mamaboo - YEY!!! Congrats on your BFP!

blissful - I have everything crossed that your next cycle will work but if by some chance it doesn't I wish you the best of luck with adoption. Everyone has to figure out their own road to having kids. I chose to do donor eggs, another may chose donor embies, other chose adoption. it is whatever you feel comfortable with. My cousin started the adoption process last April and now has a 6 week old baby at home. Its all what you feel comfortable with.

Awe...Katie. That's so awesome. Congrats! Good to see the board back on a roll. Let the Lucky streak continue for you all.

AFM-did a "just in case" u/s today. I didn't want to bring e'one down yesterday as I started to bleed again. Turns out it's old blood that's working its way out. Thank the Lord. The baby's hb was 149. So I'm overjoyed. I was really scared that my journey had ended. It's still so hard to believe.

I'm rooting for e'one.

So we're on a roll ladies! My FET is scheduled for tomorrow at 11am! I had such bad OHSS during my IVF in August that I don't remember my emotions, other than being focussed on the discomfort of the OHSS.. Now with natural FET, I feel this calm sense of "my baby is coming home...". It's a sweet feeling... especially to allow myself to think and feel pregnant at least during the 2ww. I will have a 5 day blast transferred, does anyone know how many days til it actually implants? Baby dust to all (seems to be working!)

I think, depending on how far along the blast is, it takes 1-3 days to implant.

Crissylove - I am so happy it's old blood & your little gummy bear is a fighter we all need fighters as happy as I am today I terrified for tomorrow & the next day etc.....it is such a roller coaster but just keep the faith & PMA going to your little one to have a wonderful environment to live in for the next 8 months!

Nicnad1/Nicole - This is what happens in a 3dt & a 5 dt afterwards today I am 5dp5dt (FET cycle) but keep in mind I am a huge maker of HCG once my body knows its there it starts making it like wildfire.....last BETA for fresh cycle was 820 at 12dp5dt sooo don't get too discouraged if yours doesn't come up positive until later in the process....each body makes HCG in a different way some people have BETA's of 30 and have perfectly healthy pregnancies & don't get positive HPT's. Good luck with your ET tomorrow you will be PUPO tomorrow!!!! Congrats Mama!

**this is what happens in a 3dt :

1dpt ..embryo is growing and developing
2dpt... Embryo is now a blastocyst
3dpt....Blastocyst hatches out of shell on this day
4dpt.. Blastocyst attaches to a site on the uterine lining
5dpt.. Implantation begins,as the blastocyst begins to bury in the lining
6dpt.. Implantation process continues and morula buries deeper in the lining
7dpt.. Morula is completely inmplanted in the lining and has placenta cells &
fetal cells
8dpt...Placenta cells begin to secret HCG in the blood
9dpt...More HCG is produced as fetus develops
10dpt...More HCG is produced as fetus develops
11dpt...HCG levels are now high enough to be immediately detected on
HPT

Mamaboo- CONGRATS!!!!!! I didn't read the board last night and I am sorta glad I didn't because I am not sure I would have slept last night. :D :D :D So happy for you lady. YOU ARE PREGNANT!!!! WOOHOO!!!

Katie- that is a very early positive- AWESOME NEWS! This board really is on quite a roll. :D

Tohavefun- thanks for the encouragement. I am still on my path to determining what is right for me, but definitely leaning toward doing both and putting it in Gods hands.

Crissylove- Oh dear- so happy things are calmed down and you were able to hear that miraculous little heartbeat.

Nicnad- that was a beautiful way to put it. Your baby will be back home soon. Best of luck to you.

AFM- my clinic gave me quite the scare today when they called and told me they were full for April. Turns out they are full for fresh cycles in April but could squeeze in another FET. They were confused and thought I was doing another fresh cycle. That's inspiring  , seeing as they have my chart and I also made it really clear I was scheduling for FET. Still, they never did call back to confirm I was in so I am a little nervous.

I talked to my fist adoption agency today and have an appointment set up for April 6th. We were discussing international versus domestic and the lady was really encouraging. She says that there are some couples with domestic adoptions that come in and are matched before the home study is complete (of course there are others that wait much longer). Still, the discussion made me realize that it is POSSIBLE we could have a baby soon. So I got a little freaked out, especially since I am doing this FET. I just finished a deep discussion about it before dinner with DH. He is so ready to go on adoption and I couldn't be happier. The man is just as ready as can be to expand our family in any way possible! I said, "well what happens if we end up with both?" He says "bring it on, a few weeks ago after we transferred three I was sure we were going to have triplets!" How sweet is that? We're moving forward with both for real! Of course we have some time on the adoption by the time we interview agencies and officially apply. Still- it is very exciting. This is the first time I have felt like smiling in a week. It just seems so right. Still not easy by any stretch, but right.

