longtimerivf - yeah it is a BFP, the line will get darker every day, coz ur HCG levels will increase each day.
can i ask how many embies did u transfer??

Hi fruit!

I transferred the three frozen embies I had from my previous two ivf's...

I've had 5 fresh IVF cycles all completely BFN... in the 4th they freezed 2 and on the 5th they freezed 1...

so for this FET my RE asked how many I wanted to transfer and my DH and I said "all of them"... since we are not the most positive bunch about the FET and weren't sure how many would thaw, we assumed that thawing three maybe two would be ready for transfer but the three of them survived... so we said "welcome"

Thanks for your support... I really hope you're right and it will keep getting darker and be a true line!

Longtimer-Heck yeah you got urself a BFP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not ur imagination at all my friend WOW maybe all you needed was a FET cycle! CONGRATS cant wait for your beta...good luck!!!

Fruit-I am a poor responder so I guess I worry about my follies but Im trying to be neutral thru this entire cycle and not make myself crazy like in the past about worrying...thxs

longtimerivf- Definitely a BFP. FYI- I also transfered three in an FET. Some women do better with FET and I think I am one of them. Maybe you are too! FYI- with my BFP I tested 4 or 5 times. One time the line actually got LIGHTER and I freaked. Even tests in the same package can have varying degrees of color intensity. All that really matters is there is a line. CONGRATS!

Longtimeivf- defiantly seen a second line...I'm too nervous to poas...this is my fourth round and never poas. I have faith tuesday will be our day...what time do u expect ur call. Mine should be 1/130....while I'm at work.....

Awwww thank you ladies for all the birthday wishes! I wanted so bad to jump on the boards last night but the internet was down. I do need to go back and read to catch up on personals but it looks promising longtimeivf, congratulations in advance! About yesterday, worked most the day but the girls made it a great one! Received the sweetest card signed with heartfelt messages and a personal size cake so you know this girl was bouncing around the boutique loaded with sugar! In the gift bag was a beautiful coral ruffled shirt with matching earrings from Chico's of course.

When I got home from work. I changed into my new coral shirt/favorite jeans and dh took me to a local seafood restaurant, Uncle Ernie's a historic home in the 1800's that was converted into a restaurant on St. Andrew's Bay in downtown Pncy. We sat inside but near a window with the view of the gulf and marina. The wait would of been 25 minutes if we wanted to eat outside-- but to me we had the best seat in the house. I had more fun watching guest come in all dressed up some in long designer beach-style dresses. The food was delicious, parmesan bread we dipped in rosemary olive oil. Ordered fish and chips (fresh grouper) with slaw and it was sooo much food I had to get some boxes to go. Our wattress tried so hard to entice us into dessert and asked if we were out celebrating anything special tonight. But I was so proud of dh for NOT telling her it was my birthday, instead he smiled and told her we live here and trying to help our local economy. LOL smart man!

So after our dinner we went to DQ (our favorite place) and while I spoke to his mom and dad outside on the cell (love them!), he went in and got me a hot fudge sundae. The card he gave me was absolutely beautiful, all in all a great birthday and yes we have our IUI plans set in place with brand new hope! Thanks again or all your sweet birthday messages on the board yesterday, I love all of you! Sunshine1576 (christy)

BranyB: Welcome to our vibrant board and congrats on being PUPO!!!!!!! The 2ww will be rough but it will all pay off in the end.
Lauren: I have never heard of taking a muscle relaxer after. I was told that I could take some strong Ibuprofen (like Motrin) or extra strength Tylenol but not a muscle relaxer. Hey! If your RE is making the recommendation I say go for it. By the way congrats on beginning your stims! I hope you get your BFP very very soon!
Sunshine1576: Happy Birthday!!!!! Thank God for DH because without their support we would be lost. I am happy you had a nice birthday and even happier you have a new IUI plan in place. I know it will be a good one and you will be PUPO before you know it!
Tryn4#2: Congrats on being PUPO! Bedrest is so frustratinf because we are so used to being up and moving. I hope you are well and taking it easy. The 2ww will be over before you know it and your BFP is on its way! Baby dust to you!
Alwaysangel: I am so proud of you for not giving in on the POAS. I too did not do it because I didn’t want it to change my mood. I figured whatever would happen, would happen. I know you are getting your BFP! Hold on just a couple more days!!!
BlissfulCS: I am happy to see that you are doing well. Nice heartbeat for the baby! When is your next u/s and do you know the sex yet???
Lauren: How are you feeling? I know the heat is crazy so a pool day is a must today. Wherever you are in the country its HOT! Stay hydrated and keep us posted on your journey.

Anton: My colorful friend, I am so sorry about the PGD labs. I am a true believer that when you really want something it will come to you. So keep your spirits up my friend and lets keep our fingers crossed that your progesterone levels are where the RE woukd like them to be. If not…it will still happen with a FET. I know you have the BEST attitude ever and I pray for you and am sending you toms of baby dust!

Easley: How are you feeling? My boobs have also grown about a cup size larger already and DH LOVES it! Otherwise I feel a little queasy every now and then but nothing more. Hang in there and please update as soon as you have your u/s.
Dreams2009: How amazing was your u/s??? I cannot WAIT for mine! DH will be available to go with me so that makes it extra special. Enjoy the rest of your weekend and remember to stay hydrated.
Fruit: Monday is your big day and I am praying for you. I know you will do great and get an excellent report. You too will be PUPO before you know it!
RMB: How are you feeling? Have you gotten over the shock of having 4 babies yet??? I am so happy for you and cannot wait to hear more updates from you.
Blueye: I have a good feeling about your new RE. I know it’s a rough road but I do believe you are strong both physically and mentally. You too will have your BFP soon. I pray for you and I am looking forward to reading about your BFP in the fall. Sending lots of baby dust your way.
AFM: So far things are going well. Other than a little queasy feeling here and there (oh and lots of trips to the restroom) I feel great! My boobs feel like they grew a full cup size, which DH loves. They hurt a lot but not so much that it makes me uncomfortable. I have my 1st u/s scheduled for Monday morning and I am very excited! DH will be going with me and we look forward to seeing our little bean for the first time. I pray for you all every night and I send baby dust across the board. Enjoy this HOT weekend and stay hydrated and relaxed. I will update after my u/s on Monday.

longtimerifv - congratulations! i am a strong believer in FET cycles. some women do better with FETs because their lining is not receptive during the fresh cycle - there are even papers on it now. as a matter of fact i will only do frozen transfers from now on - even if i have to do another retrieval - i will freeze and transfer later. because i believe i am definitely one of those women whose lining gets too screwed up during the fresh cycle.

in any case - huge congrats!!!

Lauren~ My RE always has me take one 30 mins before transfer and then another when we are done. It's suppose to help to keep you from cramping (which can hurt the embryo) and keep you relaxed on the ride home. Hope that helps!

easley-THXS! What do you take? A small dose? Ive heard of this bc last transfer I had MAJOR cramping so Im looking to take something that will help avoid this! Last time it was horrible I was in alot of pain and scared! thxs again

Ok ladies....my beta is Tuesday......this morning I broke down and poas! This is the first poas with 3 previous cycles.....well it was Pregnant! I poas as I was sure the first four days after transfer def pregnant then I started to feel normal again hense the poas. So happy but being optimistic at this point. Today I am 7dp5dt...I triggered with Lupron....could this be real?
