Justlikehannah glad to hear from you and to know that you and the babies are doing great despite you trips to the hospital, i hope the braxton hicks will go away, i have been having them too they are really incomfortable.


Reenie sorry about the preeclampsia, i know it is frustrating to go trought the up and down, but good thing that the babies are ok. Get some books and enjoy your bed rest things will be just fine you are almost there hang in there my dear.

AFM I am doing ok just some braxton hicks contractions, but the baby is ok my next OB appointment is 3/10/11 i will be 36 weeks they do a blood work for anemia, and a cervix exam to determine if i don't have some type of bacteria which is a routine according to the OB. I am getting more tired it is getting old to be pregnant the baby movements are more strong and it hurts.Take care ladies and take it easy

Hi ladies. I hope all is well. Can you believe how fast this is all happening. I hope we all make it to at least 36 weeks. I can't beleive the toll these boys are taking on my back. I'm almost at the point I can't go anywhere. My back hurts after 10 or 15 minutes. I guess thats why he put me on modified bedrest. Lets rest up and hope we don't have anymore hospital visits until our little ones arrive. I have had a few epidosed of contractions but nothing continous. I got back to doc Monday and he will do an exam to see if anything is going on and next week an US. Take care!!

I see you are 34 weeks now - how exciting!!! I can only imagine how exhausted you must be with a toddler and pregnant with twins! I will pray they stay put and go easy on you! Super good luck and I can't wait to meet them!

Hi everyone i hope all of are doing great, so yesterday was my OB appointment I did have my GBS test done and the blood work to ckeck for anemia, the baby is doing great my cervix is still close but i am 2cm dilated other than that i am ready for to meet my little girl. My husband left today for Work meetimg in Chicago he will be back on Saturday, i am staying home a watching TV.


Please let me know how all of you are doing.

Hi all,

I'm posting here and the combined 2011 board. My pre-eclampsia turned from mild to severe, so my little wee ones came earlier than we expected. I delivered on Monday and have been recovering in the hospital ever since. They are so tiny but are so cute and are doing well considering I delivered in the 35th week.

Little Hamilton weighed 4 pounds 14 ounces and our little girl Shelby weighed 4 pounds 10 ounces!

Jamila - glad to hear you're doing well. Question: how is your cervix closed if youre 2 cm dilated? That would make it open. Have you been having any contractions? Itsbalmost time for you )

Justlikehannah I saw a different OB that day my OB was out for a conference, i had to ask him to check my cervix so he said 2cm and the cervix close i was confuse too. Last Tuesday i saw my OB he ckecked me and he said that my cervix was softening and he said that the baby wiil be here in the next 2 weeks that i won't make it to my due date, so i am happy.
I am not having contractions but i developed hemoroides and it is painfull, my next OB appointment which is this coming tuesday i will ask him to induce me at 39 weeks because the hemoroides are getting worse i can barelly walk sometimes.
i will keep you updated.

Anyway how are you doing? so are you having contractions yet?

Hi Jamila, I'm going to request you now. I'm doing well and my contractions have slowed down drastically since I've been on modified bed rest. At my appt last week I was 1cm dilated, but still hoping to make it to my 38 wks date.

AFM So yesterday night i was so in pain from my hemorrhoides i went to the ER to see if they could do something about it, because my OB said there is nothing he can do. when i arrived there they sent me first to the labor and delivery to check the baby first the baby heart rate was hight because i was in pain so they kept me hooked on the monitor for 2 hours and they said i was having some contractions too, my contractions were legs cramping. After the baby heart rate came back to normarl i went back to the ER the doctor gave me a cream which is helping so far. On Tuesday i will ask my OB to induce me early since i will be 38 weeks then so these hemorrhoides will go away otherwise i don't know how i will deal with 2 kinds of pain after the delivery. I will keep you guys updated on tuesday take care and take it easy.'

Hi ladies. We are a go for tomorrow morning. Cant believe we are going from a family of 3 or 5 tomorrow. It is going to be great and crazy. Hope all is well. Hannah hope today went great for you!!! Hang in there we are all close!!
