Good morning everyone.
I went in for my Beta this morning and just got the call from my nurse...BFP!!!!!!!!!
She said my BETA was a 79 and they felt that was a solid 1st number. I go back on Monday for my 2nd Beta. DH is still processing it but I am beyond happy!!! Thanks for all the love and support and I wish us all a BFP very soon!

First of all, I must say congratulations to all those with BFPs!!! I can hardly keep up. I don't really post all that often, but I have been following this board for a while. I am currently awaiting the arrival of AF...she never seems to come when you want her to!! My RE wants to do a couple of tests before we decide if we will try for round 2 of IVF.

My reason for posting today is that I have a baby shower to go to tonight and I am so emotional about it. It is for a good friend, and I am super happy for her, but at the same time, I am feeling selfish and thinking of all that I do not have. I am hoping to get some strength from some of you strong ladies:)

Jerseygirl~ YYYYYYYYYYIIIPPPPPPPPPEEEEEEE!!! So happy for you and your BFP!! That is so great, when is your next beta and U/S?

How are all you other BFP ladies feeling? Any morning sickness or other signs? Not for me except very tender boobies. I usually don't start feeling sick till about 6wks.

Jealous of all you ladies getting to see your little ones but so happy for you too. So happy there been such good news with the U/S, praying you have a healthy and happy 9mos~enjoy every minute of it!!

Excited for those of you starting your stims, you'll be PUPO before you know it! My nurse told me the other day when I went in for my 2nd BETA that they were having a TON of BFP this month. Crazy huh? So I'm sure this will be it for ya'll too!!! Sending you buckets of prayers and babydust

Hi easly!! Transferred 3 beautiful 5 day embies... Two of them were hatching!!! Never had that before, so hoping for this cycle to be the ONE!! I'm trying to hold off POASing until at least 7dp5dt... Can't stand another bfn cycle... So want to keep my hopes up for as long as I can!!

I'm so happy for you!! When do you go for the first us?

Sunshine (Christy) - since im not used on preparing food it took me 3 hours to prepare pasta salad i asked mom to make me some spring rools and cheese rolls, than my DH went and bought pizza, fajitas and chicken little sandwiches coz i was so lost and didnt know what and how to prepare anything but finally everything went great and we had a great time, we laughed a lot and they all liked my salad more than all the other food hewhew

AFM: went for the u/s today, everything looked good, still on the stims maybe ER will be on saturday but not sure yet.

Have you asked your friends if they have health insurance prior to dinner? ...I always ask that question to whenever gets into my car for the first time! I am like a little “Schumacher” when driving my car...Can’t wait to hear about your U/S today!

Easley- Akdelp-Kbanks- Bravo for great 2nd beta’s girls!!!! I am SO happy for you!! I hope the BFP’s keep coming and next month when I am getting mine!!!

Tryn4#2- I have done both 3day and 5day transfers with no success but my RE highly recommends the 5dt as the implantation success rates are higher with blasts. If everything goes well with the PGD we are doing this time then we are doing a 5dt. I wish you all the best in your cycle!!!

Sunshine- Yay!! For NO BCP! I wish you start soon your trip to get that BFP!!!!

Dreams- Thank you for your kind words! My DH also cooks delicious meals I just do mine more often! He mostly cooks when two times a month and mostly those first 3 days after the ET. I am not complaining since cooking is one of my passions!

RMB- Hearing 4 hB’s sounds unreal, amazing, fabulous and scary thing at the same time! I thrilled for you!!! I cannot wait to hear mine! 1-2!

AFM- Had a really busy weekend girls. Sorry for no time to post... On Saturday we went to our friend’s beach house and spend the day at the beach and had a BBQ at night. We had a wonderful time with them and their newborn baby girl (our latest Goddaughter) she is 3 months now and she is adorable! A very quite baby we hardly noticed she was there when she was sleeping. Yesterday we had lunch at my parents and then back home where we spent the day at the pool just me and my DH. It was really really HOT!!!! Must have been the hottest day of the year!! 41 C degrees under shadow!!!! The pool was like oxygen to us! We had some chicken and we thought having some BBQ at night, so I called my MIL and SIL to come over join us. And so they came and we had a wonderful evening. .... Saturday morning I went for my U/s and I have around 10 follicles growing nicely. When my RE saw my endo (forgot to ask how big) he goes to me: “well done Antonia you already have such a great lining!” ... one bad thing is that I seem to have a small cyst that is size 19mm and he told me that hopefully it won’t grow and he will remove it when we do the ER. Today is day 6 of stims and I go tomorrow (Tuesday) for another U/S and blood test and so probably we will know when we are having the ER and ET. The CGH (PGD) will take place on 3dpo and hopefully we have good news! If God forbids and none of the embryos is OK then we need to think what our next steps will be. My RE suggested egg donor ...even though so far there is nothing that tell us that my eggs are no good, he told me that besides the cases where it is obvious the quality of eggs, in other cases (maybe like mine) the egg quality can be detected only by doing PGD and in most of the cases of NO GOOD embryos is the eggs to blame. So now I am really anxious to see if our embies are OK. Of course if even one is OK then we will transfer that one. The waiting and the agony NEVER ends! The cost of this PGD together with the IVF meds etc is a small fortune...But as I told my DH this PGD is the most important test we ever done! And the answers this will give us are going to be vital for our future! So i don’t see any option of not doing it. I can’t but being positive that this is going to give us good results and we end up with good, normal embryos and so end of this cycle we are getting that BFP we so much want! This is really crucial time for us and I pray that everything will be good and get to transfer good embies or embryo this time. I am scared but I try to be positive about the result!

I will also know tomorrow when I have my U/S if my ER is going to happen on Saturday! Looks like we are going to be hand in hand in this! How exciting!
