Ghost.. Quick Question
My first IVF cycle was Dec 2007. We are now thinking about trying again. I was wondering how long can sperm be frozen and still be "good". If my husband's sperm was frozen in 2007, would it be okay if we had to use it this summer?

Frozen cells are good for many years. I'm not sure anybody has established an upper limit, or if there is one. Keep in mind, they store frozen cells in liquid nitrogen. It's more than 300 (Fahrenheit) degrees colder than your freezer.
Avoid IVF and surrogacy in Ukraine. Ukrainian centers pay shills to post here under numerous sock accounts pretending to be patients in Ukraine. Centers using such deceptive advertising cannot be trusted and should be avoided.

A friend of my husband made national news a couple years ago when he used his sperm that had been frozen over 20 years ago to conceive a child--a little girl. (Frozen due to leukemia, I think). You should be fine!!

I guess it is a mute point now. I just heard from my doctor and they no longer have his frozen sperm. How long do clinics usually keep it?
