Ladies I need some desperate PMA coming my way.....I have some serious cramping & a brown discharge coming out.....I know everyone says this is normal but my last MC started the same way and on the same exact cycle day......I am freaking out and feeling a loss of PMA!!!! And to top it off I have emailed me RE & left 2 messages & no call back yet.......UGH!!! Please send me your prayers, happy thoughts, happy thoughts, this cannot be happening again I won't let it....I have a emergency acupuncture session tonight at 5....but still no RE call back!

I have one more minute: My beta seems very low to me. My clinic wants to see anything over 100. However, last time, it was over 800, I think that beta was done at the same time as this one (I cannot verify until I get home tonight). I am 12dp5dt. What do you ladies think?

Katie - hold onto that bean of yours and keep up your PMA....this is it for us. ALL of us! Your bean is going to be just fine! Some women have massive bleeding and their beans stick. Yours will too! Will it there!

Mamaboo - if anything over 100 is good, then 180 is great!!! Every pregnancy is different and every HCG level is different. The important thing is that it doubles! When's your next beta? It'll be great no matter when it is!

AFM - so it's a blizzard up here in the great white North of Canada eh! Woke up to 5cm of snow. Fought traffic into my clinic in Toronto which is usually a 35 minute drive and it took us 1.5hrs!! On the way in to the clinic I found a penny on the sidewalk - gotta be a good sign, so I picked it up. Got to the clinic on time (we left VERY early because of said snow). They made me wait an HOUR with a full bladder. By the time they were ready, my bladder was too full! So I had to pee out a cup??? HUH??? You want me to do what??? That was tough. Thought I peed out a cup but it wasn't enough. Back to the toilet...peed out more. That was good. So we had 2 day 5 embryos (one is still on ice). One is a blastocyst that 90% of the cells survived the thaw...yippee!!! Apparently that's good! The blastocyst was a product of ICSI. And the the other is morula which is a product of regular IVF which accounts for the lag time. It takes longer when they have to fight to get into the egg...lol. The morula looked perfect they said! All cells survived the thaw. We have a our first baby pic! I attached it to my ticker that I just changed for lots of PMA!!! I am sooo excited about this one!

I figure the snow is a great thing because it'll get our babies in the mood to snuggle down and cozy on into my lining! Snuggle babies snuggle!

I've also attached the picture. It looks like there are 2 sperm in the picture but they can't be sperm because in comparison to the size of the egg, they would be monsters. Not sure what they are??

Anyway, so excited. Thank you for letting me share. I am now officially PUPO!!! Let the crazytown crazies begin!!!

MamaBoo - For 17dpo anywhere between 5 & 426 is normal & you are right down the middle so that sounds perfect to me!!! Congratulations you are no longer PUPO you are PREGNANT!!!!!!!! Way to go!!!!!!!!!

Indigo - Congratulations your embie report sounds AMAZING!!!!!!! Congratulations on being PUPO girl....let those babies settle in and settle in deep...........never fails for me Mother Nature always throws me for a loop on important days I have to go to the RE's office...

Thanks Rio....waiting for RE to call had BETA & Estrogen blood work today will have results by end of day......I know I am a drama queen but I think 5 MC is enough!!!!

Mamaboo- I wouldn’t worry at all. You can never compare betas since each pregnancy is different. 181 sounds like a great first beta to me. When do you go back for #2? Just relax and enjoy being preggo!!!

Indigo- Those embryos look great. Im sure you will be getting your BFP. That’s a great picture of your babies and I love the new ticker. Congrats on being PUPO!!!

Rio- Thanks for crashing. As of now ER/ET sometime next week. Hope your little girl is growing like crazy. Cannot wait until shes here and you can post pictures of her!!

Katieb- I am sure things are still going great but I am glad the RE got you in for a beta today. I agree that 5 MC is way too many so its always better to be safe than sorry. Im sure your little one is in there for the long haul but having a beta level to prove it will help ease your tension. Keep us posted.

AFM- Well the weather changed and it was a beautiful drive up to Cincy. I even rolled the windows down, turned up the music and tried to enjoy the drive. Ultrasound showed 7 follicles on the right all 8-10mm, and 4 on the left that were the same size. He said things looked right on track but we may have the retrieval on Wednesday (which would make me 2 days less pregnant- but im not changing until its set in stone). I go back Saturday for another US and BW. The nurse just called and said he wanted to up my dose of Follistim to 250 IU for the next few days and we would see where that gets us on Saturday. Even though Im a little sad for the delay Im still happy things are looking good. My December baby will make all this worth every second! So I may have the ER on 3/30 and ET on 4/2 but still to be determined. He said we would have a much better idea Saturday. Hope everyone is doing well. More personals later.

What an intense day for everyone!

Katie: big time prayers going your way! I know it's hard not to fret but try to breathe and stay calm... We are all rooting for you!

Indigo: How exciting that you got so many details re your embryos. I had to push and barely got any info! Funny about the snow storm! We were supposed to get one in Manitoba but it missed us! Kinda a weird feeling re knowing that my snow baby is attaching itself! Now I'm going to grow crazy trying to see if I have any pregnancy symptoms!

