AFM all is still well I even snuck out of the house for a few hours this weekend since I was starting to go crazy laying flat on my butt...I was very careful. Our nursery is done I will try to post pics soon but I love looking at it it makes it feel a bit more real. My son is back from the beach and is so happy to be home. I actually spent a few hours laying at the beach this weekend and I even got to wear my preggo bathing suit even though I did not dare go into the water since the waves were pretty strong and I am supposed to be on strict bedrest but after 14 days of strict bedrest I was starting to loose my mind so instead I layed in a beach chair and watches DH and DS surfing in the waves. Oh I so enjoyed feeling sun on my face and soft sand between my toes it was just amazing. Now I am home and once again laying on either my right or my left side

Karen - WOW! That was a surprise! She measured so big for a 34 week old! What a strong girl, my prayers aer with Gemman that she goes home with mommy soon, I can't wait for pics! Can't wait for more details!

Leora - yeay for movement! I am sure it is getting to the scary part now but you will breeaze through it and keep your babies in nice and tight until they are baked to perfection! I live south of San Francisco and have the lovely marine layer that brings a big thick layer of fog during summers, so I get fog and temps in the low 60s for summer, very blah

Margi - how are you feeling? Yey for work on your bday huh?

We took DS to the hospital today because that's where I have my Non stress test so that he could have a visit there without the stress of going there to have the baby. The nurse brought him a popsicle and we listened to the baby's heart. He walked arounf with DH and had a great time, the cute part is that he has been hearing me say that I want chocolate in the hospital and that we should take some movies for him. He was very concerned we forgot the chocolate for mommy and movies for him!!! I can't believe he remembered!!! Then he kept asking to see my belly and where is the baby? I think he was disappointed we did not bring home the baby! If only it was that easy! We have been reading big brother books and he thinks if you go to the hospital you bring the baby home. It was actually fun!

Hello Ladies!

I've been MIA for a while!!!!.... I guess i'm a little shy, but I have been following you stories, cheering and sharing your concerns.

Time seemed to fly!. It seems it was yesterday we were all at the other side getting our BFP.

Congrats to all the new mom's. It must be soooo exciting! I check the board at least a couple of time a week and love to see all your posts and pictures.

We are having a girl and our due date is September 6th....Rio, could you please update?...Thanks a lot!. We haven't started with the nursery but is definitely coming soon!!!... I should be ready by the end of July or hopefully sooner.

Sorry for the lack of personals.... I promise they will come soon.... Here is my belly shot at 28 weeks 2 days.

Freckles - Yay for your upcoming date - make sure you post a photo before you deliver so we can compare bellies! I"m wishing you all the best for a healthy and speedy delivery.

Lenora I'm happy you're feeling movement... I think we all have 'dates' that mean a lot... we are due the same weekend we had our first (and most painful) miscarriage - three years later. I hope you find some way to relax and get through the time that you associate with the sadness of your last pregnancy. It sounds like your twins are happy, healthy and you are doing awesome this pregnancy - keep up the good thoughts!

Amanda - great photo... we're sticking in there, eh? LOL

Sigh.... well I'm enduring a lot of basic pain - vaginal area, thighs, hips, etc... movement is awkward and slow which is difficult for me - I am usually very active and very flexible so this is difficult for me. We are also in the final throes of the renovations and putting the house back together (organizers, finishing touches, kitchen cabinets, moving back upstairs) is both exciting and exhausting.

I am not far from my due date but haven't had any other signs of impending labour. It has to happen soon! LOL

Still no labor...

Here's the plan: Tomorrow, we have an OB appointment at 0900. At the appointment, the doc will let us know if A) We'll go over to the hospital for induction right away, B) We will go to the hospital in the evening for induction or C) We'll do the induction Wednesday morning. I'm hoping for A.

I'm a little apprehensive about being induced but I'm sure that I'll be okay with it once everything gets started.

Sorry, no personals... I've been reading along but am a bit too anxious to focus right now.

Margi...I'm hanging in there, thanks for checking I am really starting to feel the aches and pains of a 44 week belly and not being able to move around. DH is just used to the tears now! How many weeks have you been on bedrest now? I'm in my 9th week now. I hope you're holding up well too!

Amanda...I love your 37 week belly! We seem to have a board of all belly ladies!

I can't believe how many babies are being born on this board now! It is making me so excited! I can't wait til August 1!!!!

Ryann - 32 weeks, woo-hoo!! AWESOME belly pic and your drawing of how Bella and Dylan are laying had me in stitches. Dylan really does like to hog the real estate in there huh?

Sonya - I can sooo relate to the pain. I feel like the bones and ligaments in my pubic/pelvic area are just splitting apart. I don't think I can get up from sitting or even walk without making some kind of moan or groan or other noise. We're almost to the end though!

Rio - Your story of DS was sooooo darn cute! He's going to be such a good big brother!

AFM, not much new. Almost called the doc yesterday because I had a good 10 hours of painful contractions but they never got regular. Glad I didn't bother him in the end since they dissipated around bedtime last night. Today's contractions are back to what I've had the last few weeks, so in other words back to normal and the waiting continues.
