Thank you Easley for this insightful information, it looks very interesting... the ONLY thing was about the refund/guarantee program, however instead of 3 tries you would get 4 for the same price. The outcome would be a difference of 1,400 in savings per cycle, but it's nice to find options out there for us. I will share this with dh tonight. Thank you for sharing with me. :D

Dreams & Sunshine - Sending you both big big BIG hugs. Try and stay positive. Trust me, I know how difficult it is. I never thought I'd have to work so hard at being positive. Hugs!

AFM - I'll have to go through and read what I missed this weekend. Victoria was beautiful. We had so much fun. It was really nice to get away. We went on a ghost tour, stayed at the Empress, went on a carriage ride (that cost way too much but was so worth the experience), ate wonderful food. DH was saying how he can't wait for when we have kids to show them all this. Go on a carriage ride with them. Things like that.

I think I have made the decision that I'm going to test Wednesday & Thursday morning. I need to know what it is before our Saturday blood draw so I can prepare myself. Please tell me I'm not crazy. :)

Thanks WndrGrl,
It's challenging to be positive right now, I just got off the phone with my clinic letting them know today is officially day1 for me. Gone through 3 pads already so I'm at full flow. Told them that we decided to move forward with another clinic this Fall explaining that we have to do what is best for us financially speaking. IF the IVF doesn't work out after 3 more good tries then hopefully by then I could revisit adoption with dh. uggghhh how much more can one take? There has to be a silver lining at the end of this storm.

Hey ladies! So, I am leaving here in a little over an hour for my accupuncture and ET. I am SO nervous!!! RE called this morning and of the 11 that fertalized, there are 4 grade A perfect blasts, 2 that are just a bit behind the first 4, and 2 more that most likely will not make it... But there is still hope for them. Well, I guess wish me luck!

You are all in my thoughts and prayers! (((HUGS)))

Kbanks! Good luck with the ET. Will be thinking of you.

Sunshine-I'm sorry. Sending hugs. Words don't help the disappointment.

Wndrgrl- You're not crazy. I got hpts with a rebate for buy one get one free so I ended up with 6 FRER tests. I already started POAS and I'm only 6dp5dt. BFN today, big surprise, right? It just helps feed the habit and give me a little control, albeit fake control.

Welcome Easley.

My hives have stopped since starting the Crinone. I still have the ones that had developed but not any new ones. The ones I have are driving me batty. They are getting better but the painful itch is nuts. My legs are the worst.

Anyone else have hubbys that drive you crazy about what you can and can't do right now? Mine is being super sensitive about foods, fragrances, soaps, medicines, etc. I got some Scentsy candle warmers and he insisted that I turn them off because I shouldn't be smelling that. He has been fussing about taking Benedryl and using the benedryl gel or cortisone cream. I use it sparingly and the dr knows I use it. Ahhh! He might drive me insane. His heart is in the right place, but it's in overkill mode!

Yes. The other night I went to take a Benadryl (I had an ear ache from allergies and my RE has said Benadryl is acceptable) My dh was giving me the 3rd degree about if Benadryl is really okay etc.... Thankfully I had gotten a little brochure from clinic that talked all about meds that are okay and aren't okay. I showed him that Benadryl is okay. I don't like taking it but at night when my ear is hurting and I want sleep, it does help. Gotta love these men that want to take such good care of us.

ugh I can't believe the heartburn I have. I have barely eaten anything today (because it was so bad yesterday) and it's still bad. I wasn't expecting heartburn this early. Two more sleeps until u/s. Come on Wed.

I need someone to help me keep the board updated with the list. So many that are in the middle of their cycle and it's not fair to them if we don't keep up the PMA so I'm sending out a request for a little help. I wish you all the very best and BFP success!

Thanks everyone for such quick responses and your thoughts! It's so much appreciated during this crazy & stressful time :| .

Moorebaby - I actually do PIO. Generally my RE has you do one week of PIO and one week of crinone; however due to the fact we were coming to the beach for the week, I did not want to deal with suppositories.

Lauren - It definitely was all brown blood; so hopefully that does mean it came from implantation a few days ago! :)

Easley - Thank you so much for your thoughts~ always can use some extras! Glad you have had some experience with some late bleeding that resulted in a BFP; gives me some hope 8) I have not POAS stick - Beta is on Friday and my RE suggests no more than 2 days prior to your beta to POAS. So that would be Wednesday...but I am dying to see what kind of results might be brewing. I actually did not have any cramping yet; so sorry I do not have any insight as to what that may mean!

Sunshine - Sending you tons of hugs! Keep that PMA and after you decide whether to do IUI another time or just wait till IVF attain; whatever you choose will be right for you at DH. :)

Wndrgrl - Thanks so much for thinking of me and Sunshine. Trying to keep that PMA; but as you know...this 2ww is killer in keeping it up for that long of time. Glad to hear Victoria was great! I've never been there but it sounds like a great trip.

