Congratulations babydreamz- what a beautiful big beat number I wonder how many you're carrying...

I have been following your thread with interest (and delight ) as I am in a similar situation (I HOPE!!!)... Had the trigger on the night of 15th April (now 11 days ago), collection on the 17th and transfer on the 20th (2 embies- 1 x 8 cell 2.1 grade and 1 x 6 cell 2.1 grade). So, today I am 6dp3dt. I did my first POAS on the evening of 3dp3dt (I know, I just cannot help myself!)- immediately positive and a fairly thick line. This must, of course, have been the trigger still. I have been POAS every morning since (including this morning)- the line has got fainter but there is always still aline there.

What's going on?? Do you think it's still the trigger in me (in previous cycles the trigger has been out of me by c. 5dpo) or do you think the trigger has been replaced with a real BFP and there just hasn't been a BFN period in-between (is that possible?)? Don't wnat to get carried away but am so so hoping (as we all are on here!). Anyway, any views/thoughts to help me while away the beat wait would be most welcome.

Did you guys continue POAS after beta? It somehow gives me comfort to see that dark thick pink line every morning. I may continue till I see my bean (s) on u/s just for peace of mind

I POAS last Friday and saw a faint line and I have POAS everyday since then (beta on Monday 48.5 13dpo). I plan to POAS until my u/s too. I bought a 20 pack at amazon for $10.

Thanks. My second beta is Wednesday. Not sure about the u/s yet. Yes the line gets darker everyday, which put a big smile on my face.

Clinic did beta test on me today (I did not ask or mention my HPTs) as well as routine blood works. So, 9dpo (6dp3dt)... beta 3.4 and hormone levels have dropped. They called me in for a HCG booster. So whilst it's early I guess it's not looking great. Now cannot have another beta test until Sunday and no point POAS because of booster. Ar$e.

4DPO 1dpt... Embryo is growing and developing
5DPO 2dpt... Embryo is now a blastocyst
6DPO 3dpt... Blastocyst hatches out of shell on this day
7DPO 4dpt... Blastocyst attaches to a site on the uterine lining
8DPO 5dpt... Implantation begins,as the blastocyst begins to bury in the lining
9DPO 6dpt... Implantation process continues and morula buries deeper in the lining
10DPO 7dpt... Morula is completely inmplanted in the lining and has placenta cells & fetal cells
11DPO 8dpt... Placenta cells begin to secret HCG in the blood today!
12DPO 9dpt... More HCG is produced as fetus develops
13DPO 10dpt... More HCG is produced as fetus develops
14DPO 11dpt... HCG levels are now high enough to be immediately detected on HPT

Whats is hcg booster? Do you know which hormones levels have gone down?

CONGRATULATIONS!!!! I would say to step away from the sticks now. They vary and if you see a line getting fainter you might worry without a good cause! Your beta is awesome, enjoy your pregnancy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
