Katie - Thank you for asking, we picked her up last night. We have to keep her in a cage for 2 weeks, and she can only come out if we are holding her or to eat and go to bathroom. She is crazy and tries to run! She was never crate trained, and sleeps in our bed. She cried all night non stop! I thought sooner or later she would sleep from exhaustion. Nope! Only today when I sat with her on my bed. The vet called in some Valium for her. Maybe I need some too! The vet said the crate is a necessary evil and she must be in there. Sorry to hear about your teething little one!

Kat - Sorry about your back! My dog was at the VCA animal hospital for spaying, so they did the 2nd surgery at their Brookline location. They're really nice. The doctor has called several times to check on her.

hi everyone I'm new on this I'm in Athens so think names of the injections are differnet I started my daronda injections on 21st day ov my period (12 days ago)I just started my period again so on the 3rd day I go for a blood test to check my homomes and a ultrasound to check everythin ok then should start the gonal pen injections?does that sound correct?lol
this is my 1st time trying ivf, i've tried 3 iuis with clomid and now moved on to ivf its my hubby with the problem bless him hes got a small mobilty prob... been ttc for 3 years,
I live in small place so got no-one to talk to about these things so glad I found you ladies so any info or tips you can share with me the better thank you

Another US today! I hope all is well, apparently with IVf it is common that the chord does not center in the placenta so they have to monitor growth closely, that was seen on our level II US, just another thing to worry about right? Healthy baby prayers

Anton- My first cycle is a blur to me since I was so new, I remember them saying the words OHSS but had no clue abut it so I shrugged it off till I came to realize oh Sh!t this isnt good lol... I know the first few days I was fine, it was more then half way into cycle that my Estradol level sky rocketed to over 4000... They werent expecting that to happen to me but now they do My Re started meon a lower dose this time so everything seems to be much better Great u/sI am right behind you

AFM- so sorry I havent been on... I had another U/S today My E level is 382 I have two good size follies so far they are measuring 13 and 15 and alot of smaller ones that should catch up in no time ( they counted at least 8 more on each side) so it looks like I should have alot of follies come next week... I go for another u/s and bw tomorrow Ill keep you girls posted... I am s excited for this cycle... Keep your prayers for me that I get a Fresh one this time

Kynlee - I am doing a frozen cycle so ET is on Wednesday the 16th at 2:30 (so excited!) last time DH couldn't go with me and my Mom came but this time he will be right there with me .When is your ER scheduled for? I think you and Anton are pretty darn close in ER dates and ET is right after mine....can't wait for us all to be PUPO!

Lauren - I am so, so, so happy that you girl is home with her mummy & daddy Kennel sucks but.....by the time this is done she won't remember & she will be healthy & back to normal. Just be sure to give her lots of reassurment when she is in there & when she is out lots of snuggles & kisses. Everyone told me the pups take a back seat to the kiddos when they come along but I am here to tell you not true, not true....love them just as much as I love the buglet

Margi - Did you make it home OK? I was considering flying to CO right after my ET but I think that if I was just sitting there it would be OK but flying with a two year old (by myself - no DH) might be too stressful???? She is EXTREMELY busy.....anybody any thoughts?

Leorira - tomorrow is a big day! I am praying for you I am in the same jobless boat, but today I got a call for an interview that I am really excited about now I just have to pray that the pay is in line with what i need!

SD - Normally I wouldn't care but I was thinking right after the ET so I think I might be more sensitive to lifting, stress, etc.... and DH will stay home....so I am still deciding. BTW - you like my ticker? I am taking a page out of your PMA book...makes me giggle every time I see it to think I am 1 & 5 days preggers as I am sipping on my glass o wine with dinner! Hahaha!

My dh couldnt be at either of my two last FET's but he will be here for this Fresh cycle so I am excited We will be PUPO very soon, then the 2WW begins

Greekchick- Indeed, names of meds are different from country to country But I do know Gonal-f! I have been using that in all 4 of my IVF's. No problemo with it! easy to put and does its work good. One correction to your calculations...before you start Gonal-f first you need to start stiming! and then when your follies are grown enough in the last 3-4 days maximum before ER you start Gonal-f. I hope that helps. You can ask your RE anything you want to know and he is oblidge to give you answers. Good luck with your cycle dear! and we are all here for you!

