Compassionate care

I where have read that that it is possible to receive free of charge Gonal-F and it is possible to receive in compassionate care, I check all sides but could't find any aplication form or number..Did any one that knows as to find it emeil address,or what aver???

Go under freedom fertility there is a link to register for the program. The way it works is you buy two rounds of meds from them and the third round is free. Or the second round you get 250$ off. Also under the compassion care if you qualify you get a bigger discount on the meds.Its financially based under fertility ties there is the form. hope this helps.
