AFM - I wanted to just say thank you to all of you for your kind words. It's amazing how devistating it can be. RE said it was rare to have the heart beat and then lose the baby. Better luck next time, eh? DH and I have decided we are going to start the process with my next AF (hopefully end of August)! We are going to plant a tree in our front yard for our little angel who will be waiting for us when we get to heaven...I know, cheesy.

Hello - So the last 2ww I isolated because I was afraid any conversation or anything would jinx my outcomes. Well I should have reached out. I got my BFN yesterday!!! So now what do next. My insurance doesn't cover IVF, it covers an IUI again but not the medicine. So do I spend all that money on and another IUI for a 10 to 15% chance or do we go for the gusto and do IVF? My DH wants to try the IUI again since insurance covers some of the cost, of course I want to be pregnant asap so I want to do IVF since the odds are better. UGH, I don't know. So after a long discussion we decided to try the IUI since insurance will cover some of the cost and try and get some help with the cost of the meds.
So now while I prayed for AF to not come, I pray for her to come so we can start the process again!

Brandy- I'm so sorry to hear that this cycle did not work for you. It sounds like you and your DH have come up with a plan that is right for you. It is a difficult jump to go to IVF...the expense is huge. IUI works well for a lot of women, so I think it certainly makes sense to give it another go!
Akdelp- Glad to hear that you are ready to get back on the horse when you can. That's how my DH and I felt after my miscarriage. We were just ready to have a baby! Our RE was encouraged that I could get pregnant, and this time we added heparin to hopefully help prevent miscarriage.

Just have to vent for a minute...I'm waiting on a shipment of meds from Freedom. I will need more estrogen patches and PIO by the end of next week...assuming I get a BFP. I ordered them from Freedom because they are a much better deal than at the normal pharmacy. Well they're supposed to arrive between 8:00 and 3:00. Usually I get an e-mail letting me know when they've left the facility, etc. Today I haven't received any e-mails, and so I've been sitting around waiting. I can't shower until they come because I don't want to be in the shower when they get here. I am tired of sitting around in PJs! I know it's not a big deal, but I am ready to get out of the house!

Cycle Day 3 and I nearly passed out as I was out walking our labs, had to stop frequently in the woods for breaks...Thinking it must be from my iron level getting too low. These meds are starting to take effect too, 8 hr road trip ahead trying to stay cool.

Fruit-OMG my friend! I must have missed your post about the evil sticks! Im so sorry...I wasnt there for you!!!! Thats my fear of POAS but I just tell myself its early and it would be a bonus if it was there!!! That it doesnt mean anything but at the same time its so hard bc you want so bad to see it! Im glad you have your PMA back and your BFP is right around the corner...remind me again what you transfered?
Adkelp-Oh Im so sorry....that is so sweet that you and DH will be planting a tree in memory of your angel. You sound so strong and positive! Were here for you as always..
Always-OH NO! bleeding...there are a million things that cause bleeding especially early on! Drink lots of fluids and rest up! Praying for a healthy pregnancy for you..sorry I missed your post!

Anton-Hey girlfriend Im sure your baby is settled in and doing her thing To answer your question...I have never ever had more than 2 eggs so on transfer day they told me they picked the best 3 out of them all and transfered those. They then said they would continue to watch them and did I want to freeze them? So when the nurse called me this morningabout freezing them she said they freeze on day 6? IDK they cultured them all this time and the crazy thing is they told me the 3 I got were the best 3 that one didnt divide and there was a 5 cell too...so this is mind boggling to me! IDK they may not make it but I keep praying!!!!!!!

But here I am 7wks pregnant thanks to IVF, so keep the faith hon it can and will work for you! The positive thing is you did get a BFP. And I think planting the tree is a beautiful thing to do. Please keep us updated on how your doing.

Hello Ladies!
My CD3 FSH levels are 13.4. When the nurse called me, she told me my levels were fine. I just happened to see them today when I went for my b/w and saline sono and I jotted down the numbers. Typical me, I have to research everything and I am coming up with this being a high number, which could indicate a decreased chance of having healthy embryos and successful IVF?! All of my other numbers were perfect. I also only have one ovary so my RE is already going to do the antagonist protocol with that in mind.
On a lighter note...DH was not thrilled about producing his SA, but glad to say all went well in that dept! Also, I was sooo nervous about the saline sonogram, and I'm also happy to say that I did not feel a thing!! Uterus is completely normal! Next step is our orientation and then stims on August 15th!
