Fruit/Ninde/Lyd-Thanks for your support I just am losing all hope bc every cycle ive ever done before has ended like this and in a BFN..I had a 6-7-9 cell day 3 transfer...guess they werent survivors Still never made it to the grocery store..today I will try. I did have one incident of red bleeding and then it went away for awhile and now this morning more brown..ugh the joys of IVF

Afm : have done a lot of cooking and baking today! Feeling a little bit swollen in my back of all places so I'm presuming that's injections working, either that or I'm turning into a hypochondriac!

Prayersnpies: Internet HPT's are cheap home pregnancy tests that look like little strips . . .
Most HPT's that you buy in the grocery/drug stores are $10 and up . . . the internet HPT's are around 50 cents (or less) each . . . so if you are a POAS addict during the 2ww, it's very cost effective . . .

well, ladies - i could not believe my eyes this morning! i POASed on my dollar store HPT ( costs a buck and has the same sensitivity as FRER - 25 units of HCG ) and it was FAINTLY POSITIVE. it took a good minute to come up but it did show up a 2nd faint line. so that's probably means about 5-10 HCG number. now, i've had this before - this could be an ectopic, it could be a chemical. but for now i am having a good day.

my beta is on wednesday

Hello ladies,

Just wanted to let you know that I am still keeping up with you. I am still not feeling well so I will probably get back to doing personals sometime next week. I woke up crying this morning and spontaniously starded crying this afternoon for no apparent reason but it is a step in the right direction. I was able to leave the house today and watch a movie with my DH and the kids. We havent told the kids anything yet. I am leaving this one up to my DH. He will tell them tomorrow after the final official Beta. I am sure that it will have gone down even further, but this time I have prepared mentally a bit better. I have had all weekend to think about it and how we will move forward. Unfortunately, I am having some lower abdominal pain. Its a stabbing sharp pain in the lower left side. Not sure what it is from but I will probably insist on having an ultrasound tomorrow after the Beta. I am concerned about the pain and I realy dont know what it could be from. Its been pretty consistant, day and night. I have not had any bleeding at all since Wednesday so I dont know what the pain could possibly be from. Does anyone have any ideas?

In an effort to get back on track and have something to look forward to I have placed an order for Lupron and Vivelle in preperations for my next cycle. My RE says that maybe in October. I am realy hoping it will be sooner but cant imagine how that is going to happen. I am planning on ordering refill on all my meds every month until December. This way we can have the meds available if we need them for other cycles. As you know, we have 6 frosties left. We plan on transfering two in October and two each subsequent cycle. Hopefuly we will not have to go past October. If we are blessed in October, I will hold on to the meds until about 12 weeks and then donate them to someone who needs them. The meds are covered 100% by my insurance now since we met the deductable plus the out of pocket maximum for 2011 but we will have to start new in 2012 and having these meds now will be the only way that financialy we could go into 2012 and continue if we needed to.

I am planning on having a good talk with my RE tomorrow after the Beta and hopefuly the ultrasound to firgure out where the pain is comming from. I want to go over what we could do different next cycle. I have some ideas about Progesterone. I was thinking about either increasing the vaginal suppositories to three or even four per day instead of the two I used in the last cycles or maybe even PIO. What do you ladies think? Is PIO really that bad? At this point I think I would stand on my head for 12 weeks if I needed to.

For all of you that have gotton a BFP recently, congratulations. I will be praying for you and for a strong Beta. For those going in for Betas soon I will be praying for you to receive a strong repeat Beta and great doubling time. For those of you who have not received good news, dont loose hope. I havent. i know its not easy, believe me but we will have our dreams fulfilled. Sometimes, it guess it just doesnt happen when we want it to happen. My thoughts and prayers are certainly with you tonight and you are so right we cannot loose faith because I know with our mindset, and determination we will become mothers. It's up to each individual one how much we can take in this journey, but the ones like yourself who are strong-willed will make this dream your reality. I love to jump over and stalk the Pg Board because it gives me hope and encouragement because we truly understand the pain they endured to get where they are today.

Wow we've been through so much together and I am just so excited to hear about your positive hpt and I am over here with everything crossed that Wednesday will bring you a big fat beta! Congrats girl! Hey I did get your post about the possibilities of a FET cycle for me, and I was also concerned about my E2 but my RE said with 7 follies E2 of 912 looked good for our follies. Lining was 7.6 and you all know how I worry about the lining not being thick enough. Started progesterone tablets this morning so we will hope for the best. Been sick all day, tummy didn't agree to eatting scallops but I also feel like a" pin-ball machine" right now with lots of tummy aches on both sides. Did trigger shot Friday night, so maybe it's ovulation? We did the IUI only 12 hrs apart from triggering. Anyway I'm over here thnking of you tonight too!

I've been reading the update on how your cycle is going for this month and it's certainly not over until the BetaLady sings, so I will be checking back on you Monday. You asked on another post if this is my first time to get seven, and with my new clinic they are more aggressive than my last RE, so I'm glad we made the switch. It's always good to ask these kind of questions when you go in for any consultation, but my friend and favorite obgyn both recommended this clinic to me. It's much too early to say much about this cycle but I can say IF we do get pg it will be worth this long commute.
