I'm on my phone so this will be short. transfer went good. They transfered 2. Grade a, and b 8 cell. Still super nervous about twins but they told us 25% chance. I had too full of a bladder so they let me go a little. It wasn't too uncomfortable at all. We got to see everything they did. Got our first picture of our embryos. Now we just wait and pray one sticks.

They don't know if they'll have any to freeze. Won't know until Wednesday or Thursday. I'm a little bummed at that thought.

hi guys - i dont have good news. it was negative. i was shocked! i so believed it was going to be positive - i am usually skeptical of symptoms but this time around i just felt similar things to last successful time. anyway, just to be sure i came home and did a FRER and it was very negative as well. so i guess i am reconciled to the fact.

we are going straight into another FET. i'll discuss with my doc tomorrow. hopefully 6 weeks from now i can have another transfer. i dont have very good embryos left - 3 are so-so and 3 didnt have proper nucleation so they have to run genetic test on them. i am sure we'll end up using all of them in that attempt - probably grow them out and pick the best

LYD10 ~ I am so sorry. But I found that having a plan for the next step helps.

LYD 10: I am a newbie here, but wanted to tell you I am so sorry about your negative beta. My DH and I went straight into another FET cyle as well and I found it helped to keep me optimistic. It sounds like you have at least 3 embryos left and maybe more to go with, and it only takes one. Sending you warm thoughts and lots of positive energy for your next cycle!

Hi gals,

A lot has gone on in the past couple of days! I will see if I can catch up.

LYD 10: As I said before, praying for you and DH and the next cycle is the one for you. Six weeks until FET is going to fly by for you, take good care of yourself and DH.

Blue: Congrats on a great transfer and being PUPO! Sending you TONS of sticky vibes! So glad the transfer went well for you!!! I am not sure but I think the Valium is to relax your mind :) and your uterus during the transfer. :)

Anton: Sending you lots and lots of positive thoughts and warm wishes for your next cycle! I know that you are destined to be a mom, and the fact that you can see it too and plan for it (furniture, strollers, etc) makes it even more possible! Keep up your wonderful positive attitude! As all of us know, life is not fair, but we take what we have been given and make the best of it, which is definitely what you have done! Around the same time my DH and I were going through our first IVF treatment, my DH's officemate had a one night stand with a girl and got her pregnant. She told him when she was 7months, and all my poor DH heard about was the custody battle and constant fighting those two have over their child. Thank goodness my DH has his own office now, but when stuff like that happens- it makes me realize that our babies are going to be SO LUCKY to have us as their parents- we loved them before they were even born. Keep the faith!

Wndgrl: Congrats on a wonderful transfer and being PUPO! Sending you TONs of sticky vibes as well! You did it!!! Isnt't is neat to see the embiess in the screen make their way "home"- so cool!

RMB: Congrats on a wonderful beta! Hope you are doing well and enjoying your pregnancy!!! :D When is your U/S?

Alleykittie: Congrats on the wonderful beta! So excited for you and RMB and I hope to be joining you soon. :)

Lauren: Happy belated anniversary to you and DH! :) Hope you had a wonderful time! Sending you lots of baby dust for your upcoming cycle, it will be the one for you!

Dreams: Congrats on your transfer and being PUPO! So cool that your RE came for you two, and I agree that it is a special day to have a transfer on Father's day! Sending you TONS of sticky vibes!

Texasgal: So sorry about your loss. Sending you warm thoughts and a big hug. Hope that you are DH are taking good care of each other, do not give up hope!

Madame X: Thank you for the welcome! How are you doing in the 2WW? Sending you lots of sticky vibes and warm wishes, this will be the one for us!

Starry: Welcome! I am a newbie as well! :) Hope you are doing well in your 2WW- take good care of yourself!

Nicksgam: Sounds like you had a wonderful father's day! Some delicious meals you had! Hope all is well with you as you prepare for your next cycle- sending you baby dust!

AFM: Doing good in my 2WW. My cold is still here, but going away slowly. I actually got a virus on my laptop googling "cold medicine and IVF/pregnancy" which is so weird, because that has never happened to me before. Had to take my computer into a specialist to get the darn thing off. They actually still have it, hope it comes back to me with all my info still on it. :) This may seem weird (and TMI), but I am totally aware of my uterus. No cramping, no pain, no bleeding, I am just "aware" that it is there. Probably from the estrace I am on I am thinking, but I just wondered if this was normal or I am crazy? One a lighter note, I found $5 today, so it must be my lucky day! Sending everyone lots of baby dust! :)

Hi Starry,

Hope your are well and surviving the 2ww better than me :-(

I am also crinone inserts twice a day and I have a discharge and this morning it has turned pinkish I have spoken the nusrse at the clinic this morning and she has told me this is normal and not to worry to much.

She also told me day 10 might still be a bit early for a positive result with a home pregnacy kit after a 3dt think she is just trying to make me feel better. I really hope she it right.

Have you done a home pregnacy test yet ?

Thanks debs for the info. :) I'm so sacred that mean my af is coming..

Yeah...I have tested at home also...there's this very faint line ( almost can't see) I guess it's because of the hcg jab that I had last thur. I'm day 11 today..didn't today though...I'm scared! :(

Starry,

A faint line is good try and stay positive this morning I have been searching like crazy and have found a number of sites that say it can be as late as day 13/14 for a positive result with a home test.

So fingers crossed for us both :)

It the longest two weeks ever :!:

Starry,

Thought this might help you feel better ? I feel a bit more positvie after reading this -

This is what should happen during a sucessful 3dt but can vary by a couple of days either side

1dp Embryo is growing and developing
2dpt Embryo is growing and developing
3dpt Embryo is now a blastocyst
4dpt Blastocyst hatches out of shell on this day
5dpt Blastocyst attaches to a site on the uterine lining
6dpt Implantation begins,as the blastocyst begins to bury in the lining
7dpt Implantation process continues and morula buries deeper in the lining
8dpt Morula is completely inmplanted in the lining and has placenta cells & fetal cells
9dpt Placenta cells begin to secret HCG in the blood
10dpt More HCG is produced as fetus develops
11dpt More HCG is produced as fetus develops
12dpt HCG levels are now high enough to be immediately detected on HPT
