I'm hoping maybe it's too early. I'm not supposed to get af until Monday. I read online that anything over 5 is possibly pregnant or not. I just pray my numbers increase on Monday. I don't know how I'll take it if they don't. This is it for us. I'm in such a funk today. I'm trying to stay positive for dh but I'm ready to crack.

Sunshine - Your new RE sounds great! It sounds like you have a good plan in place for the next IUI down there next month. Sometimes all it takes is a little bit of change

Amanda - Excellent news that your mom is doing better and done with a round of treatment! I'm sure this will make you're life a little less stressful now that she is home. Insurance is our worst nightmare! They always tell you one thing and then another happens. It's so frusterating!

RMB - I still haven't sent my congrats for your 4 babies!!! How exciting that must have been seeing all of them on the screen. Good luck on the next u/s

NancyB - Thanks for the well wishes. I think my doctor does 2 Betas (with my next one being Tuesday morning.)

AFM - Got back home from vacation yesterday afternoon. So sad to be back to reality and having to go back to work on Tuesday. The beach was fabulous and we only had 1 afternoon of a little rain. Other than that, sunny & 90's every single day. I got for my 2nd beta on Tuesday - so looking forward to that! For all those in the USA - have a great 4th of July!

Anton- I really hope that you find Happy! Our 2 dogs are our children, so I understand how tough that is! Glad you had a good trip to London!

AFM- Finished BCPs Thursday. Still on Lupron, waiting for AF to arrive so I can get on the estrogen patches, etc. I'm in the mountains with my in-laws which is very relaxing. My 33rd birthday is tomorrow, but I am dreading it. I really thought I would have at least 1 child by now! Oh well. No need for a pity party!

Ok ladies. Back to re today...triggering with Lupron only tonight for a tues retrevial. They think 20-25 eggs:) much better than the 53 last time...lol. Trans set for 7/8 or7/10. 7/10 would be awesome as it us my dads bday! Lining over a nine!

Let's hope 4th round is the one!

Anyone know when I should expect AF to start? Stopped progesterone and estrogen on Friday.

Blue: When I did my 1st IVF cycle I started to bleed the morning of my blood test so I kind of knew. I bleed very light for about 2 days then nothing again for almost 40 days! I stopped all meds as soon as I got my BFN too.
I did drink a concoction that is widely used in my culture (Dominican) to help flush everything out. If you live close to an area where there are Dominican grocery stores and/or pharmacies try it...Senora Muller. Its pretty gross but works...

Wndrgrl- you are in my prayers! I have had 2 chemical pregnancies and it definitely could be the case. However, miricles happen and maybe your little bean is just a slow starter. (((hugs)))

I'm not meaning to leave anyone out, but need to get going. You are all in my prayers always. I have a question and am driving myself insane... I took a dollar tree HPT yesterday evening (5DP5DT). Keep in mind it was very diluted as I had been drinking juice all day... and it was negative (25mu), which confirmed to me that the HCG booster they gave me on the day of transfer was out of my system. But also made me a little nervous. SO, today I used a early pregnancy test with FMU and I got a positive. So.... Do you think its still the HCG that just wasn't picked up yesterday or do you think the booster is out of my system and it could be a true positive? How many days does it usually take for the HCG to leave your body??? Thanks ladies!

Thanks everyone. I'm in such a funk. I wish I didn't take the HPT. Those pick up around 25 and if i got a 7.6 on a blood test. I'm trying to stay positive but it's so difficult. This was our only shot at this. And I feel so deflated.

WndGrl, Let us know how tomorrow's beta goes, there is still hope~ don't feel defeated b/c this is going to happen when the timing is right. Personally,we thought the same thing that this was all over when the first IVF didn't work, but trust me this is something we cannot accept, and there is always a way to keep going if you choose to look for a way. For us, we might end up refinancing our house, getting a second job or asking our family to help out a little? but we will find the means.

KBanks, Good to hear from you PUPO girl! I don't know much about the hcg, I've heard it can take up to 10 days before it's out of the system. I don't recommend testing early personally b/c sometimes it can bring one false hope. I usually wait and test maybe 2 days before beta so you know the results are more conclusive. However someone stronger then me might start earlier.

Wishingandhoping, God has a plan for each and every one of us out there and I feel there is still time. Most women today have babies well in their 40's. Anyway I wanted to be the first to wish you HAPPY BIRTHDAY tomorrow! I know it's bittersweet, but go ahead make that wish because this time next year you WILL very well be holding that new bundle of joy!

Thanks for the birthday wishes Christy! My early birthday present came today...AF! Now I get to go in for bloodwork and U/S in the early morning for my b-day! I'm taking it as a sign that this time it's going to work!!!

Kbanks- It usually takes the HCG about 12 days to stop showing up on HPT for me, but a lot of people stop seeing it by 10 days after trigger. Hopefully this is your BFP!

Kbanks~My RE says it takes one day per 1,000 units of HCG to leave your system. So 10,000 normally takes 10 days but sometimes up to 12 if you are smaller. I am a POAS addict and started testing 2dp3dt. This time I never did get a BFN, the 2nd line just started getting lighter and lighter each day then on 6dp3dt it started getting darker. This morning when I tested the 2nd line came up super fast and dark and I am now at 8dp3dt. I use the First Response HPT. So I think your test sounds like a BFP to me. Congrats!!!

Afm~ As I said above still getting a very strong BFP so of course I am over the moon excited and can't wait for my beta on Tues morning. I am still having an awful lot of cramping, mostly at night. I had lots of cramping with my twin pregnancy too. So of course that worries me. I will talk to my RE about it at my next appt. Had a great day on the river today with lots of wonderful friends and family, hopefully there will be a an extra addition or 2 for next years celebration! Prayers and babydust to all!

Hi ladies!!! DH & I are on vacation. We left CT at 9pm Friday & drove straight throught to GA! We are visiting DH's mom. She has lake-front property on Lake Sinclair. There are a lot of other family members here, so we are really having a great time..lots of swimming, boating, jet-skiing, water-tubing, cooking out, fireworks!!! I updated the list on Friday & I will do it again soon & some personals, too. I'm on my phone, but I brought my laptop, so I'll be able to get on & do the list & personals.
P.S. I got my AF today, so it looks like I'll be starting Lupron on July 23rd!