Mamaboo, I hope you are reassured by everyone's posts.. I love that people are so knowledgeable..

Just got my BETA results back it was 32....for 12dpo RE was happy he said anywhere between 5 - 50 is considered normal. Last time my 12dpo number was like 500 something....there is a study out there that says high rising numbers very early in pregnancy can be an indicator of chromosomal issues in something like 3% of women (don't freak out if you had high numbers early the study indicates it was in less than 3% of pregnant women tested that is not very many if you think about it, I just think that is me since twice I had really high numbers really fast & MC both times)....I think that is me since it has happened more than once....so I am happy for the time being...now we just need to wait until Friday and all he wants to see then is a number over 64 then on Monday 150 or more so I think we are on the right track....I think it is the darn crinone that is doing it!!! Hate that stuff but I am not brave enough to endure the intra-muscular progesterone.....I will update more later....thanks again ladies

MamaBoo - This seems like a great website....gives you doubling time & HCG numbers from conception....but as I look around it seems all these charts are different so I would think the person you want to rely on for information is your RE...if he/she thinks it is OK then it probably is. Some of the charts say my number is perfect others low etc....but my RE was thrilled so go figure.....just be happy with your number I think it is GREAT!!!! I will have my next BETA at 14dpo and the next one at 17dpo so I hope to see it rise! Stick babies stick!!!! I will being sending prayers your way for sticky babies

I am new to this..I wanted some advice from anyone who has been through ivf..I am going through my first cycle and I am very fustrated.I found out today I only have three maybe four mature follies..I really was expecting more.we are schedule for retrieval on Friday I'm so nervous..but I am going to pray and stay positive that we will get our miracle

Hope4thebest - stay positive! You'll get as many mature eggs as you need! It'll all work out. Keep the faith! You could ask your RE if this is a normal number for him. And remember it only takes one perfect one! Let's hope it's in your bunch.

Katie - woo hoo for an official beta! Looks GREAT!!! Keep the PMA and if you can't, keep reading all of these posts and you'll get your PMA back in no time.

AFM - my hormones are going WHACKY!!! Holy emotional roller coaster. My DH had to ask me to leave the room last night because i was biting off our daughter's head. CRAZY!! I never do that. But I have 2 essays to write and a conference in Toronto this weekend so I am spending the next 3 days at a friends place in Toronto. She's not there so I'll have peace and quiet to write and I'm in no danger of biting anyone's head off except for my own.

Gotta love the roller coaster of IVF...but all worth it when we all get our BFP's!!! I'm PUPO!!! Yippee!!!

To all my 2wwaiters..... I just learned a hard POAS lesson so here is my disclaimer for you all.....

I am definitely a POAS pusher more for the fun of it than anything else but I also am severely type A and self protecting of myself so I like to know what to expect......with that being said this whole week has changed my mind a bit. I POAS on Monday (10dpo or 5dp5dt) and it was positive I was elated! Then I got nervous & didn't sleep and could feel my jaw clenching with the possibility of 'everything' else..get up the next day POAS (11dpo) again still second line but no darker so now I am worried shouldn't it be darker??? So I get more stressed, and more stressed to the point I physically wear myself out & sleep all afternoon while DD naps. Go to bed Tuesday night yup you guessed it no sleep just tossed & turned with worry wake up POAS(12dop) no darker UH OH now I am really starting to freak out and when I wipe a couple brown spots of blood (old blood) now I am beyond stressed I am completely loosing my mind, dialing faster than my mind can think who I am calling demanding blood tests emergency appointments etc....you get the picture feel free to giggle here cause I felt like a cartoon character pulling my hair out! So after a REALLY long day of worry yesterday which ultimately turns out to be nothing (Beta at 12dpo is 32) I go to acupuncture. I almost loose it on the table because I finally relax and this rush of emotion hits me then I practically fall asleep since I haven't slept in 2 nights. The AP says you need some relaxation music & meditation. So we come up with a mantra and pick out some music (iTunes) go to bed that night turn it on saying my mantra in my head over & over again still takes me over an hour to fall asleep but I slept! I woke up this morning saying my mantra with a smile on my face I just knew all was OK & of course I POAS and thank the lord in heaven who has a divine plan and is most definitely watching over me at this delicate time the damn line is twice as dark! So the moral of the story my dear 2ww wait buddies & all of you is maybe not such a good idea to POAS so early...maybe just enjoy your pregnancy because right now you are most definitely pregnant and POAS right before BETA so you might be prepared for the outcome which can still go either way. But I just totally drove myself nuts for no apparent reason other than my obsessively control freaky self...

I feel much better this morn.....feel like I can breathe again and enjoy my pregnancy and my little gummy bears...this time they are keepers

SD - Thanks....I was trying to remember what yours was at 12dpo and I think it was in the 60's somewhere but no matter my RE is very happy & if I can just be 64 plus on Friday all will be right in the world.......I really try to just keep thinking of today not yesterday & not tomorrow just today but it is hard when I have had so much loss but now I am really determined these are my baby/babies & I will be bringing them home with me!

Thanks Bliss....this is your time too I can feel it, who knows you might pregnant & have a new little adopted one at the same time....Irish Twins!
