Hi there Trace!
Avent bottles are very similar to playtex and should serve you just as well.... not sure how people manage to breastfeed twins....don't know!!
Although the actual making up of the bottles can be a chore, it's something you can delegate to others.... and people can help you feed aswell which gives you independance..... and more sleep time if someone else can feed!
Take care and all the best.
Lotsa luv
Gila.

Thanks Gila

I am going to try and mix and match if I can - ie breast/express and bottle as don't want to spend the entire day breast feeding - the midwife suggested it but had already thought of it - not sure what they will say in hospital...........
HAve a lovely weekend

Gila

( Have had pc problems with my email) I am so pleased your twins arrived safely, what lovely names. I can't beleive that when we first "met" neither of us thought this would happen now look at us!!!!!

I am sure will enjoy being a mummy and welcome to the mad world of twins, although I have to say I am loving every minute of it.

Enjoy every day as something new always seem to happen.

Hey girls!
Thanks for your repies...Trace and great to hear from you, Mags!
Yes, the world of twins is a crazy and full time one....always something to do!! But Thank G-D, the kids are really great and am enjoying them immensely. We've started using a night nurse which helps aswell!
Sadly my Mom has left back to South Africa but my sister is coming this week which is a great help!
Take care and all the best all!
Must go feed before Matanel (boy) goes ballistic!
Take care!
Lotsa luv
Gila.

Gila,

Congratulations on the arrival of your babies!

you sound great, so together and driving after 4 weeks. really impressive!
i'm sure the heat must make you more tired too but it's great your getting some help.

take care,

Hi! I'm back!!
Waiting to do a 12 am or so feed.....
Anyhow, hope you are all doing well...
Today was my first day alone....which was ok thanks to a night nurse last night and my inlaws came in the afternoon!
Tomorrow will be "interesting" I'm sure as there is no night nurse tonight nor inlaws tomorrow...so we'll see!
Take care all and have a good night/day!
Love
Gila.

Gila

Can't imagine having a nurse - does it help you cope? Not that we could afford one anyway.

Make the most of it

Well today was "interesting| as said...I did cope but it wasn't easy and fruistrating at times...didn't go out the house today.
Anyway, get whatever help you can afford or friends/family to help occasionally...it does help!!!
Teke care.
