Too shocked to ask the right questions???

Post by momwanttobe »

We had our first ultrasound yesterday. Twins!!! Baby A measured 6weeks with a hb of 114 and Baby B measured 5 weeks 6 days with a bh of 108. Ultrasound tech said everything looked like it should at this point. REs nurse called and said the same thing. Neither said anything about yolk sac or fetal pole... I guess I should take that everything looks good as everything is fine... Any thoughts...

I know this is late... but sounds like everything is wonderful! If there are heartbeats then things are wonderful. There are some measurements (can't remember, they are on my blog - last November 2010) but if the HB is good, the yolk sac measures a certain length, and the embryo measures a certain length then it's about a 95% chance of a healthy, normal pregnancy.
