1st BFP - Due Dec

Hi everyone,

Me and DH got a BFP from our 5th IVF (FET) Cycle yesterday We had 2 5 day blastocyst transfer. Our first scan for detection of heartbeat is 12th May.

I should be due roughly December 2011!! Best Christmas gift I could ever wish for!

Any advice of what to do!? We are totally new to this! I know it's only early days. I am having AF type symptoms which I know can be quite common. I feel sick/nausea when I think about being pregnant and what's going to happen! haha

I just want to go to bed for 3 weeks until my first scan! Me and DH have never got this far in a cycle before so we are enjoying every minute of being pregnant!

Any other ladies out there who have just got a BFP and due December time?

Vicky, Congrats!!! How exciting! All those feelings are normal and I'm sure each of us have gone through those same feelings at one point or another! I have finally reached my 2nd trimester and the feeling is still so surreal. My "bump" is finally starting to show this week and it feels amazing! I can't stop looking at myself in the mirror and think to myself, "OMG, I'm PREGNANT with a mini life inside of me!!" lol. Conrats Vicky! Yes, please join our thread for 2011 babies. Some women are farther along than others (a few have already delivered) and offer AWESOME advice and answer questions.

Five IVF's!! You must be exhausted and estatic! Huge congrats to you and your DH. There's not much to do at this point, which feels very strange because we spend all our time planning out what tte next step is and when to be at ultrasounds, doctor appointments and when to take th enext shot.... I know it was surreal when my DH and I started realizing we didn't have to do anything but be happy and enjoy the pregnancy.

I really do encourage you to come join us on the 2011 boards!
