AFM~ Not much to report, my breast are starting to get tender but not sure if that is b/c of pregnancy or that my AF could be a few days away. Like I said before peeing away and proably will everyday till beta...I think I might be going a little crazy in this 2 weeks

For it to be twins would mean I'm in the 1% (or whatever that small percentage is) where the egg divides because we only had one frostie. I really don't think it is twins. My beta numbers were consistent with singletons. We'll find out tomorrow. Less than 24 hours now!!!!!!

Hi everyone,
I found this forum the day before I went on vacation. I have been watching everyone's journey while I was away.
Kbanks: I began acupuncture at the end of my previous cancelled cycle in Feb. I have been doing it 3 times a week and was advised to do it the day before and the day after my FET. I didn't really feel a difference for the first few months but in the last 30 days I have seen and felt a huge difference. I am a lot calmer and had a more positive spirit.

Tomorrow I go in for my final u/s and blood work before my FET on Thursday. I have been taking vaginal estrogen since the beginning of this cycle (about 3 weeks) and continue now. I also insert Endometrum tablets 3x a day, Doxycycline 2x a day and another pill once a day. I am SUPER excited for Thursday to get here and get my frozen baby in there to cook! I will try to keep as busy as possible during my 2ww...

I do have a couple of questions:
When would an hpt be recommended in the 2 weeks?
What does anyone know about bed rest following a FET? I have heard lots of different things but will ask my RE tomorrow.

JerseyGirl- Those snowbabies will be home before you know it. As far as testing, I usually start around 5 days after transfer. I got my BFP at 5dp5dt on my last cycle...but that was early. The nice part about an FET is that you don't have to test out the trigger shot. For bedrest, my RE usually says 24 hours strict bedrest (only getting up to use the bathroom), then 24 more hours of lying around the house. For my FET this time, my RE is having me take 2 weeks because of my miscarriage. He says that there is no scientific evidence that you need bedrest, but with a very stressful job, he wants me to take time away.

Moorebaby- Thank you for working on the list. We are getting pregnant this cycle!!!

You girls melt my heart with so much love and support on our Summerboard. Could I be hormonal, no it's true you ladies always make everything better and I really couldn't ask for a better group, thank you for always being there and making me feel we are in this journey together!

Currently fourteen states mandate some form of infertility insurance coverage: Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Montana, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, Texas and West Virginia. Coverage varies from state to state; be sure to check your state’s laws.

Even if you don’t live in one of these fourteen states, your plan may include infertility insurance coverage. As a general rule of thumb, infertility falls into two areas: diagnostics and treatment. Most insurance policies will provide some level of coverage for diagnosis and testing. Coverage of infertility treatment can vary widely, if it’s covered at all.

Sooo I have decided we might need to move to one of these 14 states, Hawaii does sound pretty good, but I do have a dear friend in Rhode Island.

WOW, I wrote this whole thing out and then my computer decided to turn off . Anyway, sorry it took so long to post, I've been trying to relax. ET of 2 perfect blasts went wonderful yesterday, and the accupuncture was nice as well. We froze 2 more grade 1 embies and then 2 grade 2's as well (1 being the best out of 3). So, out of 12 fertilized eggs, 1 was unusable due to double fertilization and 6 were good. THEN.... I get a call from my RE today telling me that of the 5 that weren't expected to make it, 3 pulled through beautifully into grade 2 blasts!!!! 9 great blasts out of 12 eggs is a dream really that I am trying to wrap my head around. As for now though, I am in great spirits and convinced that I have beautiful twins snuggling in as we speak . Aside from some MAJOR bloating and belly swelling i'm feeling pretty good. It looks like 7/5 will be a GREAT day for betas since that's when mine is too, along with Akdelp and Easley.

I have a huge headache starting so I'm going to keep this short. I'm nervous about the headache since I typically get one about this time in my cycle. I'm going to hope it is completely unrelated.

I had my 3rd round of acupuncture that is meant to support implantation. Thankfully the Crinone is not causing any trouble so I got the rx called in today. My hives are almost gone. I'm starting to get impatient while waiting for my beta! Yikes! It's nerve wracking!

Who has plans for the 4th? Not sure what we are going to do. We usually keep it low key here.

Good luck to all the beta testers coming up. It's going to be exciting times ahead.
