During my last FET I had a chemical pregnancy that lasted a minute and I had done research on supplements to get the embies to stick, so I was taking bromiline (the stuff found at the core of a pineapple for the first 7 days after transfer, baby aspirin, all the usual vitamins and ate lots of soup and tea. Basically stayed away from cold food, took it easy for the first 3 days then took it light the rest. I just read that red raspberry leaf can help for implantation as well? Is there anything else that I can try or things I should stay away from during this time besides the obvious? Thanks for everything and all the advice.

I would stay away from herbals unless they are recommended by your RE, and raspberry leaf tea in particular. The websites claiming it helps fertility suggest in increases progesterone level. While it probably does nothing at all, if it does in fact increase progesterone level, that could ruin your cycle if done at the wrong time. There is also chaste berry tea which is purported to induce an LH surge. Again, it may do no such thing, but if it does, then it should be avoided like the plague in IVF cycles.
I doubt pineapple core does anything. It has never been studied to my knowledge, but if it did contain a beneficial drug, I think the drug companies would be on it. I have never heard of any RE recommending it.
Aspirin...maybe. I know it's been studied and last I saw, I think the jury was still out. Ask your RE. He/she will know it well.
Anyway, ask him/her about shortening your progesterone exposure. I suspect the shorter exposure is more common.
Avoid IVF and surrogacy in Ukraine. Ukrainian centers pay shills to post here under numerous sock accounts pretending to be patients in Ukraine. Centers using such deceptive advertising cannot be trusted and should be avoided.
