Juliana

Thank you for the lovely message - I can imagine you shuffling - we do seem to do this shuffling thing don't we - I am afraid it does get worse. At least you will be moved in and together - so much better and then I hope you take it easier.

It is so much cooler here today - think that I am very lucky really compared to most others who have all the horrid symptoms. I am all very hard bump which I presume is baby (if you have an email address will email you a piccy) and because I have a slight frame it's not all fluid and stuff either so is just weight and the way they shuffle - knocks my breath away - not having that belly tightening like you though. It's odd how some can feel their braxtons and others not!

Just want them to be decent weights.

Have a good move and take care
Love

Hi

Well i got splints for my hands last night at the class as the physiotherapist was there and had asked if anyone had any problems. Did not help with the sleeping as i could not bend my wrists and i was scared incase i gave dh a black eye.
There was a lady there who is expecting twins and she had a very neat bump she is being induced in 4 wks. I asked dh is he still thought i was big and he said yes but i thought some of the women were bigger than me, most of who are due around the same time as me.
Had a nightmare about midwife last night it was awful but i saw her today and it was fine no more sugar in my urine (a relief).
Juliana what a great day to move its my anniversary that day (9 years).
The midwife last night said the average weight for a singleton is 8lbs not sure what it is for twins though.

Helen

At least you got the splints - don't worry about giving DH a black eye

As for size - funny how it goes - I am not sure what the avge weight for twins is either - probably about half that of a singleton? - maybe 5lb actually - someone will know

Don't panic, the average weight for twins is about 5 and a half pounds each. But don't forget that there are quite a few early small twins so there have to be some big ones to push up the average!
