BREAKING NEWS..........My babies are here! They were born Monday, July 4th at 10:19 am :D :D My water broke at 6 am and woke me up. They babies are doing great! No issues at all. Maddox Penn was 4 lb 13 oz and McCoy Scott was 5 lb 6 oz. They're gorgeous! I am sooooo in LOVE!!!! :D :D I couldn't feel more grateful for anything. We are going home today.....hopefully. The dr will check them again this morning and we should go home this afternoon.

I haven't had a chance to do any reading. I hope to catch up soon. I will try to get DH to upload a photo. You have to see them! :D :D :D

Babies Babies everywhere.. Its been a busy few weeks.

Stephanie - Your babies are adorable. I even like the Cardinals background. GO CARD!! Though can live without the Patriots. :)

Karin- Congrats on your twinkies.. Can't wait to hear your birth stories.

Leoria - YEY for two boys!!! 22+ weeks also, YIPPEE!!

Ryan - You're bump is so small to be 32 weeks with twins. Keep the baking up for a few more weeks. Love your nursery too..

Lou - Glad to see that baby is doing well. Have fun on your trip. Is this for work or pleasure. Nice to be able to get out before the baby gets here.

Rio - I can't believe you are so close. It seems like just last month you went through IVF.

Know i have missed a lot of people. So much goes on this board.

AFM- Can't believe that i only have 19 more weeks to go. Right now my bedroom is the babies bedroom because we are putting in new floor and painting our bedroom. I am hoping to get this done in the next 3 or 4 weeks so we can move back in our bedroom and start figuring out the babies room. I guess everything will seem for real at that point. I got a bunch of stuff from my sister this past weekend. Looks like all i will need is the crib, changing table, and stroller. Guess for my shower i will just be asking for wipes and diapers. November seem so far away but I know it will be here in no time. Oh and did i mention we will have our contractor at the house in November finishing our basement. That should be fun with a newborn. The contractor is busy building someone elses house at this point and won't be free till november. i thought about having him come after i am done with maternity leave but I really want my basement done so we have the extra room. My house is really small. Guess I'll just go visit the in-laws a lot when the contractor is hammering away.

Fun- Even though Im sure it may be hectic with a contractor and a newborn Im sure you will figure it all out in no time. Hopefully you will be able to run some errands or get other stuff done while they are working. And no matter what it will be worth having the extra space. You are more than half way there so keep on chugging!

Karian- Congrats!!!!!!!! I cant wait to see pics of Maddox and McCoy. Sounds like they are doing great and everything went pretty smoothly. Hope you all get to go home and spend time as a family today. Keep us posted in between resting and caring for those 2 boys.

Stephanie- Those boys are soooo cute! I am sure I will be doing the same thing having mini photo sessions with them as often as I can. When my niece was little and I was baby sitting I even woke her up from a nap once to put her in cute clothes and take pics. Obviously I probably wont be waking up my own if they are actually sleeping but the pics were good.

Ryann- You are still so tiny at 33 weeks!!! I love your car seat choice- Im pretty sure they are the same ones I really like. And your nursery is too cute. You all did such a great job with everything. Cant wait to hear how the apt and US went today!!

Lou- Glad to hear things went well at the US and everything was fine. Hopefully you can have a great time with your friend in San Fran.

Quick update post from my phone. Appt went great! Dylan is measuring 5lbs4oz and Bella is measuring 5lbs3oz. My good little girl flipped over again so she is head down and ready to go (now of she would stop changing her mind from week to week!). NST was perfect, no contractions were picked up. I am dilated to 2cm now, but doc said we are in the safety zone now being 34 weeks. He told me I could add a little activity back into my life...but to be honest I don't think I will. Although I'm in the safety zone I'd still like to get at least 2 more weeks out of these guys!

Hello everyone!!!!

Amanda and Sonya....I'm so thrilled for both of you. Your little ones are absolutely precious. I don't have much time for personals (as always) because my husbands kids are here and I'm pumping every 2 hours because my little one will not latch well due to the high level of jaundice he had. We had to stay 3 extra days on lights to get his level down.

