Ghost -- criteria for egg donor?

Post by Brooklyngirl »

Hi Ghost,

What do you think is a good antral follicle count and MIS level for an egg donor?

Many thanks!

Very roughly:

AFC > 15
AMH > 3 (aka MIS)
FSH < 8
Age<33
Avoid IVF and surrogacy in Ukraine. Ukrainian centers pay shills to post here under numerous sock accounts pretending to be patients in Ukraine. Centers using such deceptive advertising cannot be trusted and should be avoided.

Hi Ghost,

Thanks for the quick reply. My donor looks good, but her MIS/AMH is lower than 3. How low can I go? Will the MIS/AMH matter terribly for a 22 year old donor?

Many thanks!

Emphasizing that I am no expert, but if a donor is a little out in one parameter, that's not a big deal. At some clinics, more eggs is better, while at others there is an ideal, probably around 15 oocytes or so.
