Hi there! I had my FET, 2 blasts, one really good (4BB) and the other eh (2BB, and it almost wasn't even frozen because it was graded 2CC on day 5. They gave it one more day.) on July 25. I got my bfp 9dp5dt, beta 178. Two days later, today, it's 455. I know one cannot know anything until the ultrasound, but in your experience, how often do these numbers result in twins? I really only want one to take here. Also, my projesterone was 9, but I am on Endometrin, and my understanding is that that does not show up in the bloodstream, so it is normal to have lower projesterone numbers on Endometrin. My doctor was not at all concerned. You can see in my signature how my first ivf went two years ago. Quite a difference in betas! I would appreciate your thoughts, and thanks for taking the time to be such a help to us all on this board.

This number is certainly high enough to be a good chance of a twin pregnancy, but there is no way to tell. We've seen singles much higher than this and twins much lower. It's difficult to say.
My understanding is that you are correct about endometrin. It gets directly to the uterus, much like Crinone does, so the blood levels are low.
Avoid IVF and surrogacy in Ukraine. Ukrainian centers pay shills to post here under numerous sock accounts pretending to be patients in Ukraine. Centers using such deceptive advertising cannot be trusted and should be avoided.
dogs: with DD, my first beta was 250 and then 600 and we just had her . . . with this one, beta was 240 and then 500 and it's just one . . . have you been to betabase.net? You'll see betas for singles and twins . . . Ghost is right (per usual) . . . no way to tell and could go either way . . . congrats on a healthy beta =)
Congratulations to you!!! Definitely sounds like a solidly viable pregnancy!!! Awesome!!
http://www.betabase.info is the site that I go to for beta level comparisons, however, the site is often down.
As Ghost said, betas are indicators, but nothing definite and have a very large range to them. My numbers (from my siggie) were comparable with triplets or even quads so I was kinda freaked out to say the least , but I am now carrying a healthy set of twins.
Best of luck!! U/S is really when you will know.
