Leora- you made it!!! So happy that you have and will continue to move beyond that sad date in the past. Your comments about the afterlife and all your babies almost made me cry (fairly easy to do these days). They are watching over you and those two little perfect babies. Stay cool mama!

Mellow- So glad Marlo is still improving so much. Thanks for sharing her pic, she is just beautiful!

Kjm- cool a fellow golfer! Although I must confess I am not much of one. I did swing the club a couple of times and then immediately got queasy so I guess our little one decided he/she is not much on golf. At least not right now.

AFM- DH "confessed" to wanting a boy yesterday. It was sort of funny, he began by saying he would be thrilled with anything and it didn't matter and then he walked out of the bathroom where I was getting ready. A couple of minutes later he came back in and said with confidence and a whole lot of emphasis. "No...you know what???? I DO want a boy and I am not afraid to say it. I'd love a girl too but yes, I want a boy."

I'm not worried about him being disappointed, this is the man who said about adoption "I am not a king, Alisa. Its not like our bloodline needs to be carried on. I just want us to have a child." I actually thought it was pretty cute (and no surprise of course that he wanted a boy, I think most of them do!).

Rio...awesome pictures!!!!! No news really. Still getting tons of BH and I keep getting crampy, but nothing regular. I feel like one of the babies is trying to turn and it's really uncomfortable!!! I'm just laying on the couch until Friday and hoping I've made no change! Of course of I start feeling different or anything more regular I will be in L&D!

Leora...I was just asking DH the same question...why doesn't everyone get the steroid shot just to be safe?!

33 weeks today. If I can make it through this week I will feel

Happy 4th to all of you in the US! I'm staring at this sunny day through the wall of windows in our family room We normally to fireworks with my parents on the 3rd of July, but instead they suprised us by bring a pizza and all of our usual snacks over to our house and hung out wth us here. It was nice...and I just keep telling myself that next 4th of July Dylan and Bella will be almost 1, running around the fireworks with their cousin who will have just turned 1-so excited!

Ryan I am so glad to hear you are holding on. We too have a huge family tradition of going to our family lake cottage in upstate NY for a massive family reunion and a full weekend of bbq, boating, swimming, fishing and..loh yes fireworks but of course bedrest made this impossible so DH is grilling and promised if I feel up to it we will venture out to the local high school for fireworks. I feel a bit guilty because our family trip is all my son looks forward to but we are trying to make it up to him. My baby turns 11 tomorrow and I am so excited about him unwrapping his presents when he wakes up...yet another thing we usually do at the cottage but I keep imagining taking baby Paul next year and it puts a smile on my face. Ryan we are very close now only a few more weeks until our babies are full term

Leora I know this is a tough week for you but you are in my thoughts and everything will be ok

Sonya so tomorrow is the due date How are things going? I can't wait to see pics of little Brogan

KJM good luck with the blood sugar results...My glucose levels were borderline but since I am a csection my OB decided it was no big deal but I understand the frustration with these tests.

Ryann - So glad to hear things are holding steady for you. Woo-hoo for hitting 33 weeks!! You're doing such a great job mama and I think you will be able to make it another week at least. When is your next doc appt?

Lou - Love the new bump pic. You are looking fantastic! All of that tennis and activity definitely keeps you looking so fit.

Mellow - I just love the pics of Marlo that you put on here and on your blog. She's just so adorable, I melt every time I see her pictures.

Kelley - Glad to hear your 3 hour looks like it went well!

Leora - I'm glad you're almost past the scary point. I can't imagine how difficult it must be but in a few weeks you're going to be feeling sooo much more at ease. I've not heard of any disadvantages to the steroid shots so that is a great question for your OB.

Blissful - YAY for getting to the point where you're done with the progesterone! I did have some spotting the week after I stopped my Endometrin suppositories - scared the crap out of me but went in for an u/s and everything looked great. Hopefully you won't have that happen but just wanted to let you know in case you do have a little spotting.

