Congrats Indigo,
What a great way to celebrate Mother's Day this year!
Blairwitch,
I had a friend who avoided morning sickness by constantly nibbling on something. It seemed to really help her alot.
Mamaboo,
Glad you got rid of the needles from behind, those can be painful! Hope your family calms down soon, I know mine can be a pain in the rear sometimes, Maybe they could use a shot from behind! lol Thank you for sending me the vitamin regimen. I have been taking TWINLAB Prenatal care prenatal vitamins delivers 22 nutrients, it's missing the selenum so I'm eating more tuna these days!

My grandpa died this morning. Although he has had heart problems for years, I thought he'd live into his nineties. The males in his family generally do. He would have been 87 in May. I made a trip to WV to see him yesterday. I came back home today and will be heading back for the service.

WeHaveHope- sounds like things are progressing nicely. You will be bringing home your baby in no time! Keep us posted on how things are going.
Bliss- how are things with you? Getting closer to your transfer I'm sure!
AFM- just a quick update- only 3 more sleeps until we get to see our baby(ies) and their little heartbeat(s)! I am beyond anxious and nervous waiting for the time to get here. I really have a gut feeling that there's more than one little bean in there but as long as its one we will be thrilled. In the meantime I am already enjoying the side effects. I must be one of the lucky ones who gets to experience all day nausea. Even though I have zofran I try only taking it once a day because of the horrible "backing up" it causes. On the plus side I haven't actually thrown up...and I hoping the nausea is just a sign of healthy baby(ies) growing. Hope everyone is doing well.
Mamaboo - My prayers are with you and your family.
Blair - I only took 1 zofran the 1st day, but now the nausea is sooo bad I'm taking it 2 times @ 8 and @ 4. Like you I haven't actually vomited I'm just nauseated and now a bit dizzy/fatigue all day.
AFM: Like, Blair I have u/s on Wed., hoping for big things. The cramping is still there. Anyone else having this? It's not just on my side it's in my lower extremeties, not like AF cramps, more like a thumping or something, hard to explain. I worry alot. I think I have 2 more weeks of progesterone shots; if I'm not mistaken she said I take them til I'm 10 weeks. I'll be 8 weeks Wed.
skatiedrew- most days I try to keep it at 1 zofran in the morning, just because I dont like feeling blocked up. But some days I cant help but take it again in the evening. I get up at 5:15 for work and have to take it immediately...and then usually end up laying on the couch until it kicks in. As for the cramps hopefully they go away for you. I had some at the beginning but havent had many lately. I think I have 3 more weeks of Progesterone shots since I will be 7 wks on Wed. Its exciting that you already get to see your little one again. Im still nervous that we will go and find out something is wrong.
Blair - 2 more days before u/s. Can't wait, a bit nervous too. I think I'm going to ask dr about phenagrin, don't know if that's spelled right. My friend said that it's another med they can give you if this one isn't working, we'll see. Good luck.
Skatiedrew- Phenergan is good at knocking out nausea but makes you extremely sleepy. Since I needed something to fight nausea and allow me to function I went with zofran. Phenergan is also a pregnancy category C while zofran is only a B so I guess the zofran is a little less risky. Good luck. Why are you nervous for your US? You already saw a heartbeat right? This time maybe baby will be waving its little arm buds. Stay positive. I'm just hoping for healthy heartbeat(s).
blair - thanks for the info on meds. I'll deal with what I've got I don't plan on taking any chances. I did see heartbeat last time, I guess I'm just so afraid of what could happen and would I know if something had gone wrong before I got there. Prayers are with you and your little ones.
Hey Mamaboo- my condolences for you on your loss. Man you just can't catch a break! I'm sure he is smiling down on you and your little one. Hang in there.
Blair and Skatiedrew- thinking about you as you prep for your big days!
Indigogirl- how are you holding up? Are you still sane? Still planning to POAS on Mother's Day?
WeHaveHope- sounds like everything is moving along nicely for you. How are your spirits? PMA???
AFM- I have my SnS tomorrow and should find out when ET is. I only have enough fsh for two more days. I am hoping that we are looking at a Mother's Day transfer! Spent an amazing weekend with my 2 1/2 year old neice. We went roller skating, boating, and bought a swing set for our house (she spends almost every weekend with us). I love every moment with her. I can only imagine what a sap and a spoiler I will be when I have my own!

IVF #4 FET- DD
IVF#5- BFN
FET May 11 2013- miscarriage at 8 weeks
blair - I have to ask one more question. I know you've been very sensative with the topic, but how in the world have you dealt with the constipation from zofran?
Skatie- no problem with the questions. Even though my prenatal has some docusate in it to help avoid constipation, I have been taking additional docusate. I usually try to take 100mg with the zofran in the morning and then another docusate in the evening when I take the rest of my meds. I was also recommended to increase my fluid and fiber intake. Even though mornings are rough I try to have a bowl of raisin bran once the zofran kicks in. DH asked the head of OB at the hospital and those were her recommendations. Best of luck.
Bliss- woo hoo for setting a date!! You will be bringing home that baby in no time. Sounds like you had a good weekend with your niece and hopefully you get to do the transfer next wknd. Mothers day would be a great day to bring home the embryo- especially since its my bday!
