FEB / MARCH 2011 Cycle Buddies!! can't wait!

So I forgot that I had an hpt left from last cycle but it was a digital one which I hate. (my hubby picked up the wrong ones) so I decided to pee on it this morning. It said "not pregnant" but when I took the test strip out there was a dark test line and a very faint but distinct second line??? More confused now than ever. Just had my blood drawn. I'll know more later today. Stay tuned ladies. Super nauseous again this morning.

indigo- Keep your head up. I know the digital ones require higher hcg levels to confirm the pregnancy. I think seeing a faint line on the other test really is a great sign. Those usually pick up around 25 or so which could mean your level doubled over the weekend!! Keeping my fingers and toes crossed for you. Keep us posted once you get your results.

Bliss- Hows the relaxing going? Were you able to hang out outside yesterday in the nice weather? The big news was that Jones decided not to go to the NBA, so we will have a few of the same starters for next season!! I cannot wait for the 19th to come. DO you think you will POAS before the beta?

wehavehope- Sorry you arent feeling well lately...you may want to get used to just feeling blah all the time. Once you are preggo it may be a couple weeks of it. May 20th isnt far away at all. Hope you start feeling better soon.

AFM- Had a pretty laid back Birthday and Mothers Day yesterday. Visited with DH mom/family, then drove home and I took a nap. After my nap we went to dinner with my sister and her family...and then had an early night and was in bed by 9:30. The weekend seemed short but it was nice. Im already nervous and worried about my next appt. I dont go back until May 18th but I am worried something will have gone wrong between now and then and we wont see them all in there. I guess this is just the beginning of worrying for the rest of my life.

indigo- I am pretty sure that the digitals need an HCG level of close to 50 to pick it up, so no worries. I don't think the line means anything though, those tests work differently. Sending doubling vibes your way and can't wait to hear how it goes!

blair- that is awesome about Jones. You and I will be on the PAT boards chatting about the championship game next year for sure. Do me a favor though??? Please relax and enjoy your pregnancy. It is PMA that got you to the point where you are preggo with triplets, and its PMA that will make you go the distance. I don't know how big of a family you are planning to have, but with three babies on the way my guess is that this could be your one and only pregnancy? If so you need to soak it up honey!!! Enjoy every minute. You are young, healthy, and you have done all the right things to prepare yourself and your body. This is it!

Of course I say this as I have been obsessing over why my clinic does 2 day transfers and looking for photos for healthy day 2 embies.

Well I know its early and it could very well be normal but I am in a state of panic right now. I started slight cramping yesterday and then had very light pink spotting today. Of course I flipped out and called the MD and he said he thought it was normal especially with multiples, but that he would be glad to see me if I wanted. Since their office is an hour and a half away I asked about going to the OB in town....the nurse said I could but they usually arent as familiar with early pregnancies so it may not be the best idea. So instead I called my old RE (I switched to the Cincy one in Jan of this yr) and asked if there was any way they could see me. She asked my name and when I told her she said they were all wondering about me last week. She said they would be more than happy to see me for an US and make sure everything was ok. I am so scared and nervous but I guess only a few more hours of waiting to see whats going on.

Blair - I bet you, everything is just fine. Nice that you can have it checked out so quickly. I know i started spotting red blood one day and it freaked me out. I had to tell myself that hundreds of iVF gals have complained about the same thing and it was normal. I was so glad when it quit. Least you'll get to see your beans again. Good Luck!!

So the test was a 2. I'm so devastated again. I just don't want to want this anymore. If I could get over wanting it so bad I could put it behind me. I'm so sick of BFN's. I just don't want to do any of this anymore. Now it looks like I'm moving to Quebec away from my family. I'm feeling selfish that wanting this has put us into so much debt and now we're looking at me moving away from my family to make it work. It's crazy!!! The tears just keep rolling. Really feeling like I should call it quits. My husband is happy with our family the way it is...maybe I should just accept that too. But he supports how much I want this and hence he wants it too. But he doesn't get emotionally wrapped up in it all. I just wish someone could tell me, "yes, if you keep going, it will work" or "no, there's no point, you'll never be pregnant". But that would be too easy wouldn't it?

I'm just sick of it all.

Sorry to be such a downer, I just need to vent to people who understand. I'll give myself a few days to lick my wounds and I'll bounce back like I always do.

Indigo, I'm so very sorry. This process is just hell with the cycle of emotions we go through. I wish we had answers as much as I wish we could take the pain away. Let those tears roll for the loss of the dream of this one child, but don't lose sight of your overall dream. If you want another child badly enough I believe you can have it. I am so proud of your strength and resolve. You are so amazing! Hugs, love, and prayers.

indigo- I am so sorry that this happened. I honestly think a chemical is worse than a negative. I have been told that a chemical is a sign that you dont have a hostile uterus and there is hope though. I know that nothing we say can help at this time but just know we have all been there and understand what you are going through. I read a quote once that said never give up on a dream you cant go a day without thinking about. Wishing you the best. I know you are a very strong person and will be able to muster the strength to keep fighting. Until then you deserve to let the tears fly.

Indigo-I'm so so sorry you have to go through all this heartache time after time. Thank God your hubby is so supportive. It sounds as though what ever you decide he's beside you, so follow your heart. I agree with what Blair said about that quote. Keep going as long as you can handle it and feel you've tried all you can and that you still have hubby's support and encouragement.

Blair-I too, as you know, have had bleeding this entire pregnancy and every time it turns out fine. Of course no one can tell me not to worry. On Friday I had a sudden gush of blood-heavier than it has been recently-so I went into OB today. She still can't find the reason for it, but she says baby looks fine, cervix is still closed and long, and placenta (which the probably couldn't see on you yet) is bright and in right place. She said as long as those things are good it's all good, but I told her it's tough not to worry anyway. Like Bliss said keep you PMA up bcuz it's important to maintain a healthy pregnancy.

Just a quick update- went to my old RE since they are in town and could see me today. The good news is all 3 babies look great and are doing well. They all still had strong heartbeats and were measuring not far off from the expected due date. One is measuring 3 days behind the others but she said as long as they are all within a week of the estimated due date. They weren't measured at the last US so it made me feel a little better that they are all on target. She said the cramping is probably due to the very large cyst that is still there. She didn't see any bleeding and things looked good. Still go back to RE next wednesday.
