Hi girls...just a quick update on me and I will catch up with all of you, hopefully tomorrow night. I have been crazy busy the past few days (and seriously stressed)...and havent even had time to read. I hope everyone is doing well. Sorry for the C&P.

My first SnS didnt go very well yesterday. I have a lead follicle at 19 and then...14.5, 12.5, 10, and under 10. My doc wasnt there, and the doc on call asked if I wanted to convert to IUI with 1 follicle...I was like, uh no. We have severe MF. I told him my history and that my last cycle started off similar...and ended up okay. I also told him I would prefer to ignore the lead follicle and catch the rest. He took a quick look at my records and agreed to continue as long as my E2 was in the 300-400 range and wait and see what Monday brings. My lining was good at 8mm. My E2 was 309. So all I can do at this point is hope and pray lots for some kind of miracle tomorrow.

On a crazy side note:
I went to Cracker Barrel Restaurant last night to meet up with the girls in my family to plan my SIL's baby shower. I got there a bit early so that I could get a Gift Card for my aunt's birthday card. While digging in my purse...my Ganerilix box fell out and landed in the candy bins below...and I had no clue that it was missing. 3 hrs later while paying for my dinner...the cashier on a whim held up my medication and asked me if by chance it belonged to me! She had just started her shift an hour or so earlier and had not asked anyone else...but asked ME! I was like "Oh, Thank You, Thank You!!!" I told her how important that med was and she says to me..."I dont know if you believe in God or not...but that right there was God Intervention. You ARE going to get pregnant...that was God's way of letting you know." This girl had no clue that I had just 3 minutes earlier told my family that my cycle may get cancelled. The kicker...the other girl who found the Ganerilix...said it was buried/hidden in the candy and she has no clue what made her look over and even notice it in there.

I cant believe she even bothered to ask me...cause if you think about it...it was more likely that the person who lost it would have been someone who had cashed out and left....not someone who was still there 3 hrs later. It just so happened that I was buying a Gift Card on the way in. Craziness!!

Great story to share about what happened to you at the Cracker Barrel...Wow there is an angel and that angel is certainly watching over you! Which reminds me of an old Amy Grant song "Angels Watching over you" that is now playing in my head. I think it's good that you share with your family what you are going through, you need their support more than ever and I know it's going to make the BIG moment when you tell them the exciting news even more special. My brother and SIL also went through IVF treatment and I'm so thankful when can always talk about such things and maybe if we happen to get pregnant again I would only tell them since I know they could keep my secret for a little while, maybe still thinking...

Greekchick- Honey relax!!! The 2ww can drive a woman crazy! I know! but you should try and think positive and be stress free as much as possible! Try and find something to occupy your self with my friend. Take a walk, go at the beach and read your book, watch movies or even better watch a sit-com...Do things that will keep you and your mind busy. I know that this is easier to say than done just give it a try my friend. I am with Margi on this one...ask to do your beta earlier! Doing it 15dpo is what most of the clinics do for testing and this not early at all! If I remember well your 15dpo is tomorrow right? I would go and have my beta if I were you I know that by prolonging the beta day keeps you pupo for longer period but you shouldn't torture your self if you can find out you are prego...besides, I am sure that you will get your BFP!! don't worry! All the odds are with you kali mou!

ANTON-I am 12days today since my et, the doctor said i could go tomorrow to do the beta if i want, i think i might,i thought it was a bit early, i was doing ok till today,I feel sooo emotional today feel down n then ready kill someone maybe my period getting ready to start not sure I'm sorry to go on I'm driving myself crazy aswel ,just wish there was a sign or 1 symptom to say that i might be pregant ,but so does everyone else.......thank you for your kind words anton ?ese?pos pas?xx

Greekchick: You are 12 days past ET which is 15 days past ER which is 15 days past ovulation--you did a 3 day embie transfer, right? Today you are 15dpo. Women typically go on day 14 or 15 days past ovulation (dpo) so today you are right on target, not early. I went at 13dpo--that was a day "early". Does that make sense? Tomorrow you will be 16 dpo. If doctor said ok: GO GET YOUR BETA TOMORROW, GIRL!!! We want to hear your BFP!! Best of luck!!

Well, I'm triggering at 3pm today...and will be baby dancing in the middle of the night Tuesday night, in 36 hrs (while Zach is asleep, lol). Then again, 3pm on Wednesday while Zach is napping. Yep, baby dancing. I got canceled. My lining looks great at 9.4...but my follies are now 23.5, 17.5...and 11, 10, 9, 9, 9, and 1 more <10. Some of my follies look as though they even got smaller than they were on Saturday, others didnt grow at all. I was offered IUI, but what a waste of time. Been there done that with 5-6 follies...3x's. We have severe male factor and need IVF with ICSI and AH...so there really is no point. My E2 was 488...so there is 2 mature follicles...and I'll be praying for a miracle.

I'm not sure what to do next. My doc wants to try again in 2 weeks...only this time going back to the lupron flare protocol...apparantly, the clomid/follistim/ganerilix which I was on this cycle and last cycle keeps making lead follies and supressing the little ones...which is what we dont want. It worked out ok last cycle in the end...but not this time. The problem is...it looks like my retrieval will end up being on the day of my SIL's huge baby shower...and I'm putting it on. Ugh!

I'm off to go drink a glass of wine and go work on designing invites for a freakin baby shower and will check in with you all a bit later.

Aw Tammy, sorry you got cancelled...I know how that feels! Good luck with bding cuz you just never know! I had a dream last night I was pregnant and I told re (in the dream). He did an us and saw a sac, but my af started so I was worried. My last af started march 5, so I am a few days late, but highly doubt I am pregnant. Maybe what that cracker barrel waitress said is a good sign for you!

Drumroll ladies......

We have 2 PERFECT heartbeats!!!! All measures well, 6w5d=baby A and 6w6d=baby B. We got tons of pictures and got to hear both of their heartbeats...what a beautiful sound. I am in shock. Heart rate was 130 for Baby A and 115 for Baby B. Does that sound to be about right? Wow. DH and I are so relieved. I know it is certainly early and that "things" can happen early on, but for now I am going to relish in the fact that we ARE pregnant and have 2 strong heartbeats.

I go back next Wednesday for another u/s.

Tammy -- Ugh... so sorry for your cancellation. I was faced with that decision on my last cycle with three large follies and decided to go ahead with the IVF vs IUI (male factor as well). Now look at me. So maybe your BDing will do the trick. Crazier things have happened ya know.

Margi -- Congrats again on this board! So happy for you.

Greekchick -- Yes, please go tomorrow for your beta. It's time!