Kbanks - Congrats on the ET!! You will soon be PUPO :D

AFM - Days at the beach have been great...they have definitely been able to help me relax a little and take my mind off of it some of the time. Quick question for everyone - I took my trigger shot on Sunday, 6/12; so would it definitely be out of my system by now? Like I mentioned above, my RE doesnt recommend POAS until Wednesday, so I am wondering if it's due to the HCG still being in our system? Trying to avoide those false BFP if at all possible. Beta still scheduled for Friday, 7/1. :D

Hello everyone. I'm sorry that I have been MIA. I am still having a really hard time with the miscarriage, and I just needed a little break from IVF stuff. I have a lot of catching up to do with this board! I'll have to read through everyone's posts to really be able to post some good personals.

Sunshine- I am so sorry. It never gets any easier to know it's a BFN. I am doing the Attain program in NC. It really takes the financial pressure of getting a BFP away. The stress and disappointment is all about just wanting to have a baby rather than worrying about paying for another cycle. We figure that if we end up with the refund, that will be money towards our adoption! The hardest part about Attain is that you get on the IVF rollercoaster and have to keep going. That being said, I think most of us feel the need to keep going and going until we get our baby! Just know that I am praying for you and sending big hugs to Florida.

Dreams2009- I would not worry about brown spotting. I spotted starting on day 5 or 6p5dt. I had a BFP with great betas until the miscarriage, and the RE did not think the spotting and M/C were related.

Easley- I definitely had cramping like that about 2 days after transfer when I had my BFP. Hopefully it's a good sign!!!

Moorebaby and Anton- As much as we would all like to be on the PAT board by now, I feel very blessed to be able to cycle with you wonderful women again. I am praying for you both every day.

AFM- I will finish up my BCP's on 6/30 (Thursday). I started Lupron last night...and now I'm having awful headaches and am extremely weepy. I really did not miss the Lupron on my antagonist cycle! It looks like my FET will be on July 21, and I will be on heparin for the transfer to see if that helps. My RE is recommending 2 weeks of time off of work. I have a fairly stressful job and am on my feet all day. He thinks that propping my feet up and avoiding the stress of work will be helpful after the miscarriage. So I have that to look forward to. DH and I may go back to the beach and I can prop my feet up in the sand! I was really positive that this would be the cycle that brought us our baby(ies) until I started the Lupron...now I just feel depressed. Sorry for venting...this is just a tough thing to do!

Sunshine - I am so, so sorry. (((Hugs)))

Blue - I think I am going to start POAS too (5dpt). I am going nuts.

Dreams - I think your trigger shot should be out. I think they say 10 days.

AFM - Feeling very down. I am getting every symptom that I am about to start my period. Plus the mucus thing I have going on top of it. We go on vaca starting Thurday....it is much needed, but I fear I will be "preoccupied"....sorry to be a downer, my body is just not behaving like it should.

akdelp- I would not worry too much about the mucus thing. That symptom could really go either way. Before I got my BFP I had plenty of AF symptoms. Keep up the PMA! You are PUPO!!!

Isn't it crazy how sometimes you figure things out as you are typing? :) Let me explain a little better, tonight my husband comes up to me- what if we try one more round of iui? I said but I had already spoke to our clinic about our new plan since you had let me kind of decide for both of us. He was like "when did I do that, so I have no say in this matter." I let him talk for just a minute but his logic starts to make some sense and now I'm somewhat thinking, ok I'm over-anaylzing but he's got me doing that. Either way we would have to wait until August for IVF, maybe this would help time go by quicker, it would certainly give us a higher chance then we would have if we ttc naturally. Idk, maybe we should just go for it? Any of you want to get together a trip to Las Vegas? Sometimes I feel like we're gambling with life but if it brings us our baby it will be so worth it. :)

Akdelp - About the mucus - I had it starting on the 3dp5dt. Sorta reminded me during a regular cycle and the lighter amount that came right before I would get AF. I think that it is normal so I wouldn't worry too much about it. Enjoy your vacation (although it may be stresful & hard) because it is a great chance to get away and relax. Thanks also for the 10 day advice on the trigger shot!

Wishing - Taking 2 weeks of is fabulous! :D It will also be extra great if you take a short vacation during that time as it does help to take your mind off things (a little :P ) Obviously not all the way b/c it's always in the back of our heads.

Sunshine - Gambling with life is a great way to describe this process! We do so many things not knowing if it will help us, what the outcome will be and read into everything little thing. I think IUI would definitely help pass the time to get you to your August IVF - I mean, hey, you might not even need it then if you get that BFP during IUI!!

AFM - Forgot to mention yesterday that I called my RE about the spotting (more just to see if you can use tampons during this 2ww) since I'm in a bathing suit all day. The nurse said they do not recommend that at all and she did not want me using them - so I guess I'm lucky that I have 3 dark/black bathing suits! She also said to up my PIO to 1.5 cc a day (vs. the 1cc) and that should take care of it also. So today is 9dp5dt and I caved and POAS. I got a BFP!!!!! :D 8) It came up fairly quickly too and was clear as day!! So now I have decided I will POAS every morning till Friday and am being cautiously optomistic...but hopefully this BFP stays
