I am the proud mama of an IVF miracle... Brogan John Wilson is just over six weeks old and we are already looking forward to attempting a sibling for him. We have five frosties and are considering a January transfer... I'm thinking we can't BF and do the meds for a FET. Can we?

they want your prolactin levels down to baseline - which means you have to stop BFing. but best check with the doc.

Congats on your miracle! I have always heard you would have to stop breastfeeding before cycling again, but I am not sure. I am looking for success stories to share on my blog, if you would like to share yours, please pm me. Thanks, I understand if you are not interested.
Our miracle baby is almost 17 months now and would love to try for number two. We have four frosties, but we just can't afford the FET at the moment. Also a little concerned how we would afford another baby, or even two! Good luck!

DandMe-- my clinic said no go on the BF and IVF. Said the meds were not okay during BF. My cycle started up about 6 weeks after I stopped BF and then I started the journey again. Good luck with your decision making!

TTC since 2008 only one spontaneous in 2012
Ivf 1-1/2009 DS
FET- miscarried
Ivf 2.- 10/11 DS
12/12 miscarried (spontaneous pregnant, so cliche minus the miscarriage part)
Now--- back to TTC at home in hopes for a final addition

Hi,
my RE wanted me to wait until I had a preiod after I stopped BF. I started my first period 2 months after I stopped BF-ing.
