Katieb1231 - Your post made me smile because i was so freaked out when i poas on 12pt and it was negative. I had my beta the day before and new it was 20 then so why the heck wasn't it showing up on the pee stick. We can drive ourselves insane with that stuff. you beta # is good for 12dpo. The main concern is that it rises correctly. Wishing you the best of luck tomorrow.

Indigo - Congrats on being PUPO!!! I like your ticker also. This cycle was the first time I took a picture of my embies and showed it to anyone beside DH. Usually I knew at the point of transfer that the odds were slim that it would work so I figured why show them off. This time i showed everyone just cus they were the best we ever had and they worked.

Sdtrying - How are you doing? Any m/s?

AFM - its weird but I do not feel any different. Every once in awhile i might have a preggo symptom but it isn't very often. I did my last beta on Tuesday and got the results yesterday and was floored that the result was over 6000. i was thinking maybe this didn't work just cus i don't have any symptoms. I know, im being stupid cus lots of people don't have symptoms this early. I guess i am just waiting for the other shoe to drop because i have never gotten this far. My u/s is March 30, 6 more days to go to see the HB.

Sorry if I've lagged on posting, but I have been following you guys.

Katie-You're so right about the POASing. If I ever go through this process again I don't think I will POAS b/f beta. The proof is in the blood work anyways so you might as well be PUPO as long as you can. I also think your Beta #'s are most encouraging. This pregnancy starting off so differently I think is a good sign. Gives you some good PMA right off the bat. This is your time.

Fun-with all the insanity and discomfort from my OHSS, and all the bleeding that's ensued I must have told my DH 1000 x's that I didn't feel preggo because I haven't had any symptoms. If it wasn't for seeing the HB on u/s the last couple of times I still wouldn't believe it. However, today at 8wks0d I had the worse nausea ever. So there you go. For some it happens later in the game or maybe even not at all.

Hope-I think your screen name says it all. Keep hope alive. I know that's corny and cliche but it's the truth. I'm sending some good baby dust for tmrw.

Mamaboo-you got an awesome beta. My beta was only slightly higher. You're so preggo darling. Enjoy.

Blair-It's so good to see things chugging along so nicely for you. BFP is fast approaching. I feel it.

AFM- The bleeding has finally calmed down. I had my first OB appt Tues. It was overwhelming. Soooo much info, tests, etc. Going to have to get with genetic counselor and perinatal docs bcuz of my age. It was 17 yrs ago when I did this last and didn't have to go through any of this (including all the drama) so my mind is on overload. My OB was so excited when she heard why I was coming in bcuz the last time we saw each other in Dec. she said she was so hoping to see me back with good news. It's just great to know so many ppl are pulling for you. It was like it was her pregnancy. She's so awesome.
So now a new set of worries, amnios, screening the whole nine yards. UGH!! I'll take it though.

I am having some stabbing pains tonight and for most of the day. I do not think that it is any kind of threat to the pregnancy because it is high for that. It is on my right side at my rib cage just above where my waist used to be I think perhaps it's a pulled muscle. I know progesterone loosens the ligaments and such - I've had a lot of pain in a lot of areas lately. That kind of stuff doesn't bother me. You don't think this new pain is anything to worry about do you?

MamaBoo - I think that sounds like a pain from something else...could it be bowel cramping? Unfortunately progesterone relaxes all the other stuff in your body so it totally messes with that??? But it doesn't sound like it will endanger your pregnancy...I have a pain on my left side that feels like a stitch you get when you go running or something...but it comes & goes & it is mild pain not shooting or stabbing. Are you drinking enough water? Drink lots of water that might help.....

