Wehavehope- One blast was an AA. The other was a BB. The embryologist said that they both looked really good after AH. I have pics, but have no idea how to load them. I am on bed rest for 2 days, then light duty. I'm actually taking off of work until 8/2. I have a stressful job, and after my miscarriage, my RE recommended taking some time off after my next transfer. I have borrowed all of the True Blood books, and DH is going to rent a bunch of movies for me! Should be a nice relaxing time! I'll start POASing late next week

Anton- I am so happy you and your DH came to decision that makes you both happy.
Always- Wonderful Beta!!
Wishing- Sounds like you will pregnant before you know it :):)
Easley- Congrats on the US!!!woohoo
Lauren- I think you ask me about what we were doing this cycle. We are doing ER this Sunday or Monday freezing all of them and looking for a donor at the same time. If they find a donor that is already doing it with a couple they are going to see about us splitting the cost with that couple and get some eggs from the donor. Then we are going to freeze hers too and thaw out in October for ET. We will the best of mine in and hers. I don't know how many yet. I didn't realize how hard it would be to explain typing..lol.
AFM: US is tomorrow to see when how the follicles are doing and they should let us know when ER is Does anyone know why they would have you drop your Gonal-F from 300 to 225 this close to ER? Tonight I am suppose to do 225 instead of the 300 and I was just wondering what that does?
Amanda-I would advise you to call your RE to get a clear picture of what he is thinking. You would not want to get misinformation. I can only tell you that about a week before my ER my RE had me reduce my meds as well. He called me and explained his reasons in detail. He was decreasing the meds because I was responding too well and my E2 wad quir high. Some may think responding too well is great but in fact you do not want an overresponse. That could actualy be worse in the longrun. But please call your RE and have him/her give you a detailed explanation so that you are informed and feel more comfortable with your plan. Best of luck.

Amanda: my Gonal-F was dropped significantly over the last few days of stim...my E2 was quite high and it was a way to coast. It still stimulates the follies, but more gently so as not jeopardize quality. I think it means you are right on track, especially since you are just minimally reducing. I was dropped down to 37.5 of Gonal-F and was worried it wouldn't do anything, but I had a terrific response.

Quick question for you ladies. On bed rest after ET, do you have to lie on your back the whole time to help prevent ectopic? I am dying to roll onto my side!

Wishing-I am actualy surprised you are on bedrest. Did your RE place you on bedrest. This is mu second ET plus one IUI and was never placed on bedrest. RE said to simply take it easy on the day of ET and for a few days to follow. I also haven't heard of possible ectopic from not adhering to bedrest. I don't think you should worry at all but just to be safe call your RE in the morning.

Wehavehope- My RE always puts me on strict bed rest for 24- 48 hours after ET, then light duty for 2-3 more days. I'm taking more time off of work because of my miscarriage. I feel like lying on my side shouldn't be an issue, but I really want this to work!

Wishing-now I understand. I realy don't think lying on your side is going to hurt, but please call your RE tomorrow morning and confirm. The 2WW seems so far away. I am keeping myself busy playing words with friends on my iPhone and I also picked up two new books which I will start reading this weekend. I can't wait for 8-1 but will have to.

LongTimeIVF,
I still pop in from time to time to check on everyone, but Thank you for asking about me. Trying to stay focus on our next plans with the new RE. AF is due to arrive sometime on Monday and was asked to call them to schedule an appointment right when she comes...I started to order my meds today but waiting until Monday since the pharmacy told me it's a 24 hour turnaround. I will be away most of the weekend and it's kind of embarrassing to ask my next door neighbors to refrigerate my follistim. lol Next weekend we will be in Alabama and I will have to travel with follistim going to love sneaking meds in my in-laws house, but it has to be kept cold. Anyone been through this before?
