Tracey,
Has anyone ever told you that you would make a great psychologist or counselor of some sort? You really have such a way of understanding people and giving very good insight. You are going to be a fab mom!
I am going to
try my best to be positive about this going forward. I do even feel a bit better now that the start date is set....for the moment anyway. I seem to keep losing sight of the reason why I'm doing this....it's like I'm running a race but focusing on every little ache and pain during the run instead of the finish line. And, I guess to complete my analogy, I'm paying too much attention to the runners who are passing me instead of just doing the best I can.
Anyway, thanks for your support. I hope you are feeling well....you must be getting close and here you are taking care of all of us!
Julie,
You may have never been able to catch a ball but I'm one of those people who freezes when I see a ball coming at me and manages to get hit by it

! On our first try playing tennis together, DH and I hit the ball back and forth all of two times before he hit the ball really hard back towards me. He said the look on my face right before I got slammed in the chest with the ball (not that there is much there to damage anyway) was like a deer frozen in headlights. Needless to say, he felt terrible and we haven't played tennis since. In another amazing display of clumsiness, the first time he took me to play golf, I managed to hit him in the head with a golf ball....at the driving range. I think that most new sports I've tried have resulted in either an injury to myself or to some other unfortunate person. I try to stick to things like running and cycling. Yoga is living on the edge for me.
Jen,
Good to hear from you and glad you're joining us (well, I'd be more glad if you didn't have to join us but you know what I mean!).
Getting late here, so I am heading to bed. Hope everyone else is having a good night.
