need alittle help for ghost or anyone

so i will b 7 weeks tomorrow my u/s is tomorrow & i am alittle nervous which is strange because with my first pregnancy i didnt have any symptoms except for tender chest & very sleepy...within the last couple of days i havent felt anything except very sleepy still but u have to know i am taking care of my 2 yr old son....so what i am asking is might there be something to worry about or is the second pregnancy different....my numbers looked good just weird that i am not feeling anything but sleepy oh well

Pregnancy symptoms will come and go. Even late into the 1st Trimester and early 2nd Trimester I had days where I didn't feel pregnant. Pregnancy symptoms aren't a very good indicator of your pregnancy, especially early on.

I have had very little pregnancy symptoms. most time i feel like a regular person and if i hadn't see that bean on an u/s then I wouldn't believe i was preggo.

Me and DH found out we were pregnant through a HPT on 20th April. Our first u/s is 12th May. I am going crazy waitin for it! I really don't have many symptoms apart from constantly weeing, been slightly constipated and breasts are tender on a night/during night and morning. But I don't actually feel any different. I thought that as soon as I found out I was pregnant I'd have all the typical symptoms like morning sickness, tiredness etc... But i haven't and I've really been worrying about it! I'm not feel very sleepy (although I'm always ready for bed on a night!) but I'm currently off work on sick leave until my 1st scan so I've been able to have sleep ins, naps in afternoon etc.. I think the tiredness might help me when I go back to work.

Are you taking any hormone medication? I'm still on patches, pessaries and tablets!

The worst is I feel like I've been left until our first scan as our IVF unit dont do any blood tests. They believe a positive from a HPT is enough! I'd like a little more confirmation but I'm too scared to do any more HPT's!!!

I think it is pretty normal to not have symptoms for a while. Even when you do get them, they will come and go. Good luck to you!

This is common. The effects of progesterone are not consistent. In fact, if you were on injected progesterone before and on a vaginal progesterone now, then the change you describe would be expected. But even if it's the same type as before, it varies from one cycle to the next.

Every pregnancy is different. With my twins I had no symptoms till around 7 weeks and with my daughter I had them right away. I would not worry about it at all.
