Thanks for the imput ladies, I appreciate it! Sunshine, today/yesterday when I tested, it was 2 days prior to my beta. I will test again when I wake up to see if there is any change or if the line gets darker. I don't know how much HCG was in the trigger and I just know that the day of ET they gave me a small "booster" shot. The line is pretty faint, but it seems to me like my RE is having me come in a little early compared to the other 2 ladies with beta's also on Tuesday...... My beta will be 8DP5DT. Easley and Akdelp had transfers before me, so I just don't know. I will post the results of the test in the morning with FMU. With any luck it will be darker! Happy Independence Day everyone!!!!!!!!

Kbanks~ I think it's b/c I had a 3dt and u had a 5dt. I think beta is actually set up according to your RE date. Beta is normally (Ithink) 14 days after that. Hope that helps!

...first of all I would like to thank all of the girls that asked and cared about our puppy Happy. I bet if Happy knew how many cyber friends she’s got she would have come home by now!!

Amanda- I am so glad your mom is finally going home and feeling better! I am happy for her/you. Bad thing about the misunderstanding with insurance... I hope you guys fill less stressed now and prepare for the IVF journey again. I wish you the best of luck!

Kbanks- If I am not mistaken the shot leaves your systems after 10 days...I never saw those 2 lines so can’t really help you on this one but I DO WISH YOU A BFP!!!! Keep those HPT coming!!! But try to do them closer to your beta! So that you won’t get disappointed!

Sunshine- I am so glad you are enjoying your job! That is very important! I wish you all the luck in the world for your new cycle! Your BFP is on its way!!!

Easley4- Can’t wait to hear those beta#’s tomorrow!!! Sounds like a BFP to me! Congratulations are officially set for tomorrow! I am so happy for you girl!

Moorebaby- Yay!! for AF arriving and Yay!! for having a wonderful time at the beach ...may I ask, what protocol are you going to use? The thing, is I am waiting for my AF to arrive any minute now and when full blood (sorry for TMI) I am contacting my clinic and start the Antagonist protocol. (most probably tomorrow)... It sounds weird to me that you got your AF now but you are starting your protocol on the 23rd...so that’s why I am asking...even though I know that each RE follows its own programme etc. I wish you all the luck in world my friend!!! Number 7 is going to be our lucky #!!!!

AFM- Still no news on Happy ...but I am not losing hope yet! I felt sorry for my DH the other day...he goes and tells me “...how unlucky are we babe, we even lost our dog! No baby, No dog...Happy left the same way she entered our lives” I feel kind of the same but I refuse to give up hope!!! who knows!...about my cycle, well, I had a sign today from my AF and that means by tomorrow she will be full speed! I called the clinic and spoke with my nurse (my RE is abroad to a medical conference in Copenhagen) and she told me that when I see full blood to give her a call and I go and she will give me my protocol and meds to start! I am so excited girls! I know is kind of childish to be so excited starting something like IVF but this is how I feel... Last time I did the antagonist protocol I found it very short compared to other protocols I’ve tried which means that i will be having the ER around the 20th June or something like that and by end of the month hopefully I will be getting my BFP! I feel this lucky 7 IVF will do the tricks for me. Also this week we are getting the results from the “Peripheral chromosomes analysis" me and DH had before leaving for London. I hope we get good news from that analysis and everything is normal! Keep my fingers crossed!. I had a lovely weekend by the pool with DH and my Brother. Saturday night we had a wedding of a close friend of ours and all our friends were there...all with their babies, either having them with them other pregnant with them...Me and DH felt like we came from another world! It felt weird being there the only ones from our best friends that don’t have a baby...since two years ago when we first started the first IVF back in June 2009 we never thought that we will come this far and no baby and all the others just did. Don’t get me wrong, I am happy for them its just SO hard sometimes to deal with it. And one of the worst things is that they don’t seem to understand what we are going through...seems like everyone is living in their bubble showing off their babies (accomplishments) ...Oh well, end of this month me and DH hopefully we are going to join the parenthood club! I am anxiously looking forward to that day!!!

