Bad symptoms 1 week after cancelled FET??

So it's more than a week since we stopped our lupron and estrace for FET due to bad headaches and now I'm having constant headache and severe bloating, nausea. Been to the ER twice, ultrasounds of ovaries, and gall bladder turning up nothing. Primary care doctor said today he thinks it must have been my body's repsonse to meds, RE just keeps telling me it has nothing to do with our cycle. Anyone else experience this? Thanks for your help/advice.