Mamaboo-Katie is right. Drinks lots. It will help ur digestive system move along. It's probably the proges. It causes havoc b4 and after BFP. I bet it's gas pains. I've already had several vicious bouts with it...bad enough to make u wanna slap yo mama. Lol

Sorry I haven't posted in a while. I had some issues signing in. The forum would not recognize my password. I dont know if that has happenes to anyone else bit in anycase i was able to log baca in today. I am glad to be back and to see all of the activity on board. I am posting from my iPhone so I will have to keep it brief.
For all of my dear friends who jace received a BFP, CONGRATS!!!
For my dear friends who have not received good news, keep your heads up and don't give up. I will keep you in my prayers. It's only a matter of time.
And for all who are new, WELCOME.
As for myself, today is the last pill of Provera. Should see AF as early as Saturday. I hope! I never thoukd I would be waiting for AF so anxiously. Boy, how things change. I will schedule appointment with RE on first day of AF tobstart BCP. I ANSI looking forward to BCP's! Somewhere along the lines I will start Lupron injection. I my gosh, another injection! And, Estrogen patches. Great, really looking forward to the mood swings! I wish I could skip over all of this and go straight into FET. But, you know what they say, no pain no gain. So bring it on!!! FET 5/5/11, then BFP. Sending everyone lots of baby dust, love, and strength to make it through this journey.

Wehavehope- AF dance for you!!! Hopefully she will come early and get you can get started right away on the BCP so you can get preggo in May. Good luck and I love the positive attitude!!

Crissy- Your team really pulled through last night!! Hope you and little one are doing well. Im very very glad the bleeding has died down and you get to go to the OB again soon. Don’t let all the tests and information overwhelm you. Just stay positive and know that its all going to work out and youll have your baby in no time.

Indigo- Hows being PUPO going for you?? It sucks when you have days where you feel like everything is against you so hopefully today is much better for you. Good luck with the raging hormones.

Fun- Woo hoo for a beta over 6000!! Even with the lack of symptoms it sounds like things are going great. There are tons of people who don’t have symptoms at all so don’t let it get you down. Just enjoy the pregnancy as much as you can. Only a few more days and you get to see little bits heartbeat!!

Katieb- I know what you mean about the trials and tribulations with POAS. Even though its beyond frustrating and upsetting to get a negative, I always like to be prepared for whats coming. If its going to be a negative I need to have an idea before hand so I don’t have a total emotional breakdown in the office. This time DH was laughing at me because I already stocked up on tests so I could see when the trigger was gone and know when it turns to my BFP. I think some people just have personalities where they cant help but test early, despite knowing the results are necessarily accurate yet. Im glad you feel better and cant wait to hear an update with todays beta.

SD- How are you doing? Already almost 9 wks along!!! How exciting for you. I feel like time has been flying by recently.

Bliss- Big game tonight. Hopefully I can stay awake to watch it. Hope you are doing well and getting ready to start up everything again. You will be PUPO before you know it!

Mamaboo- Things getting any better? Hopefully the pains finally went away. Im hoping everyone was right and it was just gas pains. Keep us posted on how you are doing.

AFM- Still stimming away. I really lucked out again with the follistim. My MD called me in a 900IU cartridge since I was running low and needed more for todays shot. Well the pharmacy called me yday to say it wasn’t covered by insurance and needed a prior authorization. I asked if just for my sake she could run the 600IU through just to see if it paid. So she ran 2 cartridges of the 600 and sure enough it went right through with only a $135 copay!!! I was beyond thrilled at the fact I think I saved about a thousand bucks. Woo hoo. I think that’s means its definitely going to be a great cycle!

Hi All - Well it rose but not enough from 32 to 41 so I am sure it is not a viable pregnancy at this point.....I can find no information on a slow rise continuing till birth mostly they just absorb back into the body....we are bummed but waiting for RE to call...he will tell us to test again I am sure.......but we have to decide what we want to do now we told ourselves this was it not going to try again.....and we might stick with that.... I guess god does not want to grant me this....we need to go on and live our lives and be happy with our beautiful little miracle girl Emilee.....

Katie- I am so sorry that you are in beta hell. Try and stay strong. Hopefully next time you test it will be lots higher and would show you just had a late implanter. Wishing you the best. We are all here for you no matter what.

