My doctor said one cup of coffee or tea a day is okay (8 ounces). I started my stim phase on Thursday and have been having one cup of irish breakfast tea a day (I don't let it steep for very long). Should I cut it out completely? I have read things about caffeine being bad. The reason we need IVF is because of my husband, not me.

My clinic advises patients to keep caffeine intake moderate.
Avoid IVF and surrogacy in Ukraine. Ukrainian centers pay shills to post here under numerous sock accounts pretending to be patients in Ukraine. Centers using such deceptive advertising cannot be trusted and should be avoided.
What I did during my IVF and pregnancy was to mix my usual coffee with decaf coffee. I bought a bag of each and then dumped them into a container together. Doing so, I was able to cut my caffeine by 50% and not miss drinking the usual amount.

I did the same thing as Happy Bunny, though not until I was into my 2nd tri. I'd say your cup of tea is fine.
