I hope you are all feeling and doing well. I have been a bit down and out as I had some kind of gastro bug but I seem to be turning a corner. It drained whatever little energy I had left

I had a blood scare in the middle of the night on Monday but it was all gone within a couple hours. I think with multiples this could be a part of the course. I head into the the Peri/OB tomorrow and will get everything checked out. I feel like such a baby as I am so uncomfortable already and it's only 9w4d

Welcome and congrats to our new ladies!! It's always good to share this precious time with others that are experiencing it real time as well.

Hi ladies, . Hope you all are doing well and yay -its almost Friday!! Well, no nicknames really but, every week my DH and I call the baby whatever fruit it is according to bump.com. Like this week we call it our little raspberry I've read lots of comments about BOB stroller-- is that the name or is that an abbreviation?? I'm gonna look into the stroller- it sounds like a popular one... Ninde- how are you feeling? Any morning sickness?? Every now and then my stomache feels a little uneasy but, for the most part- not many symptoms... How is everyone else?? Any weird cravings??

Hoping to join you ladies. Here is a little information about my IVF journey. My first IVF we were so lucky and blessed with a beautiful baby boy (now 18 months). He is so amazing and I thank my lucky stars everyday he is in my life. 2nd IVF not so good, while we got our BFP, there was no HB at 6 weeks and m/c at 7 weeks. 3rd IVF we got our BFP on Aug 22nd and yesterday @ 6weeks 2days we saw our baby's HB!!!! OMG yesterday about 20 mins before the appt I felt so nervous it made me ill, but all was good and we go back in 2 weeks for another u/s.

And on a side note the BOB revolution is a great stroller, however you will need an adapter ($60) to attach your car seat and your baby won’t be able to sit in it until he/she is about 8-10 months old. Don't let me discourage you we have one and love it, but we also have a bugaboo frog which we used when he was small. In fact we have 3 strollers total which is a lot but necessary. The BOB and the bugaboo take up a ton of trunk space, so more recently we purchase a Chicco Ct0.6 Capri Lightweight. I am now thinking about selling my BOB and bugaboo and getting a double BOB and City Select Double Stroller.

Welcome nicks! When are you due? Good point about the bob that I didn't mention. We hope we can get away with just using the one stroller, but I am sure that plan will change.

Prayers: I LOVE LOVE LOVE my BOB stroller . . . so easy to push, jump curbs, easy ride . . . no problems with DD . . . Did I mention I LOVE the BOB?

AFM: stressful week for me . . . second trimester blood test came back with elevated HCG, which is indicative of Downs . . . so stranger since our NT scan was 1:380 and blood was 1:1000 . . . anyway, put our risk at 1:110 . . . spoke with a genetic counselor and did the second trimester scan . . . fortunately, no markers were found, which put our risk at 1:200, which is now above California's cut off for high risk . . . feeling relieved, but still a little stressed . . . decided not to do an amnio, where the risk is 1:100 for miscarriage . . . I had pre-eclampsia with DD, so I hope the elevated HCG is tied into that, which gives me a whole other set of worries (low birth weight, pre-term labor, yada yada yada) . . . oh well . . . DH caved and found out baby's gener . . . I'm sttill waiting for our party to reveal

Ladies- baby sale at target! Online ends today, not sure about the store. We bought our Chicco lullaby high chair for $30 off, the matching playard for 40 off and the travel system for 40 off. Plus for buying all three we got a 100 gift card (store only I think... Not sure about online on the gift card). I'm stoked! Thought I should pass it along.

How did you meet DH and how long have you been together?

I met DH at a Chamber of Commerce event 8 years ago. His Dad was a client of mine and he literally yelled across a sea of people at Bill to come met me saying "Bill...come over here...I have someone I want you to meet...and she is SINGLE!!!

He was bright red and I thought it was so cute. But I was there on business, so when I gave him my business card later it was sincerely because I was hoping to talk to him about winning his account. He called me the very next day and said "this is not a business call...I'd like to take you to lunch." We ended up planning a dinner date instead. We met at his house for dinner right after I got out of work (I commuted about 40 minutes so I needed somewhere to go before dinner hour). We ended up talking and talking, so we canceled our reservations and ordered pizza instead. I knew right away he was the one. We just connected so well. We were engaged a year and two months later were and married 8 months after that. Our second date was hanging out at his house giving treats to trick or treaters, so Halloween is one of my favorite times with him. This Halloween we will be in our first childbirth class, though. I can't believe they are having a class on Halloween night! I still can't wait!

Hello Ladies,

I thought I'd get a quick note off as I get the day started. Thanks for all the well wishes about my little scare last week. Everything seems to be ok. At my appointment I had a scan done and it all seemed perfect in there. We saw 3 great heartbeats and growth looks good for all three. I am having trouble with eating and lost some weight which with my ds I was able to get away with it but not with triplets so off to a multiples dietician for me this week.

Blissful that was a great story and even better that you got the man and the account

Have any of you told your employer yet? I am just over 10 weeks and had planned to wait a bit longer but I got my cerclage scheduled in 3.5 weeks and my body is just not as strong as I would have liked it to be so this is just taking a lot out of me, traveling is really not a good option for me now and I may end up on bedrest before I would have liked.

Ttcnb ~ Thanks for the welcome. I told my employer the week before my last ER. We are very private about going through IVF, but I felt I needed to let him know since I needed so much time off since we have back to back cycles. He was very understanding and told me to take all the time I needed.

BlissfulCS ~ WOW you have already reached the halfway mark congratulations. And I love how you meet your DH!!! Thanks for the welcome we are due May 2.

Deftonesmo ~ All these test cause so much added stress, happy that your second trimester scan was clean. When is your reveal party?

Addy ~ Thanks for the welcome. When it comes to baby stuff you never really know what you need until they are here, which is too late. I am still trying to decide if I really need a double stroller, my DS likes to walk and cries most times I put him in a stroller.

AFM ~ We are due May 2, not sure what to do about the birth, my DS was born via c-section, trying to decide do I schedule another c-section or try VBAC. So far this pregnancy I have been so tried and feel sick, but the good news is no throwing up! Next Monday we go in for our second u/s if all is well we will be released to our OB
