It's all new to me! First IVF Cycle (March)

Hi to all, I've been looking around a bit, reading different websites and forums, trying to do as much research as I can to learn as much as I can about infertility and treatment. I am inspired by the support and friendships that are possible here, and I could definitely use a comrade.
I'm not quite sure how everything works here...which is about how I feel as I begin my first IVF cycle - I'm learning step by step. It's confusing and it's complicated, and I've got a long way to go and a lot to learn. I used to believe I knew a lot about my body, but since we began the fertility testing late last summer, I've realized how little I actually know. Now I can think of little else. Some days I am excited and hopeful, but other days I'm afraid and frustrated.

Here's what I know so far:
I'm 39 yrs old, don't have any children and have never been pregnant
My husband is 38 (he's got super-sperm count & mobility...and he's very proud of it!)

I have "unexplained fertility" with an FSH day 3 = 12 and after the clomid challenge test FSH = 18

IUI #1, November 2010 - (four mature egg follicles) cycle cancelled day before insemination due to polyp
December 2011 - Polyp removed
IUI #2, January 2011 - (two mature egg follicles) BFN

IVF:
3/1/2011 - Completed 21 days of BCP
3/3/2011 - had clearing ultrasound showing 8 resting follicles on left ovary, 6 on right;
E2 lab (don't know results)
3/4/2011 - Began micro-dose lupron (20 units AM & PM ) and Dexamethasone
3/6/2011 - Will begin Follistem (450units)

Tentative retrieval date: 3/17
Tentative transfer date: 3/20-3/22

In the last month, I've also begun acupuncture and yoga, trying to do as much as possible to make my body happy.

Would love to hear from anyone who can direct me to the right place - I see there's a FEB/MARCH group - can I just jump in?