Christian Luke was born on July 1 at 2:41pm. He was 8lbs 3oz. and was 22 inches long. :D :D He is doing very well but due to his high level of jaundice, he is very sleepy and did not latch well. Unfortunately, I am pumping all the time and having to supplement formula to get his bilirubin levels down. He is an absolute angel and we are so very blessed.

Thank you all for being there for me during this process. I cannot thank you enough. I can't wait for things to slow down and I will definitely join the other board. See you all on the other side!!!! :D :D

Karin - huge congratulations for you and DH and your boys! That is wonderful that your boys are so healthy and seems like NICU time for them! Hope you take them home soon!

Stephanie - I love the pics! your boys are so adorable ohhh makes me want to meet my girl soon!

to have fun - ask for gift cards! You will get more and you can have the flexibility to buy what you need!

Ryann - you look tiny for twins girl! ok deal , no babies next week! ;) Glad everything went well at the appt! I agree - bake those beans longer!

nwquiz - don't worry if you do have GD it is better to catch it then leave it undiagnosed, the diet isn't so bad! Good luck with the 3hr!

Karin & Kaylie - Congrats on the births of your babies!! Woo-hoo!!! Babies, babies everywhere!!! This is so exciting ladies!!

EOE - I PROMISE I'll go back and catch up in the next couple of days!!

AFM - Maribel & I both got discharged yesterday afternoon, Woo-hoo! She's doing amazing and I just can't stop staring at her. In more annoying news, my in-laws arrived just before we got home from the hospital yesterday. Their idea of helping has been them holding the baby and watching TV (with their feet up) while I'm doing housework. I am working VERY hard on biting my tongue andd cannot wait until they leave tomorrow. (Thanks for listening to my vent!!)

Kat: I have the sonoline as well and I found it to be a great comfort for me with the hematoma....also fun to let DH “hunt” for babies...just don’t let yourself stress if you can’t find a HB. It can take a while to get used to and sometimes the baby can “hide”.

Rio: I hope that you and DS had fun at the Cars movie..I love everything he says and does...he really is gonna be awesome as a Big Brother. And note to self: NEVER purchase anything that says “hand wash” for infants...especially times 2! (Knowing me, I would get frustrated and just throw it in the wash and then ruin it and throw it away.)

Ryann: Sorry about the swollen feet. :( Glad that Dylan and Isabella are hanging in there...just do your best to bake them a bit more....you are doing awesome!!

Stephanie: Love Jaxon and Brady’s “photo shoot”. Adorable...

Carol: Thanks for dropping in--it is good to hear that you are well. Happy belated birthday and anniversary! ( I, myself turn 44 in a couple weeks). I have been on bed rest since I was 7 weeks pregnant. That part hasn’t been fun, but I do what I have to do. Hoping that my restriction will be lifted in two weeks and I can have a somewhat "normal" pregnancy from there on out. Take care of yourself....

Karin: Congratulations to you!!!! So exciting!!! I am so happy for you!!! I hope that I can go nearly 36 weeks as well and have some “take-home” babies too....can’t wait for photos of the gorgeous boys.

Nwquiz: Sorry about failing the glucose test, but better to catch it early. Rio has an entire post with hints about GD diet that may be helpful to you. I think it is weird that I don’t get tested for it until 28 weeks...and at my age? Isn’t that odd? 2 weeks until your u/s...I can’t wait! You still feeling good?

Kaylie: Christian is beautiful!!! You must be so thrilled....congratulations!!!!! Enjoy!!

Alisa: I enjoy having my doppler, although I use it less now that I can feel them kicking away! It is really fun to find their HB...my DH loves to do it.

Amanda: Woohoo...you and Maribel are home!!! Sorry about the inlaws..your vent makes perfect sense...it is the reason I am banning any help in the beginning--except maybe my sister who would be easy going and not take over with the babies. Glad to hear they leave tomorrow.

All you ladies with recent births, I know that you are so terribly busy with feeding and caring for your gorgeous little ones, but when you get a chance we would love to hear some birth stories...

AFM: Not much new...gonna try to venture to the pool today for the first time. Yeah!! OB said it would be ok...DH will drive, and I am just gonna be sitting and floating, but it will be so nice to get out of this house!!