It's not childish to get excited over IVF, because it's our own personal plan that will lead us down the road to parenthood! We are taking the steps to making our dreams happen and we have every reason to get excited over that. I feel each time we cycle we learn something we didn't know before and that's one more piece to the puzzle. I am still praying that Happy returns home soon, I know how much she means to you and dh and I pray you will get a phone call about her letting you know someone found her. It's bittersweet being around friends/family who are expecting, I try to be happy for them too. Yesterday at church two pregnant ladies lead the choir/congregation with a song and I tried my very best to hold back the tears from my dh to see me upset. It only makes him upset when he sees me that way. Even the other night we were watching our favorite sitcom Scrubs and I got upset when I learned not only was Carla pg, but JD's new girlfriend and even Jordan by accident. This happened all in the same show so you could see why I had to cut off the TV and take a long walk with dh. Well that was my emotional meltdown for Sunday, but I guess I'm human afterall...

Good afternoon ladies. I took another HPT this morning with FMU and the line came up faster and it was a little darker, so I have hope. Beta is tomorrow at 7AM and I will know by noon.

Thank you for the birthday wishes! DH has been great today...taking me out to brunch, buying me a nice new bag, going to see Bad Teacher, and tonight we are grilling out! I went to my RE this am, and I am starting my estrogen patches (and decreasing my lupron ). All looks good for a July 21 FET! I'm ready to decrease this lupron and get some PMA back!

I looked at my calendar and I was totally off! Today I am 14 days past my trigger (so it should easily be out of my system) and 7 days past the 2500 HCG booster, so that should be gone as well. I called my RE and he said all of the hcg SHOULD be out of my system and the tests are probably accurate. Fingers crossed!!!

Kbanks- The hcg trigger leaves my system quickly. I started testing 5dp5dt and got bfns all the way. I'm glad you checked in with your dr. I can't wait for the beta numbers! At my clinic the beta timing is based on the date of egg retrieval not transfer day. So it is 15 days post retrieval.

Anton- I know what you mean about feeling lost among so many babies. I found that I lost a lot of friends early on because I didn't fall into the parent club. I'm still hoping Happy makes it home.

Wndrgrl- Thinking of you

AFM-AF started yesterday and is hitting me hard and heavy today . I suppose it's to be expected considering I was pumped up on hormones and haven't had a cycle for a while. Yuck. We are looking forward to what the dr says at our appt on the 12th. I am also curious about the immunological testing that the other dr I contacted has recommended. I am to call their clinic this week to find out more. As for now, it sounds like mayhem outside. Fireworks are legal in my city so it has been quite noisy. It's 11:15pm and still going strong. My poor pooch is terrified. I gave her a benedryl to help calm her. Now if only I could get her to go outside to potty! She has been hiding under the coffee table all evening.

BACK from Wisconsin Dells! Had a blast! Wouldn't you know it my internet was down last night! UGH. I was dying to get on this board!!! Sorry, haven't been able to read the 4 pages I have missed! At work.

Easley & Kbanks - BIG day for us!! Not sure if you both feel as anxious as I am! Easley - I should know no later than 4pm and as early as 1pm. I went at 7:20 this morning. It's driving me mad. I am praying for all of us!!!!!

AFM - still waiting for the phone call......

It's official. Beta only went up to 9 something yesterday. Doctor told me to stop taking all meds and wait for AF. If I don't get it by Friday I'm supposed to give them a call. They said it was chemical and caused because of some abnormality. I honestly can't remember. Even though I knew what the news would be I was still heartbroken when I got the call. DH was with me so I put it on speakerphone so he could hear.

He's been very positive about it all and says it will happen naturally now. We are 100% out of pocket from now on because the IVF cycle wiped out our $10k max insurance benefit. Once I get AF I'll call the doctor to set up an appointment to figure out what happened and such.

I feel so defeated. I feel like this IVF was our best shot. We got nothing to freeze so that was it. We don't have $15k lying around to pay for another cycle and neither one of us are comfortable adding that debt on top of stuff we have. There's nothing more I want than to be a mother and have a child. I just don't get why it's this difficult.
