. I am getting my period on Sat so this week this is IT! I will keep you posted how the appt went!

Unfortunatelly I couldn't place more blinkies as saddently there is something wrong with my photobucket connection! sorry, I was really looking forward to that! it bwcame part of my posting "technique" !

Wannabeamom- hey honey! sorry about your negative!..but forget that this cycle AIN'T OVER YET! if Iam not mistaken today is your 12dpo so I wouldn't get my hopes down until I get that beta!!! and this is what you should do! wait for your beta!!! As i see from the list your beta is due for the 7th March and that is on the 19dpo! Strange! as this is too long for a 1st beta. you had your ER on the 16th right? so why dont you ask for a 15dpo beta and have it on the 3rd march. Please do that and don't get dissapointed! Maybe you have a late implantation and thus you will get a late positive on your HPT or maybe you don't get a positive only until your beta day! we have seen so many cases where the HPT doesn't go with reality! Women with even a positive beta didn't get a positive HPT! Hang in there my friend! I will be praying for you to get your BFP!!!

I don't want to get your hopes up but really these things happened before! spotting before a BFP or even during a pregnancy ...I don't know wish I could be there for you and help you! I am so sorry! if the spotting doesn't get darker by tommorrow i would ask for a beta! You never know! I am praying here for you and I am keeping my fingers crossed that this is just messing with your PMA. Hang in there my friend! you are not alone on this road! there are lots of us with you! I just cant stop crying this is the worse experience of my life
just like when i lost my dad i feel the same pain?

Anton and margi.. where do you get all your pics and blinkies... I can never find them. They make everything alittle bit happier.

Leora... that line is getting much more noticeable. I do hate those cheapies though.. even though they have a low sensitivity level, I swear they don't have much dye in them. I always got darker lines on the equate or frer than the cheapie, on the same day. Either way, you are headed in the right direction. Are you going to wait until Thursday for beta?

AFM... still terribly ill... I had a horrible weekend laying around sick. I haven't felt this bad in so long. I thought for sure I'd be feeling better by now, but I actually feel worse. I have to work today, too. I think it is going into my lungs. I hope I don't end up wtih pneumonia.

Anton- Sounds like you had a nice weekend. And wore put DH. That is why he fell asleep before you. Don’t worry he will make it up to you tonight. All the best with the test today. Hope that experiment was the charm. Think of me and you will relax. Keep reading more of snow white, and you will get your charm.

What's happening ladies!!!! for some weird reason i am feeling good today, PMA-wise. I dont know what it is - maybe its the decaf latte i am drinking, which i am sure has a trace of caffeine in it still.

First off a shout out to Samantha - i know it is very despiriting to look at the blank HPTs, but please please dont lose hope. I spotted - actually, full on bled, with my first pregnancy - so you can still end up pregnant on your beta day. And as far as HPTs - it could still be too early. that's why they schedule betas as late as they do - to catch the late implanters. Hold on tight - yuo'll know soon. maybe ask for an early beta on day 15 or 16?

Margie and Nwquiz - i must have missed the joke there with your little exchange on Snow White But sounds like you guys are having a great time and whatever helps the PMA of the group - i say "Yey!" to that!!!

Anton - your weeken sounds fantastic. I love how through this group we get to find out about other countries. Will you take a pic of the almond tree flowers when you get a chance and post for us? i would love to see what they look like? And what is the traditional Cypress food like? I love ethnic foods. Are you originally from there or moved there from somewhere else like Leora?

Carol - i am sorry you are feeling so crappy! are you sure you cant take a sick day? this sounds kind of serious? can you take antibiotics of some sort if you think it might be going in the pneumonia direction?