Katie, I am so sorry for what you are going through. Hopefully, Monday will better news. I do understand how hard it is to wait and see.

AFM: the pains have stopped. I believe they were muscle spasms. I think I pulled a muscle lifting my son or my bra put too much pressure on my sides. I have fibromyalgia as well as super large breasts. Sometimes things combine to make me hurt really badly. Once, years ago, I had to call the paramedics because I literally could not get out of bed. I made it to a sitting position, but then could not lay back down or get up. They thought it was meningitis. It turned out to be a muscle spasm. Oh well, I think I'm okay. Thank you everyone for your encouragement and well wishes.

It has been a busy week for me at work. I've worked late everyday but have been following you all. I just got to sit on the couch and write to you all since I don't work tomorrow

Katieb - I am so sorry that you are going thru this roller coaster of uncertainty. I know that its a difficult time but don't lose hope. My sister is pregnant and her beta was going slowly on the first 3 draws then spiked. Her ob (she did not use fertility treatments) he told her that as long as there is an increase during the 1st 3 draws he wasn't too concerned. Now her levels are rising normally. I will keep you in my prayers and I'm sending you strength. Do something nice for yourself this weekend. I will check in you throughout the weekend. Hugs!

Indigo - congrats on your FET. Stay positive and make the best of your 2ww. We are all here for you.

Nicole - I can totally relate to you. For us Ivf is a total secret. I had to tell my mom because my DH travels a lot. When this cycle was cancelled I Decided the next time I will not tell anyone. Don't pay too close attention to the lab staff members. Most of them are instructed not to give information and to be very vague. I am in the medical field and that would nit concern me. I would stick to what the RE says and block out the rest. Now, think positive your babies are in the best place they cane be, WITH YOU! Enjoy and look forward to the BFP

Bliss - congrats!!!!! You see it's all going to work out. You're getting started sooner than you expected and it will fit in with your school schedule. I can't wait til you get your BFP and get word that the adoption is in its way!

Indigo - Ms. Pupo how are you feeling? Hopefully better and trying to relax. Know that the BFP is getting closer so enjoy your weekend.

Mamaboo - congrats!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so glad things are going well for you. As for your aches it could be muscular or gas. Try to uomyour fiber and fluid intake. Also, if you have tome walk at least 30 minutes a day and it will help the all over aches.

Blair - so happy to see you are progressing nicely. I cant wait to hear your preggers!!!!!!!!!!!!

AFM - I am still on the provera. I have 2 days left and began spotting today. I'm going to take one more pill and probably skip the 10th pill since I have more than just spotting, it's almost AF. Anyone have any thoughts on me doing that? I have to call the RE on the 1st day of AF. I don't know what plan he'll put me on so I'll have to wait and have a consult with him.

Hi ladies,
AF isn't here yet but I am feeling absolutely blue today. I guess it's all of the changes in my body. AF came a full week early after ER. Now with the Provera AF should come real soon. Between the early AF, the ER, OHSS, and now another AF looming my body and mind have just had it. I really hope I feel better tomorrow, physically and mentally.

Katie-please remember that we are all here for you. I have hope that your Beta will be better come Monday. Try to stay positive.
Mamaboo-I am so glad you are feeling better.
Bliss-Congratulations!!! You are in your way to a BFP. You'll see.

Sd - congrats! How awesome, your baby is big, strong and healthy! The nausea and tiredness comes with the blessing. Be glad you are feeing some symptoms because after going thru so much you know how we get"...........you'd be worried and it wouldn't feel real because you don't have symptoms. Enjoy your time and pamper yourself!

Wehavehope - I am feeling the same. I ha AF 18 days ago and here I am facing it again. The provera has me moody and bloated. I want to exercise starting today thru bc pills. Have to help myself feel better and think that shedding the hormone weight from the cancelled cycle is a good way to start. Hang in there, we're all in this together.

AFM - still spotting. Ready to get this going and here something from my RE.