Annashope - Good luck at your cervix check tomorrow! Hopefully it will show things holding steady but just look at how you've been able to keep Paul cozy already after the cervix shortening scare a few weeks ago. You're doing great and it's amazing that we've both made it so far with what little we have for cervixes. And wow for all of the July 5th b-days in your family! I wonder if Paul will want to join them or hold out for his own birthday.

AFM - Tomorrow is eviction day for Maribel!! Wow, it seems so surreal and I'm just so glad I had all of you to lean on and support me all of these months. I could barely sleep last night with all of the excitement and I'm sure tonight will be even more of a challenge to sleep. We need to be at the hospital at 8:30am and the c-section is scheduled for 11am. I'll have my laptop during my hospital stay so I'll try to post sometime tomorrow evening or Wednesday when DH is having some snuggle time with the little one. My final belly shot is below (38w4). Then we did my final "stats" LOL. My final weight gain was 19 pounds and my final waistline measurement was a whopping 47.25 inches!!

Kjm- Results sound good!! Hopefully they can figure out something for your iron levels. When I went to the OB last time she mentioned that she would probably be putting me on iron supplements in awhile despite the fact that my levels were still ok for now.

Rio- I know exactly what you mean about the whole vanishing twin thing. Even those ours isn’t considered a vanishing twin, I still wonder what it would be like. What makes it worse is that they still measure Baby C and the fluid levels at every US just to see if its changing. Since we still aren’t sure on the sex of Baby B it will be a little weird once we do find out because we will then know what Baby C was going to be. I think its best to always remember the baby you lost and be ever so thankful for a smooth and healthy pregnancy. What cute pics!!!! Love that you still look great in that little bitty string bikini…I still have bruises or else Id consider putting one on. Cute belly!

Mellow- Marlo is still so beautiful!! And shes getting so big. I cant believe shes already over 3 lbs. Hopefully she will be home by her due date and you can get into a regular routine like Im sure you’ve been wanting.

Ryann- Geez…sorry you had all those scares over the weekend. Hopefully you are stuck in bed now keeping Bella and Dylan comfortable so they can stay in a few more weeks. Even though we all worry on here I would guess your doctor knows what hes doing and has a reason for not insisting on the steroids. Keep us posted if anything changes and just try to rest up.

Leora- I love online shopping. I feel like some days all I do is look at store websites, and then read reviews about everything I like. I am already frustrated at the lack of “twin-friendly” stores though. Even babies R us only carries 3 twin tandem strollers in stock…and the rest you have to order online without seeing. How does that make any sense when they have about 50 choices for singletons? As for the UTI…Ive been on antibiotics for an apparent UTI that I didn’t even know I had until I went to the office. I can usually tell as soon as I have one but I guess drinking all the excess fluids and peeing all the time anyway its harder to tell.

Alisa- I know what you mean about being ever so happy about the progesterone but scared at the same time. I ended up taking my progesterone until 12 wks- mine was the IM shot. And now Im faced with when to stop the Lovenox. The RE had me on it because of MTHFR and now the MFM, my reg OB, and DH all think its not necessary. I am just nervous that if I stop it something will happen and Ill blame it on the stopping the Lovenox. If it were cheap it would be one thing but when I go to refill this week it may run about $800+ since I have to meet the deductible first (my plan starts over July1).

Happy Bunny- Brooke is so beautiful!!! And I love her light hair!!! Congrats again but sorry to hear it was a rough delivery.

Anna-Good luck at the cervix check!! You are still looking great with that cute belly. You look so happy!!

AFM- Sorry I know I missed some people but I was trying to catch up after the long wknd and have a lot of work I need to do. I started having pretty uncomfortable pains really low on my right side. I would assume its round ligament pain but it didn’t go away for quite awhile and I ended up needing to take Tylenol because it hurt so bad. It was mainly when I stood up so I tried laying on my left side for awhile. Im going to call my reg OB and see if she will go ahead and see me this wk instead of waiting until next week…especially since I have another MFM apt next wk anyway. I would rather have the apts in different wks instead 2 in 2 days. Will try to post more later but hope everyone had a good wknd. I do have a bump pic but every time I try to attach it – it says the fie is too big. Any suggestions?
