AFM - Transfer did not happen today as they could not identify the best embies to transfer. They said they grade them a A through D (A being the best) and as of today I had 5 A's, 1 B, and 4 C's. Hopefully a few of the A's shine through for Sunday as that will definitely be transfer day!

Hi ladies,

Wondering if I can join you on this board? We just had our FET transfer yesterday and I could use all the support I can get during this 2ww and beyond. You all seem like a wonderful group of ladies! My husband and I were diagnosed with severe MF and have had 1 fresh cycle in Dec 2010 and 1 frozen cycle in April 2011, unfortunately neither worked. They used AH on this frozen cycle so hopefully that will be ticket to our BFP! Also the transfer went better than it has ever gone before so I am very hopeful! I woke up this am with a bad cold, coughing sneezing, etc...ugh and now have a call into my RE to see if there is any cold medicine I can take. Does anyone know? There is conflicting info on the Internet and I am afraid all the coughing, sneezing will not make the best environment for these embies to stick. Just trying to take it easy. Looking forward to getting to know all you, sending everyone lots of luck with their cycles!

Wndrgrl- Rest up and take it easy. I'm still tender today. Yeah for 14! It's our magic number!

Just spoke to our IVF coordinator. Of the 14 eggs retrieved, 9 were mature. We did ICSI and had a 100% success rate for fertilization. So we have 9 embies waiting for us. We are tentative for a 5 day transfer Tuesday afternoon. It could still end up a 3 day so we now wait and see!

I've been resting all day. Still sore but I tell myself it's a good reason to be sore. Our coordinator called a little but ago. We are tentative for transfer Monday at 330. Could still be Wednesday. Can't wait for the call tomorrow giving our status'

Nicks....WELCOME! sorry about you m/c hope your RE has a great plan for you bc summer time is bringing you your BFP. I know a few lasies did the DHEA and had great results from it. There are studies out on it as well. try googling it! I think it will help you if anything not hurt you!

AFM...not much to report. A couple long days at work this week. I got my new schedule. Will be doing baseline July 2...estrace tablets until AF followed by stims around July11-13 ER to follow! Headed to bed. completely wiped our. Hope everyone has a nice weekend

Lauren ~ I have read a couple of studies on DHEA, it seems to be pretty good. When my RE suggested I take it, she didn’t seem completely convinced of the success but she said it wouldn’t hurt my chances of BFP so might as well try it. Also she said to take 25mg 3X a day, I asked if I could take all 75mg at once she said it is not a problem but some woman can’t sleep on it so take it early. July 11th will be here before you know it.

Blissful ~ thanks for crashing. Wow 8 weeks already! When I was pregnant with my son I was so tired, it is true around 12 to 14 weeks you get some energy back. Also rest as much as you can, people told me that you need to enjoy your sleep while you can (I didn’t listen). Now my son is almost 16 months old and I haven’t slept through the night since he was born, not one night and I haven’t slept passed 7am. However he is a great joy and I love every moment I have with him even if it is 3am.

michel212 ~ Sending you TONS of sticky vibes!!! When I was pregnant with my son, my doctor said Sudafed was safe during pregnancy, not sure if it will help all of you symptoms. Hope you recover fast.

AFM: Working 6 days this week, may our countdown continue...Today I received paperwork in the mail for a brand new clinic we are looking at in the Fall for the IVF Refund Attain Program...I'm debating on whether I should wait to open it after my beta..ya'll have to tell me what you think? Ok. I finally have time to sit down and write a little more. ER went good. I was expecting them to get 7 eggs so I was quite surprised when I heard 14 eggs. I went home and just chilled out the rest of the day. I had some crampy type of feeling but nothing too bad. My doctor gave me vicodin and that seemed to help a lot. Today I'm feeling good. Still feel tender but again, nothing bad. Got the fert report today and 10 made it to ICSI and 9 fertilized. So now we wait. I am very happy to have 9 fertilized. To me that just seems like a good number. We are tentatively scheduled for ET on Monday at 3:30. They'll call us Monday morning to let us know how the eggs are doing and if we can go until Wednesday.

Start my PIO shots tomorrow morning. In 14 days we'll be able to test.

Lauren - Transfer tomorrow morning at 10:30!! I still do not know whether we are transferring 1 or 2 yet - we are waiting to talk to the RE about our percentages of single vs. twins with the number transferred given our age & grade of the embabies I do the PIO shots for 2 weeks after the retrieval. I was given the options to do crinone the 2nd week; however we are going on a beach vacation for a week and I did not want to deal with that

AFM - I received my results back on my 2nd beta.... 671 11dp3dt!!! I have my ultrasound the 29 June. I haven't had anymore cramping so I am very happy about that but very skeptic still. Like I have said before, I have never had a good ultrasound so I am very nervous and am driving myself crazy! I've been having some slight cramping but my SIL is 3mos preg and she said she went through the same thing. Also a little bit of breast tenderness here and there but not too much. Waiting for some true signs though. I need that confirmation!