(Stalkers- I cut and pasted my update from the April board, so you can either read it here or there. Ha ha. )

Hi ladies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm back!!!! I took a couple of days off and what to income back to????? Tons of great news!!!! I am so happy for you all. I needed my fix I was missing you all! I started progesterone on Friday for 10 days and then have to wait for hers truly"........then I'll be back on the saddle with a BFP. I haven't heard from the RE since my cycle was cancelled but I'm assuming he will go over a plan when I get my 'friend' and I have a baseline. Does this make sense to anyone?

Cindy - hope you had a wonderful ER and were able to get some rest yesterday!

Blair - yea!!!! I bet this is the only time you've enjoyed having your monthly visitor. How are your stims going? Stay positive we have good mojo going this month! I was SO happy to see I made it to your list!!! I feel so welcome here, I don't want to leave to another group. :(

Crissy - what a roller coaster you've been through. You should be so happy that your baby is hanging on tight. Erase all negative thoughts that baby is there to stay! Just so you know..... Dark blood is old blood the only blood that is active is red blood. So if you spot dark or have dark strands it just old blood that was in the cavity and is making its way out. I am ready to move forward, yesterday was a tough day for me. My sister told me she's pregnant and she said she didn't want to have any more. She was sad because she was pregnant. I got upset at her and told her she was selfish. Only us that go through these things know how hard it is tonhear something like that. I'm better today and Cormier. I hope that God blesses me soon, it's been a long road for me.

Bliss - I truly admire your optimism! You are an incredibly strong woman. Your husband is very lucky to have someone like you and it's obvious he knows it because he is awesome with you. Having solid support from our spouses makes this process a lot easier. It's ironic but more likely than not that you will have 2 little ones at the same time. How awesome is that!!!!!! You'll have the best of both worlds. I have a friend that adopted and the process was quick for them just 3 months. It is costly but worth it! Question and if I'm asking too much let me know..... Did your RE recommend adoption or did you guys decide on your own?

I'm still laughing about your tampon comment. You are one of thte few that can relate to the cheering and tampon issue. I always wore tampons because I cheered and did gymnastics and it wasn't very fashionable to have a telephone book of a pad stick out under your trunks! Lol once I realized I had issues I started using more pads and now I pretty much use only pads and my periods last less.

Trying - I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. I will keep you in my prayers. Be strong and know that we are here for whatever you need!

Indigo - i had a progesterone welt once. I injected myself and I think that I didn't go deep enough into the muscle and the fluid accumulated close the the surface of my skin. It became like a knot and I would massage it every day until it finally went down. Yes!! Progesterone makes me so moody and emotional that I can hardly stand ,myself!!!! I know exactly how you feel, hang in there, it'll all be worth it when you get you BFP!

Mama boo - congrats!!!!!!!!! I knew all along you'd have a BFP!!!!!! Can't wait til you see your little peanut on u/s. Enjoy and congrats again on your blessing!

Katieb- congrats on your BFP!!! Are you still going tom test up until your appt. Lol i would be the same, like if the test is going to change, a BFP is a BFP but we all can get OCD about these things. Again congrats and enjoy!

Talk to you all soon!
We have great mojo going here, I'm very excited for you all and have GREAT vibes! I have tongetbin it quick some can all celebrate together! :D :)

Cindy - congrats on your ER. Can't wait to hear how your ET goes. Please keep us posted.

Blair - your on your way to a BFP!!!

Crissy - I am so glad that thi ga are finally looking up for you. Sending you lots of sticky ban dust!

Bliss - I am happy that the adoption option is going well and that you are well on your way to a BFP with this FET cycle. I think you are going to be quite busy real soon! We are almost on the same FET cycle. I am on my last three doses of Provera and should see my AF a day or two later. This is it for is. I can feel it!

Trying - Hang in there, sweetie. We are hear for you.

Indigo - this is a tough journey, but all well worth it when you see your BFP. You are well on your way.

Mama boo - I know I said it earlier, but congratulations!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Katieb- Congratulations on your BFP!!! Woohoo!!!!

I have 3 More days of Provera and then will need to schedule an appointment to see my ET on the first day of AF. I have wanted AF to come so quickly. After that I will start on BCP and somewhere in-between Lupron injections and Estrogen Patches. Then FET on or about May 5th. I my, I can't wait. I have never been so anxious about anything.

Pumpkin-your RE will dwfinately go over a plan with you but if you want to know ahead of time you should be able to call and get a preliminary schedule.

Wow, I haven't been online in several days and this thread has been so busy.

To everyone that is struggling with bad news, I am sending you huge warm hugs. Hang in there and keep your faith. You will get through this.

Huge Congrats to everyone that is blessed with good news. Seeing all the positive news here is helping keep my hopes up for our chances of a BFP.

AFM - AF came on Friday. We also picked a new donor and she is willing to start asap. So I start Lupron April 7 and she should be starting her meds near the very end of April. Looks like transfer will be early May. Going to move to the April/May board, but I will be stopping in to check on you ladies. There is just so much happiness going on here right now I can't bring myself to leave.
