Just had my Beta this morning. Praying for a BIG FAT ZERO so we can get moving with this next cycle. Won't know results until this afternoon. Wishing you all a nice Friday and wonderful weekend. Never give up hope!!!

Hi Ladies,
Okay so I have to know did anyone else's upper half grow like twice their size on the BCP while waiting for the injections. I have had to basically wear sports bras for the past 3 weeks, and I am kind of freaking out at this point. You know its bad when your husband is like those are way to big lol.. Other than that I am just waiting until the 24th of this month and as each day passes I get more nervous than the day before. I am so ready to begin and have such a supportive family and friends whom I love dearly, but no one has been through this and I am so glad and thankful that I have found all of you! I am Traveling this weekend so maybe that will get my mind off of it for a few days. the sun is calling my name.

Beta result was 24.6 today. Not quite the BIG FAT ZERO I was praying for at this point but I guess I am ok with that. I already started with the BCP a week ago in preperation for my next FET cycle. So unless the Beta decides to realy slow down we should still be on track for our FET. I still have two more weeks of BCP before I start on the Lupron. So I have two more weeks for the Beta to get to zero before things start to get delayed. I have another appointment for yet another Beta next Friday. I am confidant that we will get the Zero Beta then. I still feel so strange praying for the Bets to go down when only a few weeks ago we were praying for a doubling Beta. I know I have to make the best of the situation I have been handed. So for today, I am happy with a Beta of 24.6 and looking forward to my FET sometime in late September/early October. Maria - sorry you didn't get the big fat ZERO you wanted - I totally understand that. After my missed miscarriage last summer, it took more than 9 weeks to go back to zero and we sooooo wanted to do our FET already! That was the worst waiting time!

AFM - spent the weekend with a friend who is 39.5 weeks pregnant and trying to figure out if her contractions are regular enough to go to the hospital or not. I'm happy for her, but it's so hard know that this was an 'oops' baby conceived while she was on birth control.

It's now been more than a month since our twins were born. Seems like yesterday and also an eternity ago. I just hope that by this time next year I have my rainbow baby, or at least am pregnant....

I really believe you will have a rainbow baby. I know it must be hard, but I am glad you are moving on and have joined the Fall board. I really feel this is going to be our time, as we have been through so much already. This is my first time posting over here and look forward to making our dreams together a reality!

Sunshine1576-sorry you are having to go through this. We are hear for you and I am glad to see that you are jumping back in. About your question on the summer board, I only had one IUI which failed and I actualy got my AF before the scheduled Beta. It wad our first try and I was devastated. In anycase, I don't really recall AF being any worse that any other month. Maybe a little bit heavier but not really anymore painful. You'll be ok. I am updated the Fall Roll Call just for you today to officially welcome you to the group. This Fall is going to bring lots of miracles. You'll see...

AFM-celebrating my 37th birthday today with my family. I thought I would have been celebrating my first u/s with this pregnancy but it didn't work out that way. Still I have lots to be greatful for and feel blessed in many other ways. Sorry for no personals today but rest assued each and everyone ofvyou are in my thoughts and prayers. Sending you much love.

WeHaveHope, I really hope you had a good birthday yesterday, I know it's bittersweet but think this time next year you will have that baby in your arms! We have to keep moving forward, right? Thank you for updating the board, you are doing a great job with keeping up with everyone!I hope to find a quick resolution to my thyroid disorder and get back on fertility meds asap!

***To all the upcoming newbies: For my last cycle, I saved one box of 300 units folIistim by using the bigger dosages first> Read somewhere that once it is opened Follistim expires in 30 days even if it's kept in the frig. So I tried to use up the 900units, then moved to the 600units and since she said I was responding so well cut me off before I had to open the 300units. I learned from the first cycle always start with the larger units first to conserve, most clinics don't tell us that and so waste meds and loose hundreds of dollars before we realize.

AFM: Our 12th anniversary is coming up on Saturday and I have no idea what we 're going to do for this year, usually it's out to a nice restaurant, but maybe I should cook, might try a new recipe I tried at Publix cooking demo. Going ahead and telling you I'm not much of a gourmet cook though! Maybe hubby would be impressed that I tried?

Hi all sorry I have been MIA for a bit, been busy with work and just really tired when I get home, plus husband was out of town for a week and I was holding down the fort with the other kiddos. Happy late Birthday "We", hope you had a wonderful day. Hoping that "0" comes soon so you can jump right back on the wagon.

Leorira I am keeping you in my thoughts, hoping that this fall is extra special to all the ladies here.

AFM I met a woman at work that went through IVF so its been great talking to her and first thing she told me to do today was go buy folic acid to start taking. I am so new to all of this and not having a local doctor to consult with I am learning things as I go. When I left work went straight to the store to get some, I have also been taking prenatal vitamins. She also suggested belly dancing not sure why, but between us I don't plan to start belly dancing anytime soon .
