June Cycle Buddies

Post by tracie »

Hello all - just thought i would drop in to say hi, started down regulating yesterday, how excited am i? Seems like my husband and i have been waiting forever (trying for 5 years), and now perhaps a chance. My injections should start w/comm 12 july, but for now i'm just taking one day at a time.

Have given up caffine, alchohol and only eating as fresh food as poss oh and of course taking folic acid supplement. I must go back to aerobics next week.

So anyway it would be nice if anybody would like to have a chat sometime as nobody i know is going through this, all my friends seem to get pregnant so easily - so not fair, but at least i don't burst into tears about that anymore.

All my best wishes to everyone

Hi Tracie...well done for finding the board. You'll soon wonder how you ever managed without it

Join and us on the main June Cycle Buddies board. We're on p.15 of posts now so you can see we're a very chatty, supportive, friendly lot  . There are about 8-10 of us also cycling this month - although it obviously rolls into July too. If you read a couple of pages you'll see we're at all different stages of tmt, some are already on the 2ww, 2 of us are ECing this week, others are on stimms and others down regging. Come and join us!

Hi Tracie

Welcome to the site and good luck.

Like Debra said come and join us on the other JCB thread. We are all very helpful as well as a bit insane so come over and join the mad house.

Just a word of warning, aerobics is not a good idea during treatment as it takes blood flow away from the uterus where it should be going for your embies to embed. Light exercise is OK but aerobics is too strenuous.

See you over on thr other thread
