I have been MIA for the past couple of days. Between going back to school and then I was part of a huge wedding this weekend, so I have been very busy. I was so exhausted by today so all I have been doing is sleeping, eating, and lounging!
Lauren319- How are you doing? Are you holding up? If I read your last post correctly it means you will be trying a fresh cycle again soon, after AF shows and BCPs? I really do hope so!!!
22years—So happy for you!! Congrats!!
Mandarae- Don’t loose hope!!! Good luck with you beta tomorrow!! I will be cheering you on!
Ninde – I would probably do the same think just to self assure myself!
Moorebaby—Sounds like you are doing well!! I’m exhausted from school too; the beginning of the year is always so crazy. It will calm down soon, can’t wait to get into routine!
AFM: Tomorrow I will be one week past transfer. I do not have enough guts to POAS. Last cycle I starting bleeding and clotting 8dpt, so if I make it past that then maybe I will get enough courage. But, I have been running myself down! I even had a near breakdown on Friday night; well between the crying and the anxiety maybe it was a breakdown. I had to leave between church rehearsal and the dinner and run to my mom’s work to get my PIO shot. I still do not have enough courage to do it on my own; DH was working. Well when I got back to the actual dinner rehearsal my friend notice a “stain” on my dress!! Yep right in a white area of my multicolored dress there was blood surrounded by a large oil stain. I had to run to the bathroom and scrub!!!! So then I was worried that I didn’t get enough progesterone. Now I have a golf ball size lump in my a**. It was a lot of leakage even went though onto my cloth car seat… Well the next morning I was up bright and early for hair and make-up and was until about 11:30 that night on high heels. I had more anxiety before walking down the isle and had to climb up on a cliff/rock for pictures!!! However, I did switch to flip-flops for the dancing portion of the evening. My dancing consisted of keeping both feet placed on the ground bobbing at the knees…. Haha. I woke up today with a headache; I know it couldn’t be from my water/cranberry cocktails, so I am pooped out. Plus, I’ve had cramping today…. So I just don’t know girls? Between my crazy week back to work and the big wedding weekend I am nervous I did too much too soon. Trying to stay hopeful!

Although, We did not know anyone personally who passed in the 912 terror attacks, I know many people who had dear friends an family members who did. It has been a very somber day today. Remembering all of the angels taken too early. DH who was in the military for many years and I could not help but be glued to the TV today. All we could do was cry and then cry some more. It was heartbreaking to watch children, mothers, father, brothers, sisters, and friends call out the names of each of their loved ones. DH and I clearly remember exactly what we were doing and where we were when the Word Trade Centers were hit and when each of them fell. Today we remember those fallen heroes and the angels taken too early from their friends and families. We should never forget that day, September 11, 2001.

Ester - extreme fatigue for me and some cramping. Like Lou said don't worry about what you see as long as it is in the right place, the utterus, lots of time you don't see a yolk sac or a HB but it shows up the next day! Good luck!
2nd BETA is in.......966 14dp3dt. It didn't quite double, short 22 points. I am freaking out a little bit that it didn't quite make it to 988. My progesterone level is 140! Doc wants to see atleast a 40 so I am good on that:)
Beta DOUBLED! It went from 38 to 78 so it slightly more than doubled. I am soo happy right now. I know this is just the beginning, but for right now...I am happy and pregnant!
22years- your beta numbers blow my mind!! Congratulations!!

Mandarae & 22yearslater- WOO HOO!!!! Congrats!!!! How exciting!!!
I just wanted to let you know that I will be moving to the Fall board.....met with the RE yesterday, my beta is down to 7, so we are well on our way to start the next step. We have decided to move forward with round 2 of IVF, thanks to a slight discount from the doctor's office and a great lady here on the boards, we will be able to move forward. So, the next step for us, is to get my thyroid down to normal and then wait until AF comes in October, then I can start my BCP and we can go for it in November. Hopefully my thyroid numbers will be good by then, I have no experience with this thyroid thing, so I have no idea how long it takes to get it under control.
Good luck to all!!!!!!!

Ester: Good luck today!! Can't wait for your news And yes, exhaustion was one of my first symptoms as well. What the other ladies said is true--you are early so may or may not see a HB. We saw one sac and one yolk at first u/s and then 2 sacs with 2 HB's less than a week later! A lot changes very quickly at that early stage.
Congrats to the ladies with positive betas!!!! High or low, you are both preggo! Hoping for great rising and doubling for you both.

Today's u/s showed 2 sacs w/ a yolk & a fetal pole inside of each one. Both were measuring right on time...5w6d. The only slight concern is that 1 was shaped more oblong than circular. The RE was very nice & said that many times it doesn't mean anything, but the next several weeks are critical in whether a twin pregnancy will become a single pregnancy. She told me to just take it easy & do what I need to do (continue w/ the Crinone & pre-natals, limit the stress, stay healthy, get rest) & things will work out the way they're supposed to. The fact that I've had no bleeding & today's u/s showed everything that we should see at this point are all great signs. At this point she said chances of a m/c for 1 of the babies is about 15%-20%. She tried to listen to 1 of the heartbeats, but it was not possible to hear just yet, which I know is ok.
We go back on Tuesday & should hear heartbeats & see how both babies are progressing.
I'm still cautiously optimistic, but very grateful & happy for where we are right now. Thanks for all of your continued love & support!