Leorira- Can't wait to hear your news! Its a big day for you today!!! the first heart beat!! yeay!!

Margi- You back home dear? How's everything! ...have started POAS yet!! I found a picture of you!...

AFM- I had my u/s this morning and I am going for a final one on Saturday morning and I am having ER on Monday! I hope everything continue to be OK! all the way till the end of the following 9 months! I am mostly praying for my DH sperm...I hope it does the work with the embies up to day 5. This will be the fist time we are planning a 5dpo transfer. up to know we did only 3dpo transfers and so I hope we realy realy have good blastocyst embies or at least one! This is my only concern for the whole cycle. Not the # of eggs not the qualith of eggs those I know for sure that they are good they have always been. My only concern is the sperm, Hence why we are doing IVF in the first place. My RE told me today that everything is looking good as they should be and hopefully we are going to have enough embies to leave them up to 5dpo.If we have enough but they dont make it to 5dpo then we are going to have a serious problem. that might be that the sperm has sort of dna ubnormality that can only be detected after day 3. I am crossing my fingers here! I havent told my DH about what my RE said and I am not going to. This will bring more stress to him and this is the last thing I want him to have. I praying and I am being positive that we are not going to face such a horrible situation! I am praying and please do the same for me to have beautiful embies that will make it to blastocyst to transfer. I hope we have enough embies to start with and that will make it to day 5! Overall I am feeling good My RE has increased my Thyroxin from 100mg to 150 for 4 times a week. The rest days I will continue to take 100mg. Thats all for now! I am taking Orgalutran at 14:00 and the last Folistim injection along with Merional tonight Then again orgalutran tomorrow and Saturday. After my U/S on Saturday I am trigering!! Yeay!!!

busy day - so I'll post more later --- but I know y'all are dying to hear from me.

u/s this morning. Still too early for a heartbeat, but everything was awesome - times two! That's right --- twins!

Two gestational sacs, each measuring 5w2d and each had a yolk sac. Hopefully, we'll see two heartbeats next week.

Having twins again scares the sh*t out of me, but what can I do. I told David that if I got pregnant with twins and totally regretted transferred 2 embryos, I should go back and read my forum posts/emails from 5-6 weeks ago - how desperate and sad we were. Transferring 2 was really the best option. Hopefully, these two will stay cooking a looooong time - but I guess I'll have to give up on my idea of a 11/11/11 birthday (I am due Nov 8 - but twins will come mid-October at the latest --- my personal goal is to go to September at 30 wks)

sorry ive beem mia but i read the post daily. still sad and very disappointed. my WTF is on thur next week. Dh blames himself daily says he is the cause of all my stress coz he cant be man enough. can you believe he said that? Then he proceeded to say he hopes he never regrets his decision 10yrs down the line. You know what that means. now he has left it to me if i want to try again. hollys----t. you know i could yell yes but i said nothing. the pain is still too strong to respond at present. Especially since we switched gears this round and went ds route to increase out chances. oh well will see after next week what to do.
Leoriria- congrats mama. Twins that is wonderful. oh my god am going to keep fingers crossed they both are healthy twins and happy 9months to go.
Anton- Girl you have all the pma on this board. very good spirit. I wish we all could afford to be that happy. and i agree with you dont tell him now what to doc says esp if you know he will be stressed more than he already is. then is will affect his swimmers more. Thanks ladies for all the kind messages. it helps to know there are friends out there that think of us even during a storm. i know i have left out many names for personals but i still rememeber all you ladies out there that have been there cheering us all.
oh i just heard on the news about a progesteron shots. did anyone else hear the news? those ladies who do the shots watch out the prices are set to increase from 20bucks to 1500bucks each shot. something to do with fda only approving one company to manufactor them. can you believe it?

anton-thank q so much for that it helps alot,like i say im new to this so some words you ladies use im not fimaliar with lol like you said before about stims??i just had some bloodwork done not sure of the english name what they were testing but it was 26.84 so doctor started me on gonal f today then monday morning another blood test and ultra sound,does that sound in order? I honestly didnt look into to this tooo much in to this because i worry and stress bout it so just thought id do what the doctor says but reading these stories on here is great encourgment for me?so how many day roughly with i go for my er if i start the gonal today??
