So good to hear from you! Sorry I have been slow to respond. I have been on the road and only on the iPhone since you posted. Congrats on team blue!!!

On the low lying placenta...My SIL has one and they have been watching it. Like others mentioned, it can move on its own as the pregnancy progresses, and that is exactly what has been happening with her. She is 30 weeks now and it was diagnosed at around 24 weeks. So far its improving and the baby's health is perfect. Another friend of mine is in the same situation, and they are working on her with massage. I guess it must be pretty common. Hope that helps. I am sure baby will be fine, but I completely understand your concern. Keep us posted as things progress. You are one of the trail blazers in the group.

Hi all - I am totally thrilled to have found a bedding set I adore it is from www.Hoohobbers.com and it is the leaves pattern under the baby bedding that and a solid double stroller....I am going with the contours Optima double....I travel about once a month by myself now with just Em but will be with both so a solid stroller that folds easier was imperative!!! If the baby stays a girl then we are set up with everything we need Em will move to a new room and the nursery will still be the nursery for the new baby.

Sorry I have been MIA....I have been bidding on a new contract for work and it is always time consuming so it has been taking all my free time but good news I got it today!!!! And the best news is that it is a 3 year contract so I will have a steady income for the next three years....I will be extremely busy until the end of the year since I am still finishing up the old contract which goes to the end of the year and starting a new one October 1st....but it will be double money basically for the last three months of 2011 which will be a nice start for new baby in February....I will catch up on personals later....hope all are doing well......xoxo

RRH: Usually, a low lying plaventa works itself out. Worse case scenario: c-section. But my RE said that most of the time, the placenta moves by itself.

Dallas: not sure. I usually post the pic on flickr and then copy/paste over here, but I'm sure there's an easier way.

Katie: congrats on the contract . . . and your new DD!

AFM: all recovered from my stint in the ER . . . hope to never go through that again! Had an appt today and baby's HB was fine (140) . . . I have put on 14 lbs so far . . . yikes! I've been so sick, I thought it would be less! Also felt the baby move yesterday . . . so cool!

Seeing as this is baby #2, the nursery is already set up . . . I think I bought every piece in our Cocalo nursery collection (alphabet soup) . . . it's a unisex collection, so I'm good to go if the baby is a girl or boy . . . even went on craigslist to get a few pieces, but I got everything! =) I'm stoked that I tracked everything down, as many of the items were discontinued . . . yay for ebay and craigslist =)

Deft -I hate to be sick especially throwing up so happy you are on the mend.... I am going to go out on a limb and say you are expecting a baby boy......but not from anything other than the HB....I know it is a wives tale but I will be interested to hear?????

Dallas - When you do a post at the end of the post you have an option to Upload Attachment.... when you select that option it says Choose File......Add the File.....Select Add the File and then it will browse you computer for file (your picture) and you can upload it there....if it is too big then it won't upload...

Hello ladies!

Deftonesmo- Glad to hear that you have recovered and had a great ultrasound!

Katie- Good job with the contract! Congrats!

Dallas- I have no idea how to post pictures... I had a hard time figuring out the ticker

AFM- I had a great ultrasound on Monday! Two little ones that actually looked like babies! Both babies had heart rates of 180. They are definitely moving along! I am now starting to wean my estrogen, then I'll wean my progesterone. I'm really nervous about it, but my RE says that my placenta should have taken over at this point. Next ultrasound is Thursday. I don't know yet what I'm excited about buying. We've been looking at furniture and bedding, and I think I'm excited about that, but I'm so overwhelmed! The sales people were talking about how many sets of sheets we'll need, etc, and I just kept multiplying by 2, thinking Holy Cow that's a lot of stuff! I'm thrilled about having twins, but we have a lot to buy (and learn)!

My pregnancy was confirmed on Thursday with a beta of 515 and at 4 weeks (I'm due on May 8th) its very early days but I'd like to put the optimism out there and join this pregnancy board. In reference to the question of the week:

I can't seem to wrap my head around the amount of items I will need to buyfor triplets. I had all of the big gear items from my DS up until last summer and most were not even used but we got rid of them. I still have both his bugaboo strollers and some other items but I almost think I need an entirely new set of items. As far as clothing, I have a lot of items as I have quite a lot of inventory from my children's store that I have not sold off yet and I am just going to hold off for a bit and see what I will need. I can tell you that I am looking forward to putting the little ones in Milk clothing which I didn't know about when my DS was born. That's about as fara as my little mind can reach for now

Wishing- YAY for a terrific ultrasound! Glad to hear your little aliens are starting to look more human.

Wishing and ttc- whoa...I never really thought about the shopping issue with Twins and Triplets. I feel like its overwhelming with just one, but with two or three I am sure it is just mind boggling.

Mora- good to have you back and feeling better. Good work finding all the pieces to your nursery set. You are on top of it!

Dallas- can't wait to see that pic! posting on this site isn't easy. Its kind of old school...

Katie- Congrats on the contract! What a relief. I am swamped at work right now too and know how you feel. I love operating at full capacity though. It is how I do my best work.

AFM- I have registered for all the unisex stuff after spending last weekend with my sisters who took me through a list of "must haves" and "didn't actually need". There is so much that I just LOVE and can't wait to get my hands on...but my favorite has to be our activity center. Funny huh? Something so simple? But we loved watching our niece play in her aquarium activity center and would spend so much time playing with her and watching her develop. Our activity center is the Treetops activity center at Babies R Us.

Outside of that I have already bought some small items, mostly gender neutral onesies and a few small toys.

I am a sailing widow this weekend. DH is in a race until tomorrow night. I'm using the time to finish up that paper I have been working on all summer. It is due 9/16 but I am hoping to hit send on it tomorrow night so I can enjoy the last couple of weeks of summer. Especially since we are remodeling beginning 9/17. Ahhhh...the insanity!
