Low progesterone or low estradiol can cause spotting.

spotting is very normal in any pregnancy. I had it a couple of times myself. as long as it isn't an actual flow you should be good. i know easier said then done. If you are worried call your OB, might get you and extra peek at your baby.

Are you saying you take Endometrin twice daily as your source of progesterone?
My clinic rarely uses it, but when we do, it's three times per day. Studies showed twice daily is not quite enough. Although spotting is very common, you should report any spotting along with your concerns to your clinic. Sufficient progesterone reaching uterus is essential to sustain a pregnancy.

yeah i am taking endometrin twice daily as my source of progesterone they say because it was a natural thaw cycle that it should be fine with my last ivf cycle it was a fresh cycle & i did endometrin 3 times a day. i have told them that i think i should be doing 3 but they say my # are fine the last number was 33 which they said they were not to worried about if it was lower than 20 then they would have worried & dont understand them...would it hurt if i did 3 on my own without them knowing or should i just stick with what they are saying. not sure what i am going to do thanks for your input ghost & everyone else

That's a little different. A natural cycle FET relies on a follicle producing progesterone. Your level of 33 suggests your follicle is producing progesterone nicely.
Don't change anything without the approval of your RE.
Spotting is very common, even in successful cycles that end in live birth.
